본 발명은 찜질기능을 가진 변기커버에 관한 것으로서, 더 상세하게는 발열체(310)가 내장되어 사람이 앉아 찜질을 할 수 있게 구성되는 찜질판(300)을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하여, 필요할 때마다 변기커버 위에 앉아서 누구라도 손쉽게 찜질기능을 작동시켜 찜질을 함으로써 인체에 이로운 효과를 얻을 수 있도록 하는 찜질기능을 가진 변기커버에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 찜질기능을 가진 변기커버에 관한 것으로서, 더 상세하게는 필요할 때마다 온열 찜질을 할 수 있도록 하여 인체에 이로운 효과를 얻을 수 있도록 구성된 찜질기능을 가진 변기커버에 관한 것이다.
근래 들어 의자에 앉아서 생활하는 시간이 늘어남에 따라 항문관련 질환이 급증하고 있다. 더불어 서구화된 식생활로 인해 남성들에게 전립선 질환이 빈번하게 발생하고 있으며, 여성들에게는 각종 부인과 질환이 발생하여 치료를 요하는 경우가 많았다.
따라서, 상기와 같은 질환을 치료하기 위해 회음부와 항문 등을 찜질하는 시술이 널리 행해지고 있는바, 찜질을 할 수 있는 기능을 가진 다양한 찜질기 또는 훈증기 등이 제안되고 있다.
그런데, 상기와 같은 종래 찜질기 또는 훈증기는 사람이 앉을 수 있는 형태로 된 별도의 장치로서 공간을 많이 차지할 뿐만 아니라 사용이 불편하다는 문제가 있는 것이었다.
한편, 공동주택 및 일반 숙박업소나 호텔 등의 주거공간 내에 보다 기능이 다양화된 수세식 좌변기가 설치되어 생활의 편의를 제공하고 있는 추세이다. 상기와 같이 건축물에 설치되는 좌변기의 구조는 수도관에 연결되어 물을 담아 저장하는 물탱크와, 사용자의 배설물을 받아 배수관으로 배출하는 터브(tub)형상의 변기통, 상기 변기통 입구에 설치되어 사람이 앉아서 변을 볼 수 있는 좌변시트 및 열고 닫을 수 있게 구성된 것으로서 평상시 변기를 사용하지 않을 때 상기 변기통을 덮어 이물질이 들어가는 것을 막거나 외관을 깔끔하게 할 수 있도록 하는 변기커버를 포함하여 구성된다.
여기서, 상기 종래의 변기커버는 플라스틱 재질로 형성된 것으로서 열고 닫음으로써 단순히 변기통의 입구를 덮어주는 기능만을 제공할 뿐 다른 용도로는 전혀 사용되지 못하고 있는 것이었는바, 이를 개선하여 변기를 덮는 용도 외에 다른 기능을 구현할 수 있도록 하고자 하는 노력이 있어왔다.
본 발명은 상기와 같이 현대인에게 빈번하게 발생하는 각종 질병을 치료하기 위해 찜질이 널리 행해지고 있음에도 기존 찜질기로는 사용자가 요구하는 편리성 등을 만족시킬 수 없는 점과, 좌변기가 가정이나 병원 등의 건물에 널리 설치되고 있어 접근성과 사용성이 뛰어남에도 변기 이외의 기능을 하지 못한다는 점에 착안한 것으로서,
변기커버가 찜질기능을 가지도록 하여 별도의 찜질기를 구비하지 않고도 변기커버에 앉아서 찜질기능과 마사지기능을 작동시킴으로써 누구라도 편리하게 회음부나 항문 등을 찜질하고 마사지할 수 있도록 하는 것에 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명에서는 변기커버에 온열기능과 마사지기능 등을 부여함으로써 필요할 때마다 변기커버 위에 앉아서 누구라도 손쉽게 찜질기능을 작동시켜 찜질을 할 수 있도록 하여 상기의 목적을 달성한다.
본 발명에 따르면, 변기커버에 앉아 온열장치와 진동장치를 작동시킴으로써 쉽고 간편하게 찜질과 마사지를 하여 인체에 이로운 효과를 얻을 수 있게 되는바, 가정이나 병원 등에 설치된 변기에 적용하여 편리하게 사용할 수 있는 찜질기능을 가진 변기커버를 얻을 수 있다.

도시된 바와 같이 본 발명에 의한 찜질기능을 가진 변기커버는 찜질을 시작하고 끝낼 수 있는 시작/종료버튼 및 온도나 시간 등과 같은 찜질 조건을 설정할 수 있는 컨트롤러(400)에 의해 작동되어 열을 발생시키게 구성된 찜질판(300)이 변기 입구를 덮어주게 형성되어, 상기 찜질판(300) 상면에 사람이 앉아서 찜질을 할 수 있게 구성되어 있다.
상기 찜질판(300)은 내부에 발열체(310)가 내장되어 있는바, 그 아래에 단열층(320)을 형성하여 열이 아래쪽으로 유실되지 않도록 하여 줄 수 있다. 상기 발열체는 면상발열체 또는 열선 등을 채택하여 구성할 수 있으며, 상기 단열층(320)은 열을 차단하는 기능을 가진 유리섬유 또는 석면 등과 같은 공지의 단열재를 선택하여서 사용할 수 있다.
상기 발열체(310)는 중심부에 배치된 것과 가장자리에 배치된 것이 별도로 제어되게 구성할 수 있다. 이와 같이 구성함으로써 상기 컨트롤러(400)를 선택적으로 작동시켜 열이 발생되는 지점을 중앙 또는 가장자리 및 전체를 선택할 수 있게 되는 바, 신체가 찜질판(300)에 닿는 지점 중 특정 지점만을 선택하여 찜질하거나 또는 전체를 모두 찜질하는 것이 가능하게 된다.

상기 오목부(330)에는 특정 효과를 나타내는 보조찜질물질, 예를 들어 쑥이나 게르마늄, 황토 등으로 형성된 찜질팩 또는 원적외선을 발산하는 황토, 게르마늄, 맥반석, 옥, 세라믹과 같은 재질로 된 찜질판 등을 넣거나 얹어두고 사용함으로써 찜질시 찜질효과를 배가시킬 수 있게 된다.

상기와 같은 과정을 거쳐 원하는 시간 동안 찜질을 완료하게 되면 사용자는 컨트롤러(400)에서 종료버튼을 눌러 주거나 정해진 시간이 되면 타이머가 자동으로 전원을 차단하게 되어 찜질을 종료하게 되는바, 언제라도 필요할 때마다 편리하게 찜질을 하여 줄 수 있게 된다.

  1. 발열체(310)가 내장되되, 상면에는 사용자가 앉았을 때 편안한 느낌을 가질 수 있도록 함과 아울러 인체와 접하는 면적을 최대로 할 수 있는 오목부(330)가 형성되어 평상시에는 변기 입구를 덮는 커버로 사용하다가 필요할 때마다 사람이 앉아 회음부와 항문 부위를 찜질할 수 있는 찜질판(300)을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 찜질기능을 가진 변기커버.
  2. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 발열체(310) 아래에는 단열층(320)이 더 형성되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 찜질기능을 가진 변기커버.
  3. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 발열체(310)는 찜질판(300)의 중심부와 가장자리에 별도로 배선되어 선택적으로 열을 발생시키게 구성되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 찜질기능을 가진 변기커버.
  4. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 오목부(330)에 보조찜질물질을 담아 찜질할 수 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 찜질기능을 가진 변기커버.
  5. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 찜질판(300)은 후방턱(340)이 형성되어 엉덩이 뒷부분을 찜질할 수 있게 구성되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 찜질기능을 가진 변기커버.
  6. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 찜질판(300)의 상면에는 지압돌기(350)가 더 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 찜질기능을 가진 변기커버.
  7. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 찜질판(300)은 변기 입구를 덮는 베이스판(100)에 의해 지지되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 찜질기능을 가진 변기커버.
  8. 제7 항에 있어서,
    상기 찜질판(300)과 베이스판(100) 사이에는 쿠션층(200)이 형성되어 충격을 흡수하게 구성되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 찜질기능을 가진 변기커버.
  9. 제7 항에 있어서,
    상기 베이스판(100)은 중앙부가 위로 볼록하게 형성되어 하중을 분산할 수 있게 구성되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 찜질기능을 가진 변기커버.
  10. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 변기커버는 진동장치가 내장되어 마사지 기능을 구현할 수 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 찜질기능을 가진 변기커버.
