Description
本发明涉及一种棉与棉包芯纱交织纬弹粘合衬及其生产方法,特别是纬弹织物的防缩整理和粉点涂层整理工艺技术。
随着人们对服装舒适性的要求不断提高,弹性面料应运而生。在制作弹性面料服装时,面料与粘合衬必须相匹配,如果匹配不当,就会影响到服装整体造型,面料的弹性得不到充分体现,或耐用性不好,易变形,服装档次降低。常规粘合衬没有弹性,因此,必须开发与弹性面料相配伍的弹性粘合衬。首先,弹性粘合衬应具有与弹性面料相同方向的拉伸弹性。其次,弹性粘合衬与弹性面料的水洗尺寸变化率和干热尺寸变化率相一致,与面料粘合洗涤后布面平整,不发生卷曲、起泡、起皱现象。第三,弹性粘合衬与弹性面料粘合后应具有一定的剥离强度。

一种棉与棉包芯纱交织纬弹粘合衬的生产方法,主要生产工艺流程包括翻缝→烧毛→酶氧一浴煮漂→复漂→染色→防缩整理→粉点涂层→机械预缩→检验包装;其特征是:酶氧一浴煮漂复漂时,酶氧一浴煮漂液的组成为:
精练酶 F-128 20g/L

氧漂稳定剂TF-122B 3 g/L
螯合分散剂F-129 2 g/L
pH值 10.5~11
酶氧一浴煮漂工艺为: 通过平幅进布,二浸二轧,轧液率110 %;100℃,汽蒸75min;
防缩整理时,防缩整理液的组成为:
织物用树脂整理剂KH-1(南京祺格工贸实业有限公司,商品名:助剂 KH-1) 210 g/L
柔软剂FTT(杭州斯科化工有限公司无锡分公司,商品名:柔顺剂FTT) 40 g/L
六水氯化镁 21 g/L
乙烯脲 2 g/L
酸性红 10B 0.00580 g/L
酸性蓝 A2R 0.01323 g/L
增白剂 MST-B 3.67 g/L
其余为水,并用柠檬酸调 pH 至 4.5
防缩整理时,通过平幅进布,二浸二轧,带液率80%~90%,超喂2.0%~3.0%上针板,八格热风定形,其中第一~二格温度 160℃,第三~四格温度 165℃,第五~六格温度 170℃,第七~八格温度 175℃,两个锡林冷却落布。

Claims (3)
- 一种棉与棉包芯纱交织纬弹粘合衬,其特征是:产品的纬向具有弹性,经纬向水洗尺寸变化率为 -1.0%~+0.5%,游离和水解甲醛≦35mg/kg,剥离强力≧12N,组合试样水洗后外观变化≧4级。
