본 발명은 경혈 지압용 방석에 관한 것으로; 상면에 둔부 및 대퇴부의 경혈지점을 지압할 수 있는 다수의 경혈지압돌기가 구비되는 경혈지압판과, 상기 경혈지압판이 내부에 삽입되는 커버와, 상기 커버의 내측에 구비되어 경혈지압판의 상면과 하면을 감싸는 쿠션재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 경혈 지압용 방석은 인체의 둔부나 대퇴부의 경혈 지점을 효과적으로 지압함은 물론 사용하지 않는 경우에는 경혈지압을 위한 돌기들이 외부로 돌출되지 않아 일반적인 방석과 동일 또는 유사한 외관을 갖는 효과가 있다. 아울러, 본 발명에 따른 경혈 지압용 방석은 사용자가 경혈지압 기능을 선택적으로 사용할 수 있는 효과도 있다.

Description

경혈 지압용 방석
본 발명은 경혈 지압용 방석에 관한 것으로서, 보다 더 상세하게는 인체의 둔부나 대퇴부의 경혈 지점을 지압하되 사용하지 않는 경우에는 경혈지압을 위한 돌기들이 외부로 돌출되지 않고, 경혈지압 기능을 선택적으로 사용할 수 있는 경혈 지압용 방석에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 방석은 가정이나 음식점 등의 실내에서 깔고 앉을 때 사용되는 것으로서, 주로 가죽이나 직물 등의 커버재의 내부에 솜과 같은 쿠션재가 채워져 자리에 앉을시 안락함을 느낄 수 있게 한다.
한편, 최근에는 방석의 기본 용도에 부가하여 표면에 지압돌기를 일정간격을 유지하며 배치하여 줌으로서 지압효과를 얻기 위한 기능성 방석들이 다양하게 출시되고 있는 실정이다.
그런데, 종래의 지압 방석들은 방석의 본체에 일률적으로 다수의 지압돌기가 균일하게 상부로 돌출되게 배치되어 있는 구조로 인해 단순히 둔부나 대퇴부를 골고루 지압해주기는 하지만, 각종 혈액순환이나 요통이나 신경통의 치료를 위해 지압이 특별히 필요한 좌골의 경혈지점은 효과적으로 지압할 수 없을 뿐만 아니라, 종래의 지압기능을 가지는 방석들은 다수의 지압돌기가 외부로 상시 돌출되어 있어, 지압을 요하지 않는 방석으로는 사용할 수 없어 불편하며, 방석의 외관이 수려하지 못한 문제점이 있다.
또한, 종래 지압 방석들은 지압 기능을 사용하고 싶지 않아 뒤집어 놓은 상태에서 앉더라도 지압돌기의 느낌이 그대로 전달되는 문제점도 있다.

이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 발명은;
상면에 둔부 및 대퇴부의 경혈지점을 지압할 수 있는 다수의 경혈지압돌기가 구비되는 경혈지압판과, 상기 경혈지압판이 내부에 삽입되는 커버와, 상기 커버의 내측에 구비되어 경혈지압판의 상면과 하면을 감싸는 쿠션재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 경혈 지압용 방석을 제공한다.
이때, 상기 경혈지압판에는 찜질효과를 얻기 위해 히터선이 구비되고, 상기 경혈지압판의 일측에는 히터선이 발열시에 온도를 감지하는 온도센서가 구비되고, 상기 온도센서에서 측정되는 가열온도에 따라 상기 히터선으로의 전원 공급을 제어하는 제어기와 상기 제어기의 구동전원을 공급하는 전원공급수단이 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 커버는 외부로 노출되는 외피와 내부에 위치하는 내피로 이루어지며, 상기 외피 일측에는 지퍼가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 경혈지압판의 상부에는 경혈지압돌기가 관통되는 관통공이 대응되게 형성되는 지지판이 더 구비되고, 상기 경혈지압판과 지지판의 사이에는 탄성수단이 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

내부에 공간부가 형성되며 표면 중앙에는 둔부 및 대퇴부 경혈에 해당하는 안내공이 다수 형성되는 커버체와, 상기 커버체의 공간부에 구비되며 상기 안내공을 통해 상하로 출몰되는 경혈지압돌기가 일정간격을 유지하며 구비되는 경혈지압판과, 상기 경혈지압돌기가 상기 안내공을 통해 출몰하도록 경혈지압판을 승강시키는 승강수단과, 상기 승강수단을 제어하는 제어기와, 상기 제어기의 구동전원을 공급하는 전원공급수단으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이때, 상기 승강수단은; 모터와, 상기 모터의 회전축에 일체로 구비되는 디스크와, 상기 디스크의 일측에 일단부가 힌지결합되고 타단부는 상기 경혈지압판의 하부에 힌지결합되는 링크로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 경혈지압판에는 히터선이 구비되고, 상기 공간부의 내부에는 히터선이 발열시에 온도를 감지하는 온도센서가 구비되고, 상기 제어기에는 온도설정스위치 및 시간설정스위치가 구비되어, 온도설정스위치를 작동시키면 제어기의 마이컴이 온도센서를 통해 감지된 감지온도와 온도설정스위치의 설정온도를 비교해 설정온도 이하인 경우에는 히터선에 전원을 공급하여 가열하고 설정온도 이상인 경우에는 히터선에 전원투입을 차단시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
그리고, 상기 커버체의 표면에는 공기배출공이 더 형성되고 상기 공간부에는 송풍팬과 상기 송풍팬을 회전시키기 위한 송풍용 모터가 더 구비되고, 상기 제어기는 송풍작동스위치가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

또한, 도 9 및 도 10은 본 발명의 또 다른 실시 예에 따른 경혈 지압용 방석(100)을 도시한 도면이다. 이에 의하면 본 발명에 따른 경혈 지압용 방석(100)은 커버(120)의 상면 경혈지점에 고정공(127)을 형성하고, 그 고정공(127)에 플라스틱 등의 소재로 이루어지는 경질의 지압구(128)가 일체로 고정 구비된다.
이때, 상기 지압구(128)는 반구형상으로 돌출되는 것으로 하부에는 경혈지압판(110)에 구비되는 경혈지압돌기(112)가 안착되는 돌기안착홈(128a)이 형성되어 사용자가 방석(100)에 앉는 경우 지압구(128)가 하강하더라도 경혈지압돌기(112)의 단부에 지압구(128)의 돌기안착홈(128a)에 끼워지게 되어 더 이상의 하강을 방지하게 된다.
이때, 상기 지압구(128)의 하단에는 스냅링 형태의 고정링(129)에 의해 커버(120)에 고정되어 고정공(127)에서 이탈이 방지되며 고정된다. 그리고, 상기 경혈지압판(110)과 지압구(128)의 사이에는 코일스프링 등의 탄성수단(150)이 더 구비됨이 바람직하다.
또한, 도 11 및 도 12는 본 발명의 또 다른 실시 예에 따른 경혈 지압용 방석(100)을 도시한 도면으로, 경혈지압판(110)과 경질의 지압구(128)가 구비되는 커버(120)의 사이에는 코일스프링 등의 탄성수단(150)을 대신해서 메모리폼 등의 쿠션재(130)가 더 구비됨도 가능하다. 이와 같은 지압구(128)와 경혈지압판(110)의 사이에 구비되는 탄성수단(150)이나 쿠션재(130)은 모두 균등한 구성요소에 불과한 것으로 선택적으로 구비할 수 있다.
한편, 도 13 내지 도 15는 본 발명의 또 다른 실시 예에 따른 경혈 지압용 방석(100)을 도시한 도면으로, 내부에 공간부(161)가 형성되며 표면 중앙에는 둔부 및 대퇴부 경혈에 해당하는 안내공(160a)이 다수 형성되는 커버체(160)와, 상기 커버체(160)의 공간부(161)에 구비되며 상기 안내공(160a)을 통해 상하로 출몰되는 경혈지압돌기(172)가 일정간격을 유지하며 구비되는 경혈지압판(170)과, 상기 경혈지압돌기(172)가 상기 안내공(160a)을 통해 출몰하도록 경혈지압판(170)을 승강시키는 승강수단(180)과, 상기 승강수단(180)을 제어하는 제어기(190)와, 상기 제어기(190)의 구동전원을 공급하는 전원공급수단(200)으로 이루어진다.
이와 같은 커버체(160)는 고무 또는 가죽 등의 연질재로 이루어지는 외측커버(162)와, 금속 또는 플라스틱 등의 경질질로 이루어지는 내측커버(164)로 이루어진다.
한편, 상기 경혈지압판(170)은 상부에 상기 커버체(160)의 가이드공(160a)을 통해 상부로 출몰가능한 경혈지압돌기(172)가 구비되고, 하부에는 상기 경혈지압판(170)이 상하로 이동시에 이탈이 방지되며 안내될 수 있도록 가이드부(174)가 돌출된다. 그리고, 커버체(160)의 내측 하부에는 상기 가이드부(174)가 삽입되어 안내되는 가이드홈(117)이 구비된다.
이와 같은 경혈지압판(170)의 하부에는 승강수단(180)이 구비되는데, 이는 모터(182)와, 상기 모터(182)의 회전축에 일체로 구비되는 디스크(184)와, 상기 디스크(184)의 일측에 일단부가 힌지결합되고 타단부는 상기 경혈지압판(170)의 하부에 힌지결합되는 링크(186)로 이루어진다.
좀 더 상세하게는 상기 승강수단(180)은 모터(182)의 회전축에 디스크(184)를 일체로 구비하여 상기 제어기(190)의 제어에 따라 모터(182)를 회전시키면 상기 디스크(184)의 일측과 상기 경혈지압판(170)의 하부가 링크(186)로 힌지 연결되어 상기 디스크(184)가 회전시에 링크(186)가 일정각도로 회전하여 경혈지압판(170)의 승강을 유도하게 된다.
이 경우 상기 경혈지압돌기(172)는 자석이나 옥으로 구성함이 바람직하다.
한편, 상기 경혈지압판(170)에는 찜질효과를 얻기 위해 히터선(176)이 구비되고, 상기 경혈지압판(170)의 일측에는 히터선(176)이 발열시에 온도를 감지하는 온도센서(177)가 구비되고, 제어기(190)에는 온도설정스위치(192) 및 시간설정스위치(194)가 구비된다. 따라서, 온도설정스위치(192)를 작동시키면 제어기(190)의 마이컴(196)이 온도센서(177)를 통해 감지된 감지온도와 온도설정스위치(192)의 설정온도를 비교해 설정온도 이하인 경우에는 히터선(176)에 전원을 공급하여 가열하고, 설정온도 이상인 경우에는 히터선(176)에 전원투입을 차단시키게 된다. 물론, 상기 시간설정스위치(194)를 조절하는 경우 지압 시간을 조절할 수도 있다.
이때, 찜질 효과시에 피부 깊숙히 원적외선의 침투가 가능하도록 커버체(160) 및 경혈지압돌기(172)의 표면에 원적외선 방사도료를 도포 또는 원적외선 방사재료를 혼합하여 구성함이 바람직하다.
이와 같은 구성에 의하면 제어기(190)의 구동스위치(191)를 조작하면 모터(182)가 회전하게 되어 경혈지압판(170)의 하부를 가압하여 상승시켜 주게 되는데, 이 경우 경혈지압판(170)의 표면에 구비되는 경혈지압돌기(172)가 커버체(160)의 가이드공(160a)을 통과해 상부로 돌출된 상태를 유지하여 경혈을 지압하게 된다.
한편, 상기 커버체(160)의 내측 공간부(161)에는 송풍팬(178)과 상기 송풍팬(178)을 회전시키기 위한 송풍용 모터(179)가 더 구비되고, 상기 제어기(190)는 송풍작동스위치(195)가 더 구비된다. 따라서, 송풍작동스위치(195)를 작동시키면 공기가 커버체(160)의 표면에 형성되는 공기배출공(163)으로 배출되어 쾌적한 상태에서 방석(100)에 앉아 있을 수 있게 된다.
이때, 상기 공간부(161)의 경혈지압판(170) 하측에는 보호판(165)이 더 구비되어 물과 같은 음료수 등을 방석(100)에 엎지른 경우 상기 커버체(160)의 가이드공(160a) 또는 공기배출공(163)으로 유입되는 음료수에 의해 모터 등이 파손되는 것을 방지하게 된다. 한편, 상기 보호판(165)의 일측에는 송풍용 모터(179)가 작동되는 경우 바람이 이동하는 통기공(165a)이 측면에 형성된다.
따라서, 시간설정스위치(194)를 예를 들어 20분 설정하면, 상기 승강수단(180)의 모터(182)는 20분 후 역회전되어 경혈지압판(170)을 하강시켜 주며 이후 정지되어 지압이 이루어지지 않게 된다. 이 경우 송풍용 모터(179) 역시 동시에 정지하도록 제어함이 바람직하다.
그리고, 상기 커버체(160)의 하부에는 커버체(160)의 내측 하부에 부착되는 베이스판(미도시됨)을 더 구비함이 바람직하다.
한편, 본 발명에 따른 경혈 지압용 방석(100)은 지압기능을 사용하지 않는 경우에는 방석(100)을 뒤집어 하부에 앉아 사용할 수 있다.
이상과 같이 본 발명의 실시 예에 대하여 상세히 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 권리범위는 이에 한정되지 않으며, 본 발명의 실시 예와 실질적으로 균등의 범위에 있는 것까지 본 발명의 권리범위가 미친다.
본 발명은 경혈 지압용 방석에 관한 것으로, 인체의 둔부나 대퇴부의 경혈 지점을 지압이 가능하며 경혈지압을 위한 돌기들이 외부로 돌출되지 않아 사용자가 경혈지압 기능을 필요에 따라 선택적으로 사용할 수 있는 방석을 제공한다.

Claims (10)

  1. 상면에 둔부 및 대퇴부의 경혈지점을 지압할 수 있는 다수의 경혈지압돌기(112)가 구비되는 경혈지압판(110)과, 상기 경혈지압판(110)이 내부에 삽입되는 커버(120)와, 상기 커버(120)의 내측에 구비되어 경혈지압판(110)의 상면과 하면을 감싸는 쿠션재(130)로 이루어지는 경혈 지압용 방석에 있어서,
    상기 경혈지압판(110)에는 찜질효과를 얻기 위해 히터선(176)이 구비되고, 상기 경혈지압판(110)의 일측에는 히터선(176)이 발열시에 온도를 감지하는 온도센서(177)가 구비되고, 상기 온도센서(177)에서 측정되는 가열온도에 따라 상기 히터선(176)으로의 전원 공급을 제어하는 제어기(190)와 상기 제어기(190)의 구동전원을 공급하는 전원공급수단(200)이 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경혈 지압용 방석.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 커버(120)는 외부로 노출되는 외피(122)와 내부에 위치하는 내피(123)로 이루어지며, 상기 외피(122) 일측에는 지퍼(124)가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경혈 지압용 방석.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 경혈지압판(110)의 상부에는 경혈지압돌기(112)가 관통되는 관통공(142)이 대응되게 형성되는 지지판(140)이 더 구비되고, 상기 경혈지압판(110)과 지지판(140)의 사이에는 탄성수단(150)이 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경혈 지압용 방석.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서,
    상기 경혈지압판(110)의 상면에는 탄성수단(150)인 코일스프링의 하단이 지지되는 제1고정구(119)가 구비되고, 상기 지지판(140)의 하면에는 탄성수단(150)인 코일스프링의 상단이 지지되는 제2고정구(149)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경혈 지압용 방석.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 커버(120)의 상면 경혈지점에 고정공(127)이 더 형성되고, 그 고정공(127)에는 경혈지압판(110)에 구비되는 경혈지압돌기(112)가 안착가능한 돌기안착홈(128a)이 하부에 형성되는 경질의 지압구(128)가 일체로 고정 구비되며, 상기 지압구(128)의 하단은 고정링(129)에 의해 상기 커버(120)의 고정공(127)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경혈 지압용 방석.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서,
    상기 경혈지압판(110)과 지압구(128)의 사이에는 코일스프링 등의 탄성수단(150)이 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경혈 지압용 방석.
  7. 내부에 공간부(161)가 형성되며 표면 중앙에는 둔부 및 대퇴부 경혈에 해당하는 안내공(160a)이 다수 형성되는 커버체(160)와, 상기 커버체(160)의 공간부(161)에 구비되며 상기 안내공(160a)을 통해 상하로 출몰되는 경혈지압돌기(172)가 일정간격을 유지하며 구비되는 경혈지압판(170)과, 상기 경혈지압돌기(172)가 상기 안내공(160a)을 통해 출몰하도록 경혈지압판(170)을 승강시키는 승강수단(180)과, 상기 승강수단(180)을 제어하는 제어기(190)와, 상기 제어기(190)의 구동전원을 공급하는 전원공급수단(200)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 경혈 지압용 방석.
  8. 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 승강수단(180)은;
    모터(182)와, 상기 모터(182)의 회전축에 일체로 구비되는 디스크(184)와, 상기 디스크(184)의 일측에 일단부가 힌지결합되고 타단부는 상기 경혈지압판(170)의 하부에 힌지결합되는 링크(186)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 경혈 지압용 방석.
  9. 제 7항에 있어서,
    상기 경혈지압판(170)에는 히터선(176)이 구비되고, 상기 공간부(161)의 내부에는 히터선(176)이 발열시에 온도를 감지하는 온도센서(177)가 구비되고, 상기 제어기(190)에는 온도설정스위치(192) 및 시간설정스위치(194)가 구비되어, 온도설정스위치(192)를 작동시키면 제어기(190)의 마이컴(196)이 온도센서(177)를 통해 감지된 감지온도와 온도설정스위치(192)의 설정온도를 비교해 설정온도 이하인 경우에는 히터선(176)에 전원을 공급하여 가열하고 설정온도 이상인 경우에는 히터선(176)에 전원투입을 차단시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 경혈 지압용 방석.
  10. 제 7항에 있어서,
    상기 커버체(160)의 표면에는 공기배출공(163)이 더 형성되고 상기 공간부(161)에는 송풍팬(178)과 상기 송풍팬(178)을 회전시키기 위한 송풍용 모터(179)가 더 구비되고, 상기 제어기(190)는 송풍작동스위치(195)가 더 구비되고,
    상기 공간부(161)의 경혈지압판(170) 하측에는 보호판(165)이 더 구비되고, 상기 보호판(165)의 일측에는 상기 송풍용 모터(179)가 작동되는 경우 바람이 이동하는 통기공(165a)이 측면에 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경혈 지압용 방석.
