防缩整理时,通过平幅进布,二浸二轧,带液率80%~90%,超喂2.0%~3.0%上针板,八格热风定形,其中第一~二格温度 160℃,第三~四格温度 165℃,第五~六格温度 170℃,第七~八格温度 175℃,两个锡林冷却落布。
粉点涂层时,平幅进布、1号油热辊150℃、2号油热辊220℃、雕刻辊PE热熔胶粉点涂层、雕刻辊内通90~100℃的热水循环、3号油热辊240℃加热、红外线拉幅定形、温度≦25℃水冷却、卷装步骤;雕刻辊目数30 目/英寸;织物粉点涂层量22g/m 2,防止反面渗透;粉点涂层过程中,不能出现跳粉、漏点、半粒头;进布速度为22m/min。
产品的纬向具有弹性,经、纬向水洗尺寸变化率分别为-0.7%、-0.8%,游离和水解甲醛28mg/kg,剥离强力13N,组合试样水洗后外观变化4级。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种棉与棉包芯纱交织纬弹粘合衬,其特征是:产品的纬向具有弹性,经纬向水洗尺寸变化率为 -1.0%~+0.5%,游离和水解甲醛≦35mg/kg,剥离强力≧12N,组合试样水洗后外观变化≧4级。
  2. 一种权利要求1所述的棉与棉包芯纱交织纬弹粘合衬的生产方法,坯布依次经:翻缝→烧毛→酶氧一浴煮漂→复漂或不复漂→染色→防缩整理→粉点涂层→机械预缩→检验包装;其特征是:酶氧一浴煮漂时,酶氧一浴煮漂液的组成为:
    精练酶 F-128     20g/L
    27.5%H 2O 2        13.5~14 g/L
    氧漂稳定剂TF-122B  3 g/L
    螯合分散剂F-129  2 g/L
    pH值  10.5~11;
    酶氧一浴煮漂工艺为:通过平幅进布,二浸二轧,轧液率110 %;100℃,汽蒸75min;
    防缩整理时,防缩整理液的组成为:
    织物用树脂整理剂KH-1     200~210 g/L
    柔软剂FTT    40 g/L
    六水氯化镁     20~21 g/L
    乙烯脲        2 g/L
    酸性红 10B    0~0.00580 g/L
    酸性蓝 A2R    0~0.01323 g/L
    增白剂 MST-B   0~3.67 g/L
    其余为水,并用柠檬酸调 pH 至 4.5;
    防缩整理时,通过平幅进布,二浸二轧,带液率80%~90%,超喂2.0%~3.0%上针板,八格热风定形,其中第一~二格温度 160℃,第三~四格温度 165℃,第五~六格温度 170℃,第七~八格温度 175℃,两个锡林冷却落布;

  3. 根据权利要求2所述的棉与棉包芯纱交织纬弹粘合衬的生产方法,其特征是:坯布规格为下列二种中的一种:第一种,门幅为57英寸、纱支数为20 s×20 s+40D、密度为50×60根/英寸,成品门幅44英寸;第二种,门幅为57英寸、纱支数为20 s×20 s+40D、密度为42×50根/英寸,成品门幅44英寸。
