激光打印机因其较高的打印清晰度和打印速度得到越来越广泛的应用。现有激光打印机,一般采用前端进纸上端出纸或前端进纸后端出纸的打印结构,但是当现有激光打印机作为输出设备与输入设备、主机、显示器、触摸屏等配置为一体机使用时,如医院、公共服务机构、银行等,现有的打印机结构就显得极不便利,如图1所示的一体机100,打印机120被配置为一个输出设备与其它设备一起设置在一个封闭的机箱110内,机箱的前侧设有打印纸出口1101,靠近出口1101设置接纸盘130。由于现有激光打印机的出纸方向为上端出纸,打印机出纸口距离打印纸出口1101较远,使用人员无法判断打印是否结束纸是否输出,还是缺纸或设备故障。因此,开发出一种前端进纸前端出纸的打印机具有重要的意义。
中国专利CN206872083U公布了一种前端进纸前端出纸的打印机,如图2所示,包括打印机外壳1,所述打印机外壳上设置有进纸口2和出纸口3,所述进纸口2和出纸口3均设置于外壳1的正前方,所述进纸口内设置有大容量进纸盒,所述出纸口处设置有搬送排出系统,所述大容量进纸盒的装纸容量为250页80克A4纸。具体的实施方案是:在机器原有排出机构130mm的位置增加搬送排出系统,搬送排出系统到机器正面出纸口距离为170mm,保证A4纸排出时超出前面130mm以上,A5纸排出时超出前面20mm以上。该方案虽然可以解决激光打印机前端进纸前端出纸的技术问题,但是当使用不同纸幅的纸如A4、A5纸打印时,纸幅前端面超出打印机壳体前端面的距离不同,使用不美观且A4纸排出时超出前面130mm以上容易滑落;且当A5纸设置为横向出纸时,由于搬送排出系统到机器正面出纸口距离为170mm,A5纸根本无法从出纸口排出。
发明内容
为了解决现有前端进纸前端出纸的打印机采用A4、A5纸打印,纸幅前端面超出打印机前端面的距离不同,使用不美观;A5纸横向出纸时无法从出纸口排出的技术问题,本发明提供一种可转换排纸路径的前端进纸前端出纸的打印机,保证打印时纸幅前端面超出打印机前端面的距离相等。
为此,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种可转换排纸路径的前端进纸前端出纸的打印机,包括外壳及排纸单元,排纸单元包括第一排纸机构及由上、下壳体组成的排纸通道,所述外壳的前端面为一竖直的平面A,平面A上水平设有进纸口及出纸口,进纸口位于出纸口的下方;在第一排纸机构前方的排纸通道中设有可转换排纸路径的纸搬运系统。
进一步地,所述纸搬运系统包括第二排纸机构、第三排纸机构及导纸板;第一排纸机构、第二排纸机构、第三排纸机构依次设置,第三排纸机构靠近出纸口且与壳体间设有排纸通道B,第一排纸机构、第二排纸机构、排纸通道B组成第一排纸路径s1,第一排纸机构、第二排纸机构、第三排纸机构组成第二排纸路径s2,导纸板设于第三排纸机构与第二排纸机构之间,用于转换排纸路径。
进一步地,所述第三排纸机构与下壳体之间设有排纸通道B;导纸板的一端通过转轴及与转轴固定连接的导纸板驱动电机可转动地固定在第三排纸机构进纸口的下方,另一端向第三排纸机构延伸且可在导纸板驱动电机的驱动下做上下摆动,当摆动到靠近第二排纸机构出纸口的上方时,打印纸经第一排纸路径s1;当摆动到第二排纸机构的出纸口的下方时,打印纸经第二排纸路径s2排出。
进一步地,所述第三排纸机构与上壳体之间设有排纸通道B;导纸板的一端通过转轴及与转轴固定连接的导纸板驱动电机可转动地固定在第三排纸机构进纸口的上方,另一端向第三排纸机构延伸且可在导纸板驱动电机的驱动下做上下摆动,当摆动到靠近第二排纸机构出纸口的下方时,打印纸经第一排纸路径s1排出;当摆动到第二排纸机构的出纸口的上方时,打印纸经第二排纸路径s2排出。
进一步地,所述打印机还包括控制单元,所述导纸板驱动电机与控制单元的控制器电连接。将导纸板驱动电机的运转与控制器连接,可通过控制器自动识别不同的纸张尺寸,从而自动转换打印路径。
进一步地,所述导纸板上设有螺旋弹簧,螺旋弹簧的一端固定,另一端与导纸板的下侧面连接,螺旋弹簧与导纸板的连接点位于导纸板的中部,螺旋弹簧用于支持导纸板。导纸板在弹簧的弹力支持下可稳定其位置,且可通过设定导纸板驱动电机的负荷在弹簧弹力范围内来限定电机的转动从而限定导纸板的定位。
进一步地,所述第二排纸机构、第三排纸机构包括第二排纸棍、第三排纸棍,分别与第二排纸棍、第三排纸棍摩擦传动连接的第二从动辊、第三从动辊,及用于支持第二从动辊、第三从动辊的第二从动辊支架、第三从动辊支架;第一、第二、第三排纸棍的辊面线速度相等,且通过齿轮或皮带传动连接;所述第三排纸机构还包括出纸盘,出纸盘一端固定在第三从动辊支架上,另一端沿出纸方向延伸。利用打印机原有动力系统,只增加齿轮或皮带传动驱动第二、第三排纸棍转动,结构简单,控制方便,运行可靠。第三排纸机构与下壳体之间设有排纸通道B时,通过在第三排纸机构上设置出纸盘来承托打印纸。
进一步地,所述第二排纸机构、第三排纸机构包括第二排纸棍、第三排纸棍,分别与第二排纸棍、第三排纸棍摩擦传动连接的第二从动辊、第三从动辊,及用于支持第二从动辊、第三从动辊的第二从动辊支架、第三从动辊支架;第一、第二、第三排纸棍的辊面线速度相等,且通过齿轮或皮带传动连接;所述第二排纸机构还包括出纸盘,出纸盘一端固定在第二从动辊支架上,另一端沿出纸方向延伸。利用打印机原有动力系统,只增加齿轮或皮带传动驱动第二、第三排纸棍转动,结构简单,控制方便,运行可靠。第三排纸机构与上壳体之间设有排纸通道B时,通过在第二排纸机构上设置出纸盘来承托打印纸。
进一步地,所述第二排纸机构与出纸口的间距为200~250mm,第三排纸机构与出纸口的间距为50~100mm。当用于A4、A5打印机时,A4纸竖向进出,A5纸横向进出,可使A4或A5纸的出纸前端与出纸口的距离相等,且为在50~100mm范围内,方便使用者拿取且整齐美观,出纸前端与出纸口的距离太大容易被人碰触而使打印纸掉落或撕裂,太小不方便使用者拿取。
进一步地,所述排纸单元的上壳体设有可开合的上盖,打开上盖可将卡在排纸通道中的纸取出。通过打开上盖的方式拿取卡纸,使用方便且打印机整体设计美观。
本发明的有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的打印机其壳体设计为前端面为一竖直平面,进纸口与出纸口均位于前端面上,当打印机被配置为一体机使用时,放纸取纸极为便利,且出纸口靠近一体机前侧盖,出纸顺畅。本发明通过在第一排纸机构前方的排纸通道中设有可转换路径的纸搬运系统,当使用不同规格的纸打印,如当A4纸竖向进出,A5纸横向进出时可使出纸的纸前端面超出打印机前端面的距离相等,整齐美观且拿取便利。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及一种适用于A4纸和A5打印的打印机实施方式对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
在以下的描述中,以图2所示打印机的方位为基准,打印纸出纸的方向为本打印机的前方,反之为后。
实施例1
参见图3,一种打印机,包括外壳10,所述外壳的前端面102为一竖直的平面A,平面A上水平设有进纸口30及出纸口20,进纸口30位于出纸口20的下方。外壳10的上侧面101上设有可开合的上盖1011,上盖1011通过转轴1012转动设于壳体10的两侧面上,打开上盖1011可将卡在排纸通道中的纸取出。
参见图4、图5,所述打印机还包括排纸单元40,排纸单元40包括第一排纸机构401、纸搬运系统及排纸通道50。排纸通道50由可活动的上盖1011与下壳体1012组成。
纸搬运系统包括第二排纸机构402、第三排纸机构403及导纸板404。第二排纸机构402、第三排纸机构403依次设于第一排纸机构401的前方。第三排纸机构403与下壳体1012之间设有A4纸排纸通道B。
第二排纸机构402包括第二排纸棍4021、第二从动辊4022及第二从动辊支架4023。第二排纸棍4021为主动辊,通过转轴设于外壳10上,其转轴的一端套装第二传动齿轮(图中未示出),第二传动齿轮通过设于第一排纸棍4011与第二排纸棍4021之间的第一中间过渡齿轮(图中未示出)与第一排纸机构401的主动辊齿轮(图中未示出)传动连接;第二从动辊4022转动设于第二从动辊支架4023上,与第二排纸棍4021摩擦转动连接,第二从动辊支架4023固定在外壳10的底面上。第二排纸棍4021的辊面直径及线速度与第一排纸棍4011的辊面直径及线速度相等。
在其他实施例中,第二排纸棍4021也可通过皮带与第一排纸机构401的主动辊传动连接。
第三排纸机构403包括第三排纸棍4031、第三从动辊4032、第三从动辊支架4033及出纸盘4034。第三排纸棍4031为主动辊,通过转轴设于外壳10上,其转轴的一端套装第三传动齿轮(图中未示出),第三传动齿轮通过设于第二排纸棍4021与第三排纸棍4031之间的第二中间过渡齿轮(图中未示出)与第二传动齿轮(图中未示出)传动连接;第三从动辊4032转动设于第三从动辊支架4033上,与第三排纸棍4031摩擦转动连接,第三从动辊支架4033固定在外壳10的侧面上,与外壳的底面1012设有A4纸排出通道B。出纸盘4034一端固定在第三从动辊支架4033的前侧面上,另一端沿出纸方向延伸。第三排纸棍4031的辊面直径及线速度与第二排纸棍4021的辊面直径及线速度相等。
在其他实施例中,第三排纸棍4031也可通过皮带与第二排纸机构的主动辊传动连接。
在本实施例中,导纸板404设于第三排纸机构403与第二排纸机构402之间,其一端通过转轴406设于第三从动辊支架4033上,转轴的一端连接有导纸板驱动电机407,参见图6。导纸板404的中部设有螺旋弹簧405,螺旋弹簧405的一端与第三从动辊支架4033的后侧面固定连接,另一端与导纸板404的下侧面连接。当导纸板404向下转动时螺旋弹簧405压缩,当导纸板404向上转动时螺旋弹簧405伸长。
参见图6~8,在本实施例中,导纸板404与第三从动辊支架4033的连接方式为:导纸板404的前侧面的两端设有凸起4041,如图7所示,凸起4041沿其厚度方向开设有第一通孔4042,通孔4042的内壁设有轴向贯通的键槽4043。第三从动辊支架4033的前侧面的两端设有U形凸起40331,U形凸起40331的两个凸起部之间设有大于凸起4041的厚度的间距,如图8所示,U形凸起40331中沿其厚度方向贯通开设有第二通孔40332。导纸板的两只凸起4041分别卡合在第三从动辊支架的U形凸起40331的两个凸起部之间。导纸板驱动电机407固定在外壳10上,其转轴406穿过第二通孔40332、第一通孔4042轴设在壳体10上,转轴406与第二通孔40332摩擦转动连接,与第一通孔4042通过设置在键槽4043中的平键固定连接。导纸板驱动电机407转动,带动导纸板404上下摆动,当摆动到靠近第二排纸机构402出纸口的下方时,如图5所示,A5打印纸依次经由从第一排纸机构401、第二排纸机构402、第三排纸机构403排出,s2为纸排出路线,此时螺 旋弹簧405处于压缩状态;当摆动到第二排纸机构402的出纸口的上方时,如图4所示,A4打印纸经由第一排纸机构401、第二排纸机构402、排纸通道B排出,s1为纸排出路线,此时螺旋弹簧405处于伸长状态。
在本实施例中,设置第二排纸机构402与出纸口的间距D1为235mm,第三排纸机构403与出纸口的间距为85mm,当打印纸为A4纸时,A4纸竖向进出,选择打印路径S1,A4经第二排纸机构402排出后,A4纸末端落在第二从动辊支架4022的前侧面且其后端面与第二从动辊支架的前侧面齐平,即设定第二从动辊支架4023的前侧面到其中心线的距离为10mm,A4的长度为300mm,此时A4纸的前端面超出打印机出纸口的距离即为75mm;当打印纸为A5纸时,A5纸横向进出,选择打印路径S2,A5纸经第三排纸机构403排出后,其纸末端落在第三从动辊支架4033的前侧面及出纸盘4034上,A5纸的后端面与第三从动辊支架4033的前侧面齐平,即设定第三从动辊支架4033的前侧面到其中心线的距离为10mm,A5的宽度为150mm,此时A5纸的前端面超出打印机出纸口的距离即为75mm。
在其他实施例中,第二排纸机构402与出纸口的间距D1可以根据应用场所的需要在200~250mm或更宽范围内选择,第三排纸机构403与出纸口的间距D2可以在50~100mm或更宽范围内选择,只要满足需要即可。
在本实施例中,将导纸板驱动电机407与控制单元的控制器电连接时,当控制系统识别到所选打印纸为A4纸时,自动控制导纸板驱动电机407带动导纸板404向上摆动高于第二排纸机构402的出纸口,A4纸即自动从S1路径排出;当控制系统识别到所选打印纸为A5纸时,自动控制导纸板驱动电机407带动导纸板404向下摆动低于第二排纸机构402的出纸口,A5纸即在导纸板404的承托下自动从S2路径排出。
实施方式2
参见图9、图10,实施方式2的结构与实施方式1基本相同,对于相同的零部件采用了与图3、图4相同的标号,不同之处仅在于:第三从动辊支架4033固定在外壳10的底面上,第三排纸机构403与外壳的顶面即上盖1011之间设有A4纸排出通道B;第二从动辊支架4023的前侧面的上端设有接纸盘4024,接纸盘4024用于承接从第二排纸棍掉落的打印纸;导纸板404的一端固定在外壳10的两侧面上。
在实施方式2中,导纸板驱动电机407转动,带动导纸板404绕转轴406上下摆动,当摆动到靠近第二排纸机构402出纸口的上方时,如图10所示,A5打印纸依次经由从第一排纸机构401、第二排纸机构402、第三排纸机构403排出,其纸末端落在第三从动辊支架4033的前侧面,s2为纸排出路线,此时螺旋弹簧405处于伸长状态。当摆动到第二排纸机构402的出纸口的下方时,如图9所示,A4打印纸经由第一排纸机构401、第二排纸机构402、排纸通道B排出,其纸末端落在第二从动辊支架4023的前侧面及接纸盘4024上,s1为纸排出路线,此时螺旋弹簧405处于压缩状态。
以上说明书中未做特别说明的部分均为现有技术,或者通过现有技术既能实现。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可转换排纸路径的前端进纸前端出纸的打印机,包括外壳及排纸单元,排纸单元包括第一排纸机构及由上、下壳体组成的排纸通道,其特征在于,所述外壳的前端面为一竖直的平面A,平面A上水平设有进纸口及出纸口,进纸口位于出纸口的下方;在第一排纸机构前方的排纸通道中设有可转换排纸路径的纸搬运系统。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的打印机,其特征在于,所述纸搬运系统包括第二排纸机构、第三排纸机构及导纸板;第一排纸机构、第二排纸机构、第三排纸机构依次设置,第三排纸机构靠近出纸口且与壳体间设有排纸通道B,第一排纸机构、第二排纸机构、排纸通道B组成第一排纸路径s1,第一排纸机构、第二排纸机构、第三排纸机构组成第二排纸路径s2,导纸板设于第三排纸机构与第二排纸机构之间,用于转换排纸路径。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的打印机,其特征在于,所述第三排纸机构与下壳体之间设有排纸通道B;导纸板的一端通过转轴及与转轴固定连接的导纸板驱动电机可转动地固定在第三排纸机构进纸口的下方,另一端向第三排纸机构延伸且可在导纸板驱动电机的驱动下做上下摆动,当摆动到靠近第二排纸机构出纸口的上方时,打印纸经第一排纸路径s1;当摆动到第二排纸机构的出纸口的下方时,打印纸经第二排纸路径s2排出。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的打印机,其特征在于,所述第三排纸机构与上壳体之间设有排纸通道B;导纸板的一端通过转轴及与转轴固定连接的导纸板驱动电机可转动地固定在第三排纸机构进纸口的上方,另一端向第三排纸机构延伸且可在导纸板驱动电机的驱动下做上下摆动,当摆动到靠近第二排纸机构出纸口的下方时,打印纸经第一排纸路径s1排出;当摆动到第二排纸机构的出纸口的上方时,打印纸经第二排纸路径s2排出。
  5. 如权利要求3或4所述的打印机,其特征在于,还包括控制单元,所述导纸板驱动电机与控制单元的控制器电连接。
  6. 如权利要求3或4所述所述的打印机,其特征在于,所述导纸板上设有螺旋弹簧,螺旋弹簧的一端固定,另一端与导纸板的下侧面连接,螺旋弹簧与导纸板的连接点位于导纸板的中部,螺旋弹簧用于支持导纸板。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的打印机,其特征在于,所述第二排纸机构、第三排纸机构包括第二排纸棍、第三排纸棍,分别与第二排纸棍、第三排纸棍摩擦传动连接的第二从动辊、第三从动辊,及用于支持第二从动辊、第三从动辊的第二从动辊支架、第三从动辊支架;第一、第二、第三排纸棍的辊面线速度相等,且通过齿轮或皮带传动连接;所述第三排纸机构还包括出纸盘,出纸盘一端固定在第三从动辊支架上,另一端沿出纸方向延伸。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的打印机,其特征在于,所述第二排纸机构、第三排纸机构包括第二排纸棍、第三排纸棍,分别与第二排纸棍、第三排纸棍摩擦传动连接的第二从动辊、第三从动辊,及用于支持第二从动辊、第三从动辊的第二从动辊支架、第三从动辊支架; 第一、第二、第三排纸棍的辊面线速度相等,且通过齿轮或皮带传动连接;所述第二排纸机构还包括出纸盘,出纸盘一端固定在第二从动辊支架上,另一端沿出纸方向延伸。
  9. 如权利要求3或4所述所述的打印机,其特征在于,所述第二排纸机构与出纸口的间距为200~250mm,第三排纸机构与出纸口的间距为50~100mm。
  10. 如权利要求3或4所述所述的打印机,其特征在于,所述排纸单元的上壳体设有可开合的上盖,打开上盖可将卡在排纸通道中的纸取出。
