作为一种示例,以目标主体为车钥匙为例,此时目标主体信号获取模块可以是接收车钥匙开启信号的部件,或者将目标主体信号获取模块集成于车钥匙开启信号的部件中,再或者还可以将目标主体信号获取模块作为一个独立的模块灵活地布置于车内,或者将目标主体信号获取模块集成于车辆中控系统等。作为一种示例,身份识别模块、控制模块、车辆调节模块可以分别集成于车辆中控系统的控制器中,也可以分别作为一个独立的模块灵活地布置于车内。除此之外,本发明提到的目标主体信号获取模块、身份识别模块、控制模块和车辆调节模块可以集成于车辆的ECU中,作为车辆ECU的一部分;也可以将这几个模块单独集成为一个“控制器”,通过这个“控制器”来获取账户信息并以此调节车辆中待调节的装置,并且该“控制器”可以作为单独的个体灵活地不至于车内,也可以作为你一个个体集成于车辆中控系统。本领域技术人员依据本发明的理论还可以作出其他任意形式结构上的改动,这些都不脱离本发明的保护范围。
如上所述,本发明通过预先建立车辆账户,使不同的账户具有不同的使用权限、不同的用户偏好设置,再将目标主体与车辆账户进行绑定,根据目标主体的信号确定该目标主体绑定的账户ID,然后根据该车辆账户ID对应的使用权限、用户偏好设置来控制车辆,以满足不同用户使用同一车辆时,对车辆的不同需求,而无需用户手动更改车辆的场景状态等,从而提高了用户的使用体验。
作为一种示例,仍以车钥匙为例,在对车钥匙与账户进行绑定操作时,可以将车钥匙放入车内的特定区域(如车内的前杯托),车钥匙信号被识别后,用户可以在人机交互界面查看/更改与车钥匙绑定的账户ID,如更改车钥匙绑定的账户ID后,云端下发更改后的账户ID对应的用户的偏好设置数据。当使用者携带该车钥匙接近车辆进行解锁操作时,身份识别模块根据车钥匙信号识别出与该车钥匙对应的账户ID,然后由控制模块根据用户的偏好设置控制车辆调节模块执行相应的操作。
在一种具体的实施方式中,预先建立的账户中预设的用户的偏好设置包括方向盘、座椅、后视镜、车辆辅助功能等,依据用户 的偏好设置,车辆调节模块可以对方向盘、座椅调节、后视镜置、车辆辅助功能进行相应的调节,以满足不同使用者的使用需求等。其中,车辆辅助功能可以是车载音响调节、车载空调调节以及车辆辅助驾驶、车灯偏好(如氛围灯、轮眉灯)、后备箱高度调节、车辆性能(如电子转向助力、驾驶模式、百公里加速、制动能量回收)等。用户偏好设置可以根据不同的使用者在与其绑定的账户中预先进行设置,这样一来,不同的人在使用车辆时,首先激活与使用者对应的账户ID,然后,车辆可以根据账户ID对应的使用者的使用习惯自动设置方向盘、座椅、后视镜、车载音响、车载空调等,从而避免了使用者手动调节的繁琐操作,提升了用户的使用体验。
继续参照图1,本发明的车辆控制系统还包括绑定模块5和账户管理模块6。其中,绑定模块5用于使目标主体与预先建立的账户建立或解除绑定关系;账户管理模块6用于建立或注销副账户,以及为建立的主账户/副账户(包括下文的访客账户)分配权限、预设用户的偏好设置等(在一些示例中,主账户可以理解为只有一个,且为车辆出厂时自带的,不支持注销操作)。举例而言,当车主(此时车位为主账户使用者)将车辆借给使用者A使用时,但又需要对使用者A的使用权限进行限制,此时可以建立一个副账户,然后为该副账户分配使用权限,将该副账户与使用者A的车钥匙、手机等进行绑定,使用者A使用车钥匙或手机解锁车辆时,控制模块3即可根据与使用者A对应的副账户来限制车辆的某些功能(例如不允许使用者A使用百公里加速功能等)。从而通过建立不同的账户,为每个账户分配不同的使用权限,使车辆的不同使用者绑定不同的账户,从而实现对不同使用者的使用权限进行统一管理,满足不同使用者的不同需求。需要说明的是,虽然主账户通常为车辆出厂时自带的,但是车主同样可以对主账户进行偏好设置,由于主账户通常为车主账户,因此主账户一般默认为最大使用权限(主账户使用者也可以禁用主账户的某些权限)。也就是说,本发明的主账户和副账户的可以进行灵活地配置。
在一种具体的实施方式中,在建立副账户时,车主通常不知道使用者的驾驶偏好,也即无法针对该使用者进行用户偏好设置。此时,建立的副账户中预设的是默认的偏好设置(也即对车内的方向盘、座椅、后视镜、车辆辅助功能等按照试验得到的最佳效果进行设 置),当具体的使用者A通过建立的副账户M解锁车辆后,使用者A的用车习惯会记录在副账户M中。这样一来,由于副账户M中记录使用者A的用车习惯(该用车习惯会覆盖副账户M中默认的偏好设置),当使用者A再次通过副账户M来解锁车辆时,车辆将按照使用者A的用车习惯对车辆进行相应的调节。当然,主账户中也可以预设默认的偏好设置,其原理与副账户相同,在此不再赘述。
在一种更具体的实施方式中,除主账户外,车辆出厂时还可以自带一个访客账户。该访客账户支持一键启用/关闭,在访客账户启用的情形下,如果身份识别模块2未识别到与目标主体绑定的账户,且目标主体合法(不合法则拒绝该目标主体的解锁操作),控制模块3根据访客账户发送指令到车辆调节模块。举例而言,车主将车辆借给其他使用者使用,却又未给其他使用者绑定账户,此时可以让其他使用者以访客账户的身份解锁车辆。需要指出的是,访客账户具有预设的固定权限(通常为对车辆使用的最低权限)。
本发明还提供了一种基于身份识别的车辆控制方法。参照图2,图2是本发明的基于身份识别的车辆控制方法的流程图。如图2所示,本发明的车辆控制方法包括下列步骤:S110、获取目标主体的信号;S120、根据获取的信号识别与目标主体匹配的账户;S130、根据识别的账户控制车辆执行相应的操作。其中,账户为预先建立的能够与目标主体进行绑定的账户。
作为一种示例,账户包括主账户、副账户和访客账户,关于本发明的车辆控制方法更具体的实施方式请参照上文说明,在此不再赘述。但是,本发明的车辆控制方法并不限于上文中所描述的具体实施实施方式,例如与车钥匙绑定的账户对应的用户的偏好设置数据可以由中控系统保存,由车身控制模块记录车钥匙信号与对应账户的绑定关系等等,本领域技术人员还可以采用任何适当的方式来实现本发明的车辆控制方法。
本发明还公开了一种处理装置,包括处理器、存储设备;处理器,适于执行各条程序;存储设备,适于存储多条程序;所述程序适于由处理器加载并执行上述车辆控制方法。
本发明还公开了一种存储装置,其中存储有多条程序,该程序适于由处理器加载并执行上述车辆控制方法。
结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的方法或算法的步骤可以用硬件、处理器执行的软件模块,或者二者的结合来实施。软件模块可以置于随机存储器(RAM)、内存、只读存储器(ROM)、电可编程ROM、电可擦除可编程ROM、寄存器、硬盘、可移动磁盘、CD-ROM、或技术领域内所公知的任意其它形式的存储介质中。
所属技术领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为了描述的方便和简洁,本发明实施例的存储装置的具体工作过程以及相关说明,可以参考前述车辆控制方法实施例中的对应过程,且与上述车辆控制方法具有相同的有益效果,在此不再赘述。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种基于身份识别的车辆控制系统,其特征在于,所述车辆控制系统包括目标主体信号获取模块、身份识别模块、控制模块和车辆调节模块;
    所述目标主体信号获取模块用于获取目标主体的信号;
    所述身份识别模块用于根据所述目标主体信号获取模块获取的信号识别与所述目标主体绑定的账户;
    所述控制模块根据所述身份识别模块识别的账户发送指令到所述车辆调节模块;
    所述车辆调节模块接收并执行所述控制模块发送的指令;
    其中,所述账户为预先建立的能够与所述目标主体进行绑定的账户。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆控制系统,其特征在于,所述目标主体为车钥匙或用户终端,所述目标主体信号获取模块通过检测所述车钥匙或所述用户终端发送的信号,并因此获取所述目标主体的信号。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆控制系统,其特征在于,所述账户至少预设有用户的偏好设置;
    所述控制模块根据所述偏好设置发送指令到所述车辆调节模块;
    所述车辆调节模块根据所述控制模块发送的指令发送调节信号给车辆中的待调节的装置,以使所述待调节的装置作出相应的调节。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的车辆控制系统,其特征在于,所述账户至少包括主账户和副账户,
    所述主账户和所述副账户预设有默认的偏好设置;或者
    所述主账户和所述副账户预设有自定义的偏好设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的车辆控制系统,其特征在于,所述账户还包括访客账户,
    在所述访客账户启用的情形下,如果所述身份识别模块未识别到 与所述目标主体绑定的账户,且所述目标主体合法,所述控制模块根据所述访客账户发送指令到所述车辆调节模块。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的车辆控制系统,其特征在于,所述车辆控制系统还包括账户管理模块,
    所述账户管理模块用于建立或注销所述副账户,以及
    为所述主账户/副账户/访客账户分配用户的使用权限和/或为所述主账户/副账户/访客账户预设用户的偏好设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的车辆控制系统,其特征在于,所述车辆控制系统还包括绑定模块,
    所述绑定模块用于使所述目标主体与预先建立的账户建立或解除绑定关系。
  8. 一种基于身份识别的车辆控制方法,其特征在于,所述车辆控制方法包括下列步骤:
    获取目标主体的信号;
    根据所述信号识别与所述目标主体绑定的账户;
    根据所述账户控制车辆执行相应的操作;
    其中,所述账户为预先建立的能够与所述目标主体进行绑定的账户。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的车辆控制方法,其特征在于,所述目标主体为车钥匙或用户终端,“获取目标主体的信号”的步骤具体为:
    检测车钥匙信号或用户终端的信号;
    将检测到的车钥匙信号或用户终端的信号作为目标主体的信号。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的车辆控制方法,其特征在于,“根据所述账户控制车辆执行相应的操作”的步骤具体包括:
    获取所述账户预设的用户偏好设置;
    根据所述偏好设置控制车辆中待调节的装置作出相应的调节。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的车辆控制方法,其特征在于,在“获取目标主体的信号”之前,所述车辆控制方法还包括:
    为预先建立的账户预设用户的偏好设置。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的车辆控制方法,其特征在于,所述账户至少包括主账户和副账户,
    所述主账户和所述副账户预设有默认的偏好设置;或者
    所述主账户和所述副账户预设有自定义的偏好设置。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的车辆控制方法,其特征在于,“根据所述信号识别与所述目标主体绑定的账户”的步骤具体包括:
    如果未识别到与所述目标主体绑定的账户,则判断所述目标主体是否合法;
    如果所述目标主体合法,则将访客账户作为与所述目标主体绑定的账户;如果所述目标主体不合法,则拒绝所述目标主体的操作;
    其中,所述访客账户为预设的具有固定权限的账户。
  14. 根据权利要求8至13中任一项所述的车辆控制方法,其特征在于,在“获取目标主体的信号”之前,所述车辆控制方法还包括:
    为目标主体绑定预先建立的账户。
  15. 一种处理装置,包括处理器、存储设备;处理器,适于执行各条程序;存储设备,适于存储多条程序;其特征在于,
    所述程序适于由处理器加载并执行如权利要求8至14中任一项所述的车辆控制方法。
  16. 一种存储装置,其中存储有多条程序,其特征在于,所述程序适于由处理器加载并执行如权利要求8至14中任一项所述的车辆控制方法。
