Claims (8)
- 第1の型で成形用シートを熱成形することにより、前記第1の型を転写した形状を付与された本体部と前記本体部の周囲の周縁部とを備えた成形体を成形する工程と、
前記成形体を前記第1の型から外し、前記本体部を表裏反転させる工程と、を備えることを特徴とするシート成形体の製造方法。 - 表裏反転させた前記本体部を第2の型に装着し、熱処理する工程をさらに備える請求項1に記載のシート成形体の製造方法。
- 前記第1の型が前記第2の型を反転させた形状を有する請求項2に記載のシート成形体の製造方法。
- 前記成形用シートは、意匠面と非意匠面とを有し、
前記第1の型に接する面が意匠面であり、前記第1の型に接しない面が非意匠面である、請求項1~3の何れか1項に記載のシート成形体の製造方法。 - 前記熱成形において、前記成形用シートを前記非意匠面に対面するように配されたヒータで加熱する請求項4に記載のシート成形体の製造方法。
- 前記成形用シートは、布帛,または布帛に高分子弾性体を含浸付与した繊維基材を含む皮革様シートであり、前記繊維基材の一面に樹脂層または起毛面である前記意匠面を有する請求項4または5に記載のシート成形体の製造方法。
- 前記熱成形は、真空圧空成形、真空成形、または熱プレス成形である請求項1~6の何れか1項に記載のシート成形体の製造方法。
- 前記本体部が靴の甲の形状を有する請求項1~7の何れか1項に記載のシート成形体の製造方法。
