Abstract
L'invention concerne une matrice d'emboutissage composite, laquelle matrice comprend une base (101), un siège de matrice inférieur (102), un cœur de matrice d'emboutissage inférieur (103), une plaque flottante (104), un cœur de matrice d'emboutissage supérieur (105), un dispositif d'entraînement d'ajustement de hauteur (106), une base supérieure (107), une colonne de guidage (108), un ressort de réinitialisation (109), un support d'emboutissage latéral (111), un vérin pneumatique d'emboutissage latéral (112), un cœur de matrice d'emboutissage latéral (113), un capteur de pression (114), une pièce de déplacement sous pression (115), et un ressort de rappel (116). Le dispositif d'entraînement d'ajustement de hauteur entraîne la plaque flottante en déplacement le long de la colonne de guidage ; le support d'emboutissage latéral est fixé à la plaque flottante ; le vérin pneumatique d'emboutissage latéral est fixé au support d'emboutissage latéral et entraîne le cœur de matrice d'emboutissage latéral en déplacement ; la pièce de déplacement sous pression est reliée de façon mobile au siège de matrice inférieur ; le ressort de rappel est disposé entre le siège de matrice inférieur et la pièce de déplacement sous pression ; le capteur de pression est fixé au-dessous du support d'emboutissage latéral, et le capteur de pression est en contact avec la pièce de déplacement sous pression lorsque la plaque flottante se déplace à une position spécifique de façon à commander le vérin pneumatique d'emboutissage latéral pour entraîner le cœur de matrice d'emboutissage latéral de façon à se déplacer en fonction d'une valeur de pression détectée.
