本发明涉及一种棉与棉包芯纱交织纬弹粘合衬及其生产方法,特别是纬弹织物的防缩整理和粉点涂层整理工艺技术。
背景技术
随着人们对服装舒适性的要求不断提高,弹性面料应运而生。在制作弹性面料服装时,面料与粘合衬必须相匹配,如果匹配不当,就会影响到服装整体造型,面料的弹性得不到充分体现,或耐用性不好,易变形,服装档次降低。常规粘合衬没有弹性,因此,必须开发与弹性面料相配伍的弹性粘合衬。首先,弹性粘合衬应具有与弹性面料相同方向的拉伸弹性。其次,弹性粘合衬与弹性面料的水洗尺寸变化率和干热尺寸变化率相一致,与面料粘合洗涤后布面平整,不发生卷曲、起泡、起皱现象。第三,弹性粘合衬与弹性面料粘合后应具有一定的剥离强度。

粉点涂层时,平幅进布、1号油热辊150℃、2号油热辊220℃、雕刻辊PE热熔胶粉点涂层、雕刻辊内通90~100℃的热水循环、3号油热辊240℃加热、红外线拉幅定形、温度≦25℃水冷却、卷装步骤;雕刻辊目数:30或33 目/英寸;织物粉点涂层量20~25g/m2,防止反面渗透;粉点涂层过程中,不能出现跳粉、漏点、半粒头;进布速度为 18~22m/min。
3.根据权利要求2所述的棉与棉包芯纱交织纬弹粘合衬的生产方法,其特征是:坯布规格为下列二种中的一种:第一种,门幅为57英寸、纱支数为20s×20s+40D、密度为50×60根/英寸,成品门幅44英寸;第二种,门幅为57英寸、纱支数为20s×20s+40D、密度为42×50根/英寸,成品门幅44英寸。
