Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种竹纤维漂白机织物粘合衬及其生产方法。
背景技术
竹纤维纺织品的吸湿性,透气性和悬垂性,都优于棉纺织品,另外,竹纤维纺织品还具有柔滑软暖、凉爽舒适、抑菌抗菌、抗紫外线等优异特性,因此,竹纤维面料在服装中得到广泛的应用。在加工竹纤维面料服装时,如能使用竹纤维织物粘合衬,则能进一步提升服装的品质。普通的服装加工中,如使用竹纤维织物粘合衬,也能改善服装的吸湿性、透气性和抑菌抗菌等性能。但由于竹纤维吸湿能力强,竹纤维织物缩水率比较大,FZ/T14012—2009《竹浆粘胶维印染布》标准中规定,一等品的水洗尺寸变化率分别为-5.0%~+2.0%。高缩水率竹纤维粘合衬不能满足服装生产的需要,要求研发生产的竹纤维粘合衬的经纬向水洗尺寸变化率在-1.0%~0.5%之间,其他性能也要达到一等品以上粘合衬质量指标。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种经纬向水洗尺寸变化率为-1.0%~0.5%,游离和水解甲醛≦35mg/kg,剥离强力≧12N,组合试样水洗后外观变化≧4级的竹纤维漂白机织物粘合衬及其生产方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种竹纤维漂白机织物粘合衬,其特征是:经纬向水洗尺寸变化率为-1.0%~0.5%,游离和水解甲醛≦35mg/kg,剥离强力≧12N,组合试样水洗后外观变化≧4级。
衬布的坯布规格为下列二种中的一种:第一种门幅为48.5英寸、纱支数为60s×60s、密度为88×72根/英寸,第二种门幅为48.5英寸、纱支数为40s×40s、密度为78×70根/英寸。
一种竹纤维漂白机织物粘合衬的生产方法,依次包括翻缝、精练、漂白、防缩整理、涂层整理、机械预缩步骤。其特征是:防缩整理时,防缩整理液的组成为:

其余为水,并用柠檬酸调pH至4.0~4.5;
防缩整理时,通过平幅进布,二浸二轧防缩整理液,带液率70%,120~130℃松式烘燥,超喂3%~6%上针板,八格热风焙烘,其中第一格温度150℃,第二格温度160℃,第三~八格温度170℃,两个锡林冷却落布步骤,车速为40~50m/min。
涂层处理时,依次包括平幅进布、1号油热辊220~260℃预热、2号油热辊210~250℃预热、雕刻辊PE热熔胶粉点涂层、3号油热辊220~260℃加热、;雕刻辊目数:33、35目/英寸;织物粉点涂层量23~27g/m2,防止反面渗透;粉点涂层过程中,不能出现跳粉、漏点、半粒头;粉点涂层时,雕刻辊内部105℃热水循环;进布速度为18~22m/min。
机械预缩时,织物均匀给湿,含湿率10%~15%,橡胶毯承压辊蒸汽压力0.1~0.2Mpa,呢毯锡林蒸汽压力0.1~0.25Mpa,控制预缩率2%~5%,布速40~50m/min。

其余为水,并用柠檬酸调pH至4.0~4.5;
