본 발명은 휴대용 변기에 대한 것으로서, 휴대가 용이하도록 접는 방향이 힌지를 축으로 외측 방향으로 회동되도록 하여 다리와 포개짐으로써 간단히 접힐 수 있으며, 착석에 의한 하중을 견고히 지지할 수 있는 휴대용 변기에 대한 것이다.
최근에는 개인의 삶이 질적으로 향상되어, 비박산행이나 백패킹을 즐기는 사람들이 늘어나고 있다.
그런데, 비박이나 백패킹을 하다보면, 기초적 생리 욕구인 대소변을 해결하기가 어려운 것이 사실이다.
휴대용 변기에 대한 특허의 일 예로, 공개특허공보 제10-2010-0051295호, 등록실용신안공보 제0459464호가 개시되어 있다.
상기한 선행기술들은 접어서 보관하거나 펼쳐서 사용할 수 있도록 구성되어 있으나, 보관을 위하여 접는 경우에 여전히 그 부피가 상당히 커서 실제에 있어서는 휴대에 용이하지 않다는 단점이 있다.

또한, 휴대용 변기에 사용될 용변 봉투를 길게 연장 형성된 고정 로드를 통하여 변기에 쉽게 착탈이 가능하도록 하고, 용변 후에도 상기 용변 봉투를 용이하게 분리시킬 수 있는 휴대용 변기를 제안하고자 한다.

기존의 휴대용 변기는 노출 부위인 엉덩이를 가리기 위하여 좌대 폭이 36센티 이상이 되거나 패킹시에 사각 가방처럼 깔끔하게 하기 위하여 용변 자체 목적과는 불필요한 부피와 무게 증가 요인이 있어, 장거리 휴대하기에는 많은 취약점이 존재하였다. 무게와 부피를 최소화하는 백패킹 용품으로는 기존의 제품이 갖는 단점들을 본 발명에서는 극복할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
본 발명은 플라스틱 재질로 시험제작한 결과 800g 이하의 무게를 구현할 수 있으며, 이것은 현재 시중에 시판되고 있는 반복적으로 사용하는 종이 변기 무게가 900g 인점을 고려한다면 큰 장점이라고 할 수 있다.
둘째, 본 발명의 휴대용 변기는 조작이 용이한 장점이 있다.
부피를 최소화하는 휴대용 변기는 유아용 이외에 대부분 사용을 위하여 조립을 해야 하는데, 본 발명은 본체 다리부인 측면 바디부들과 좌대부가 절첩식으로 결속되어 한두번의 조작으로 설치 및 해체가 가능하여 쉽게 사용할 수 있다.
셋째, 본 발명의 휴대용 변기를 구성하는 용변 봉투의 거치 및 수거가 용이한 장점이 있다.
봉투 로드를 사용하여 용변 봉투를 거치 및 설치하는 것은 용변 봉투를 변기통 내에서 최대한 크게 팽창시키면서 쉽게 거치할 수 있도록 한다. 그리고, 용변 봉투의 입구를 신속하게 닫고 손쉽게 수거할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
넷째, 본 발명의 휴대용 변기는 부피와 무게 대비 안정감이 우수한 장점이 있다.
부피와 무게를 최소화하면 착석시에 안정감과 안전이 저하될 우려가 있으나, 본 발명의 경우에는, 본체 다리를 구성하는 측면 바디부와 좌대부가 절첩식으로 결속되어 있어 설치시 견고하여 착석감이 우수하고, 안전성이 높은 장점이 있다.

이하에서는, 본 실시예에 대하여 첨부되는 도면을 참조하여 상세하게 살펴보도록 한다. 다만, 본 실시예가 개시하는 사항으로부터 본 실시예가 갖는 발명의 사상의 범위가 정해질 수 있을 것이며, 본 실시예가 갖는 발명의 사상은 제안되는 실시예에 대하여 구성요소의 추가, 삭제, 변경 등의 실시변형을 포함한다고 할 것이다.
본 발명과 관련되는 설명에 사용되는 접미어 "부"는 명세서 작성의 용이함만이 고려되어 부여되거나 혼용되는 것으로서, 그 자체로 서로 구별되는 의미 또는 역할을 갖는 것은 아니다.
도 1은 본 발명의 휴대용 변기의 전체 모습을 보여주는 사시도이고, 도 2는 본 발명의 휴대용 변기에서 좌판부를 분리한 모습의 사시도이다.
도 1 및 도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명의 휴대용 변기는, 선택적으로 착탈이 가능한 제 1 좌판 프레임(151)과 제 2 좌판 프레임(152)으로 구성된 좌판부(150)와, 상기 좌판부(150) 하측을 지지하는 바디부를 포함한다.
상기 바디부는 네 측면을 둘러싸는 형상으로 이루어지고, 전방 바디부(110), 제 1 측면 바디부(130), 제 2 측면 바디부(140) 및 후방 바디부(120)를 포함한다.
상세히, 상기 좌판부(150)에는 사람이 앉아서 용변을 볼 수 있도록 좌판홀(159)이 형성되고, 상기 좌판홀(159)은 'ㄷ'자 또는 'C'자 형상의 제 1 좌판 프레임(151)과 제 2 좌판 프레임(152)에 의하여 형성된다.
본 발명의 제 1 실시예에서는, 도시된 바와 같이, 좌판부(150)의 한 쌍의 좌판 프레임(151,152)로 이루어지고, 각각의 좌판 프레임들은 제 1 및 제 2 측면 바디부(140) 상측에 형성된 상측 힌지구들(131)을 중심으로 외측 방향으로 회동이 가능하다. 상기 제 1 및 제 2 좌판 프레임(151,152)들끼리 결합된 상태, 즉, 사용자가 앉을 수 있도록 좌판 프레임이 결합된 상태를 0°라고 한다면, 각각의 좌판 프레임들은 상기 측면 바디부(130,140)의 상측 힌지구(131,141)를 중심으로 270° 회전이 가능하도록 구성된다.
상기 좌판부의 구성은 도 3에 도시되어 있으며, 도 3도 함께 참조하여 본다.
도 2 및 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 제 1 실시예에 따른 휴대용 변기에서는 좌판부(150)가 제 1 좌판 프레임(151)과 제 2 좌판 프레임(152)으로 구성된다.
제 1 좌판 프레임(151)과 제 2 좌판 프레임은 상호 동일하게 구성되므로, 제 1 좌판 프레임(151)을 중심으로 설명하면, 'ㄷ'자 또는 'C'자 형상으로 좌판 프레임(151)은 구성되고, 측면 바디부의 상측 힌지구에 결합되는 제 1 좌판 힌지구(153)를 포함한다.
그리고, 상기 제 1 좌판 프레임(151)과 제 2 좌판 프레임(152)은 상호간에 착탈이 가능하도록 각각의 결합부위에는 제 1 좌판 결합부(155a)와 제 2 좌판 결합부(155b)는 상호 결합되거나 분리될 수 있는 형상으로 이루어진다.
한편, 상기 좌판부(150)의 제 1 좌판 힌지구(153)와 제 2 좌판 힌지구(154)에 결합되고, 상기 좌판부(150) 하측에 배치되는 바디부의 구성에 대해서 도 1과 도 2를 다시 참조하여 본다.
본 발명의 휴대용 변기의 바디부는, 변기의 전방에 위치하는 전방 바디부(110)와, 상기 전방 바디부(110)와 대향하도록 배치되고 후방에 결합되는 후방 바디부(120)와, 상기 전방 바디부(110)와 후방 바디부(120)를 연결하면서 각각 측면에 배치되는 제 1 및 제 2 측면 바디부(130,140)를 포함한다.
상기 전방 바디부(110)와 후방 바디부(120)는 동일한 형상으로 이루어지므로, 상기 전방 바디부(110)를 중심으로 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
상기 전방 바디부(110)는 가운데 영역에 위치하여 회동이 가능하도록 구성된 중앙 힌지(113)와, 상기 중앙 힌지(113)의 일측에 배치되는 제 1 전방 프레임(111)과, 상기 중앙 힌지(113)의 타측에 배치되는 제 2 전방 프레임(112)을 포함한다.
상기 제 1 전방 프레임(111)과 제 2 전방 프레임(112)은 상기 중앙 힌지(113)를 중심으로 회동 가능하도록 구성되고, 상기 제 1 전방 프레임과 제 2 전방 프레임의 회동에 의하여 상기 중앙 힌지(113)가 변기 내측(후방)으로 이동할 수 있다.
한편, 상기 제 1 측면 바디부(130)의 일측에는 상기 제 1 전방 힌지구(115)에 결합되는 제 1 측면 힌지구(135)가 형성되고, 타측에는 후방 바디부(120)와의 결합이 이루어지도록 하는 제 2 측면 힌지구(136)가 형성된다.
상측 힌지구(131)를 중심으로 회동되는 좌판 프레임과, 상기 상측 힌지구(131)가 구성되는 형상에 대해서는 도 4 및 도 5를 참조하여 본다.
도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 제 1 측면 바디부(130)의 상측에 형성되는 상측 힌지구(131)는 상기 제 1 측면 바디부(130)의 길이 방향에 대하여 기설정된 각도로 절곡되도록 형성된다. 즉, 상기 상측 힌지구(131)는 상기 제 1 측면 바디부(130) 단부로부터 소정 각도 또는 소정의 곡률반경을 갖는 절곡부(131a)의 단부에 형성된다.
상기 절곡부(131a)의 휨 각도는 상기 상측 힌지구(131)에 결합되는 제 1 좌판 프레임(151)이 제 1 위치(151A)에서 제 2 위치(151B)로의 이동이 가능하도록 구성된다. 즉, 휴대용 변기를 폴딩시켜 보관할 때에는, 좌판부의 좌판 프레임들이 상기 측면 바디부와 평행하게 놓여지거나 상기 측면 바디부와 접하게 되어야 부피가 최소화되므로, 상기 절곡부(131a)는 제 1 좌판 프레임(151)의 변기 사용때의 제 1 위치(151A)에서 변기 보관할 때의 제 2 위치(151B)까지의 회동 각도를 보장하여야 한다.
그리고, 상기 절곡부(131a)는 좌판 프레임(151) 상에 사용자가 앉을 경우에 하중을 견뎌야하므로, 소정 각도로 경사진 형상 보다는 도시된 바와 같이 소정의 곡률 반경을 갖는 휨 현상을 갖는 것이 바람직하다.
그리고, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 제 1 측면 바디부(130)의 내주면에는 상기 제 1 좌판 프레임(151)을 하면을 지지하기 위한 보강부(139)가 구성될 수 있다. 상기 보강부(139)는 휴대용 변기를 접을 때에 최소한의 부피가 되도록 작은 크기로 이루어지고, 상기 제 1 좌판 프레임(151)의 하면 일부를 지지함으로써 사용자의 착석이 이루어졌을 때 휴대용 변기의 뒤틀림이 발생하지 않도록 한다.
도 6은 본 발명의 휴대용 변기를 휴대하기 위하여 폴딩시킨 상태를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 측면 바디부(130)의 상측 힌지구(131)가 상기 측면 바디부(130)의 길이방향으로 소정 거리 또는 소정 각도 외측에 형성되기 때문에, 상기 상측 힌지구(131)를 중심으로 회동되는 제 1 좌판 프레임(151) 및 제 2 좌판 프레임(152) 각각이 측면 바디부에 접할 정도로의 회전이 가능해진다.
도시된 바와 같은 정도의 부피로 폴딩이 가능하기 때문에, 휴대를 위하여 자동차 시트 아래에 비치시켜 두거나, 가방에 넣을 때에도 아주 적은 부피만을 차지하므로, 휴대성능을 더욱 높일 수 있다.
도 7과 도 8은 본 발명의 제 2 실시예에 따른 휴대용 변기를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 7과 도 8을 참조하면, 제 2 실시예에 따른 휴대용 변기의 경우, 사용자의 엉덩이 부위가 닿는 좌판부가 단일의 좌판 프레임으로 구성된다.
즉, 이 경우, 제 1 좌판 프레임(151)의 일측은 회동이 가능하도록 제 1 측면 바디부(130)의 상측 힌지구(131)와 결합되고, 상기 제 1 좌판 프레임(151)의 타측은 제 2 측면 바디부(130)의 고정 돌출부(148)에 결합된다.
단일의 좌판 프레임으로 이루어진 제 1 좌판 프레임(151)은, 일측에 상측 힌지구(131)와 결합 및 회동가능하도록 구성되고, 타측에는 소정 두께 돌출 형성된 고정 돌출부(158)가 형성된다.
상기 제 1 좌판 프레임(151)의 고정 돌출부(158)는, 제 2 측면 바디부(140)의 상측에 형성되는 고정 돌출부(148)와 상호 끼워질 수 있도록 형성된다. 이들 고정 돌출부(148,158)들은 상호 끼움 결합이 이루어지도록, 돌출 영역과 오목 영역이 상호 대응되도록 형성된다.
단일의 좌판 프레임으로 좌판부가 구성되는 경우에는, 휴대용 변기를 접을 때에 일측을 통해서만 회동이 가능하도록 구성되면 충분하기 때문이다.
도 9 내지 도 11은 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 휴대용 변기와 함께 사용될 수 있는 봉투 지지부를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 9 내지 도 11을 참조하면, 본 실시예의 휴대용 변기에는 용변 봉투(201)에 결합되어 있는 한 쌍의 봉투 로드(210)가 착탈될 수 있는 홈이 구성된다.
상세히, 본 실시예의 휴대용 변기의 전방 바디부(110)와 후방 바디부(120) 상측에는 용변 봉투(201)가 결합되어 있는 봉투 로드(210)의 일부가 삽입 고정될 수 있는 제 1 로드 결합홈(117)과 제 2 로드 결합홈(118)이 형성된다.
따라서, 사용자가 휴대한 용변 수집 수단(200)의 봉투 로드(210)를 상기 로드 결합홈에 끼우게 되면, 상기 용변 수집 수단(200)의 봉투 로드(210) 및 용변 봉투(201)가 휴대용 변기 내에 그 위치가 고정된다.
그리고, 용변 봉투 단부의 봉투로드 결합홈이 아닌 타 부분은 좌판부(150)에 의해 그 위치가 고정되는 전방 연장부(230)와 후방 연장부(240)가 형성되어 있고, 이것은 용변 봉투 사용시 좌판부(150) 무게 뿐만 아니라 착석한 사용자의 무게에 의하여 그 위치가 고정될 수 있다.
그리고, 상기 용변 봉투(201)의 단부에서 상기 봉투 로드(210)가 통과하는 홀 내부를 통하여 봉투 조임끈(220)이 통과하도록 구성된다. 상기 봉투 조임끈(220)은 봉투 로드(210)가 연결된 부위의 용변 봉투(201)를 연결하면서 타측은 사용자가 당길 수 있도록 구성된다.
용변을 완료하고, 상기 봉투 로드(210)를 상기 로드 결합홈(117,118)으로부터 분리시키면서, 상기 봉투 조임끈(220)의 한쪽을 당기게 되면, 용변 봉투(201)의 입구가 쉽게 폐쇄될 수 있다.
그리고, 상기 용변 봉투(201)를 봉투 로드(210)로부터 분리시키는 간단한 조작을 통하여, 용변 봉투(201)만을 분리할 수 있다.
도 12는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 용변 수집 수단의 구성을 보여주는 도면이고, 도 13과 도 14는 상기 용변 수집 수단를 휴대용 변기에 수용시킨 경우의 상태 도면이다.
도 12 내지 도 14에 도시된 바와 같이, 다른 실시예의 용변 수집 수단(200)은 용변 봉투(201)와, 휴대용 변기 내측에 용변 봉투가 수용되었을 때에 좌판부(150)에 의하여 그 위치가 고정되는 전방 연장부(202) 및 후방 연장부(203)와, 휴대용 변기의 측면 바디부(130)에 형성된 봉투 결합홀(300)을 이용하여 용변 봉투(201)의 위치를 고정시키기 위한 제 1 및 제 2 측면 연장부(204,205)를 포함한다.
도 13에 도시된 바와 같이, 도 12의 용변 봉투를 설치할 수 있도록 휴대용 변기의 양측면 바디부 상측에 각각 2개, 모두 4개의 결합홀(300)이 형성되어 있다. 각각의 결합홀에는 V자 홈이 있어 도 12의 용변 봉투 설치시에 용변 봉투 측면 연장부가 V자 홈에 고정된다.
이러한 구성을 갖는 용변 수집 수단(200)을 이용하는 경우에, 전방과 후방으로 연장되도록 형성된 전방 및 후방 연장부(202,203)는 좌판부(150) 무게 뿐만 아니라 착석한 사용자의 무게에 의하여 그 위치가 고정될 수 있다.
그리고, 측방향으로 연장되는 제 1 및 제 2 측면 연장부(204,205)들의 고정을 통해서, 용변 봉투(201)의 위치가 틀어지거나 용변 봉투(201)의 입구가 좁아지는 등의 문제를 미연에 방지할 수 있다.
도 15 내지 도 17은 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 휴대용 변기에 결합 가능한 용변 덮개를 사용하는 경우를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
휴대용 변기를 동일 장소에서 계속하여 사용하고자 하는 경우, 용변 봉투 설치 간편성과 착석감을 더욱 높이기 위하여 용변 덮개(400)를 사용할 수 있다.
도 15 내지 도 17을 참조하면, 본 실시예의 좌판부(150)를 덮을 수 있는 형상으로 이루어진 용변 덮개(400)가 구성될 수 있으며, 상기 용변 덮개(400)는 대략 직사각 형상의 덮개 바디(401)로 이루어지고, 하부면에는 소정 길이 돌출형성된 하측 돌출부(410,420,430,440)가 적어도 하나 이상 형성된다.
전술한 제 1 실시예 또는 제 2 실시예의 휴대용 변기에 용변 봉투(220)를 위치시키고, 상기 용변 덮개(400)를 상기 좌판부(150) 상에 끼우면, 상기 용변 덮개(400)의 하측 돌출부들이 상기 좌판홀(159) 내로 들어가 용변 봉투와 함께 좌판을 감싸주기 때문에, 용변 봉투를 고정 및 팽창시키는 역할을 수행한다.
상기 용변 덮개(400)의 하부면에 형성된 하측 돌출부들은, 그 절곡 형상이 'C'자 형상으로 이루어지고, 상기 하측 돌출부들이 좌판홀(159) 내로 삽입되는 경우에, 상기 C자 형상의 하측 돌출부이 상기 좌판홀(159) 내주면을 감싸도록 함으로써, 용변 덮개(400)와 좌판부(150) 사이의 결합이 견고히 이루어지도록 하기 위함이다.
그리고, 상기 용변 덮개(400)가 상기 좌판홀(159) 내의 삽입이 용이하도록 하기 위하여, 상기 하측 돌출부들(410,420,430,440)은, 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 용변 덮개(400) 하부면에서 상호 분할되어 형성된다.
도면에는 본 실시예의 용변 봉투가 도시되어 있으나, 일반 봉투의 사용도 가능하며, 먼저, 용변 봉투를 상기 좌판홀(150) 내에 걸쳐 놓는다.
그 다음, 상기 용변 덮개(400)로 좌판부(150)를 덮어 용변 봉투를 눌러서 상기 용변 봉투를 고정시킨다. 이때, 상기 용변 덮개(400)의 하측 돌출부들이 좌판홀(159) 내에 들어가서 용변 봉투를 감싸쥐기 때문에, 상기 용변 봉투는 팽창 및 고정이 원활히 이루어질 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 절첩식 구조로 이루어져 거치 및 폴딩이 가능한 휴대용 변기로서,
    상기 휴대용 변기의 4개 면을 형성하는 전방 바디부, 제 1 측면 바디부, 제 2 측면 바디부 및 후방 바디부와,
    상기 제 1 측면 바디부의 상측에 형성되어 있는 상측 힌지구를 중심으로 회동이 가능하도록 구성된 제 1 좌판 프레임과, 상기 제 2 측면 바디부의 상측에 형성되어 있는 상측 힌지구를 중심으로 회동이 가능하도록 구성된 제 2 좌판 프레임으로 이루어진 좌판부를 포함하고,
    상기 전방 바디부는 상기 제 1 측면 바디부의 일측을 중심으로 회동하는 제 1 전방 프레임과, 상기 제 2 측면 바디부의 일측을 중심으로 회동하는 제 2 전방 프레임과, 상기 제 1 전방 프레임 및 제 2 전방 프레임 사이에서 회동 가능하도록 구성된 중앙 힌지를 포함하고,
    상기 중앙 힌지가 상기 휴대용 변기의 내측으로 이동하는 폴딩이 이루어지는 경우에 상기 좌판부의 제 1 좌판 프레임과 제 2 좌판 프레임 각각은 상기 제 1 측면 바디부와 제 2 측면 바디부 측으로 회동되고,
    상기 좌판부에 형성된 좌판홀은 상기 전방 바디부로부터 후방 바디부 방향으로 연장되는 형상으로 이루어지고,
    상기 제 1 측면 바디부 상측에 형성된 상측 힌지구를 제 1 상측 힌지구, 상기 제 2 측면 바디부 상측에 형성된 상측 힌지구를 제 2 상측 힌지구로 정의하고,
    상기 제 1 상측 힌지구는 상기 제 1 측면 바디부로부터 기설정된 곡률 반경을 갖으면서 절곡되도록 형성된 제 1 절곡부의 단부에 형성되고, 상기 제 2 상측 힌지구는 상기 제 2 측면 바디부로부터 기설정된 곡률 반경을 갖으면서 절곡되도록 형성된 제 2 절곡부의 단부에 형성되고,
    상기 제 1 및 제 2 절곡부의 휨 각도는 상기 제 1 좌판 프레임과 제 2 좌판 프레임 각각이 상기 제 1 측면 바디부와 제 2 측면 바디부와 평행하게 놓여질 수 있는 정도로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 변기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기의 4개의 바디부들에 의하여 둘러싸이는 영역에 해당하는 상기 휴대용 변기의 내측에 수용되는 용변 수집 수단을 더 포함하고,
    상기 용변 수집 수단은 용변을 수집하는 용변 봉투와 함께, 상기 전방 및 후방 바디부 상측에 형성된 로드 결합홈 내에 결합될 수 있는 봉투 로드를 더 포함하거나, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 측면 바디부에 형성된 봉투 결합홀에 끼워질 수 있도록 연장 형성된 측면 연장부를 더 포함하는 휴대용 변기.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 용변 수집 수단은 상기 용변 봉투와 연결되면서 상기 전방 바디부측으로 연장되는 전방 연장부와, 상기 후방 바디부측으로 연장되는 후방 연장부를 포함하고,
    상기 전방 연장부 및 후방 연장부는 상기 좌판부에 의하여 그 위치가 고정되고,
    상기 제 1 측면 바디부 또는 제 2 측면 바디부 내주면에는 상기 제 1 좌판 프레임 또는 제 2 좌판 프레임의 하면을 지지하기 위한 보강부가 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 변기.
