Description

一种坡道式紧急疏散门 技术领域
本发明涉及轨道车辆的紧急疏散门,特别适用于城市轨道车辆。
背景技术
近年来,地铁车辆在很多城市应用广泛,各个城市在修建线路的时候结合各方面影响因素会有所不同,线路可以使隧道、高架或地面等,有的线路修改建了疏散平台,有的线路没有修建疏散平台,根据不同的线路条件需要在对应的轨道车辆上设置合理方便的紧急疏散方式,以应付在紧急情况下,快速的疏散乘客。紧急疏散方式主要有:车辆侧面疏散(通过客室侧门进行疏散);车头紧急疏散;车尾紧急疏散。
经检索发现中国发明专利CN103241251B,公开了一种地铁机车坡道式紧急疏散门,门页板体分为透光部和封闭部,透光部设有窗口;门页的两纵向柱上各固定有第一级踏板支架,两第一级踏板支架上各铰接有第二级踏板支架,两第一级踏板支架固定有第一级固定踏板和铰接有第一级折叠踏板,第二级折叠踏板和第一级折叠踏板铰接,当门页展开时,第一级固定踏板、第一级折叠踏板、第二级折叠踏板和第二级固定踏板处于同一平面上,形成坡道,当门页关闭时,第一级折叠踏板和第二级折叠踏板被夹持在门页板体封闭部的背面。
该疏散门门页下翻后在底部再翻出一个二级坡道,每级坡道上面都有两个踏板,这样一共就有了四个踏板,形成较长的疏散通道,该结构较复杂,零部件较多,成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的主要是针对上述现有技术中的问题,提供一种坡道式紧急疏散门,解决了既有疏散门结构复杂零部件多,成本高的问题,为实现快速救援 提供了一种新的解决方案。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明提供的坡道式紧急疏散门,包括门框、门页和过渡踏板组件,其特征在于:所述门页下部通过连杆机构与门框相连,所述连杆机构具有第一至第六连杆、气弹簧和铰接于气弹簧前端的支座,第一连杆与门框的固定,气弹簧的后端第一连杆内端铰接,第一连杆的外端与第二连杆的内端铰接,第二连杆的外端、第三连杆的内端和气弹簧的支座铰接在一起,第三连杆的外端与第四连杆的外端铰接,第四连杆的内端与第五连杆的外端铰接,第五连杆的中后部与第二连杆的中部铰接,第五连杆的后端与第六连杆的前端铰接,第六连杆的后端与第一连杆后端铰接,第四连杆与门页固定。
本发明坡道式紧急疏散门,尤其适用于轨道车辆。
此外,本发明还涉及一种轨道车辆,其特征在于:具有上述的坡道式紧急疏散门。
本发明在门框底部连接一个铰接结构的过渡踏板,过渡踏板再与门页连接,这样门页展开后,铰接过渡踏板会延伸,使疏散通道加长,达到疏散要求,该结构只有一个过渡踏板,另外利用门页背面作为踏板,结构简单,成本低。展开和回收均由一人就可完成,展开时间不超过30秒,回收时间不超过3分钟。
本发明结构简单,零部件较少,成本低,展开回收均由一人短时间内完成,解决了既有分体式疏散门操作步骤多,回收时间长的问题,也解决了既有一体式疏散门结构复杂零部件多,成本高的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施方式做解释说明。
如图1至图5所示,本实施例轨道车辆紧急疏散门,包括门框7、门页2和过渡踏板组件,门页下部通过连杆机构与门框相连,门框7上部设置有回收装置3,回收装置3的一端通过吊索带10连接门页2的上端,回收装置的另一端通过回收带4连接回收盒装置5,门页2内侧还设置有与连杆机构固定的过渡踏板,过渡踏板具有一块位于门框内侧的固定板13,和向外翻出第一活动板1、第二活动板11,固定板13的内侧还设置有一固定踏板6。
如图3和图4所示,连杆机构具有第一连杆14、第二连杆15、第三连杆16、第四连杆17、第五连杆18、第六连杆19、气弹簧12和铰接于气弹簧12前端的支座20,第一连杆14与门框7固定,气弹簧12的后端与第一连杆14内端铰接,第一连杆14的外端与第二连杆15的内端铰接,第二连杆15的外端、第三连杆16的内端和气弹簧12的支座20铰接在一起,第三连杆16的外端与第四连杆17的外端铰接,第四连杆17的内端与第五连杆18的外端铰接,第五连杆18的中后部与第二连杆15的中部铰接,第五连杆18的后端与第六连杆19的前端铰接,第六连杆的后端与第一连杆14后端铰接,第四连杆17与门页2固定。固定踏板6的外端铰接在第一连杆14上,内端压紧地板布,用螺钉固定。固定板13内端铰接在第一连杆14上,外端用沉头螺钉固定到底部基座21上,底部基座21与车体底架横梁连接。第一活动板1的内端固定在第二连杆15上,外端搭接到第二活动板11上,第二活动板11靠近的内端固定在第五连杆18上,底部有小横梁(22)加强,另一端搭接到门页2的内侧面(通道)上。气弹簧12 的伸长和回缩,带动连杆机构上的连杆绕着铰接点做展开和折叠动作,同时带动相连接的活动板运动。
门页上设置扶手座用于安装扶手8,底部连接吊索带10,门页2四周与门框7上的胶条压紧实现密封。扶手8底部与门页2连接,中间与第二连杆15连接,上部与门框7连接,起到承载和保护乘客的作用。
吊索带10底部与门页连接,顶部缠绕在门框7上的回收装置3上的轮盘上,回收带4一端缠绕在回收装置3上的另一个轮盘上,一端缠绕在回收带轮5上,拉动回收带4,自动卷入回收带轮5,带动回收装置3上的轮盘转动,使吊索带10缠绕在轮盘上,拉动门页到关闭位置。
解锁装置9包括解锁手柄,固定钢丝绳的转盘、钢丝绳、顶部锁舌结构。钢丝绳一端安装到转盘上,另一端安装到顶部锁舌结构上,下压解锁手柄,拉动钢丝绳,使顶部锁舌缩回实现解锁。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

  1. 一种坡道式紧急疏散门,包括门框、门页和过渡踏板组件,其特征在于:所述门页下部通过连杆机构与门框相连,所述连杆机构具有第一至第六连杆、气弹簧和铰接于气弹簧前端的支座,第一连杆与门框的固定,气弹簧的后端第一连杆内端铰接,第一连杆的外端与第二连杆的内端铰接,第二连杆的外端、第三连杆的内端和气弹簧的支座铰接在一起,第三连杆的外端与第四连杆的外端铰接,第四连杆的内端与第五连杆的外端铰接,第五连杆的中后部与第二连杆的中部铰接,第五连杆的后端与第六连杆的前端铰接,第六连杆的后端与第一连杆后端铰接,第四连杆与门页固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的坡道式紧急疏散门,其特征在于:所述门页内侧还设置有与连杆机构固定的过渡踏板,所述过渡踏板具有一块位于门框内侧的固定板,和两块向外翻出的活动板,所述固定板的内侧还设置有一固定踏板。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的坡道式紧急疏散门,其特征在于:第一活动板的内端固定在第二连杆上,外端搭接到第二活动板上,第二活动板靠近的内端固定在第五连杆上,另一端搭接到门页的内侧面上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的坡道式紧急疏散门,其特征在于:固定板内端铰接在第一连杆上,外端用沉头螺钉固定到底部基座上,所述底部基座与车体底架横梁连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的坡道式紧急疏散门,其特征在于:所述门页内侧设置扶手支架,所述扶手支架与门框中部之间设置有可折叠的扶手。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的坡道式紧急疏散门,其特征在于:门框上部设置有回收装置,回收装置的一端通过吊索带连接门页的上端,回收装置的另一端通过回收带连接回收盒装置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的坡道式紧急疏散门,其特征在于:解锁装置组成 包括:解锁手柄,固定钢丝绳的转盘、钢丝绳、顶部锁舌结构,钢丝绳一端安装到转盘上,另一端安装到顶部锁舌结构上,下压解锁手柄,拉动钢丝绳,使顶部锁舌缩回实现解锁。
