本发明公开了一种高硬挺度的纯棉漂白机织粘合衬及其生产方法,生产流程包括坯布翻缝、烧毛、煮练、氧漂或复氧漂、拉幅、硬挺防缩整理、粉点涂层、质量检验等步骤;粘合衬的抗弯强度≧8cm,游离和水解甲醛≤200mg/kg,经纬向水洗尺寸变化率为 ‑1.0%~+0.5%,纬向撕破强力≧3N。本发明工艺操作方便,产品性能优异,完全达到外衣服装的安全性能指标。

高硬挺度的纯棉漂白机织粘合衬及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高硬挺度的纯棉漂白机织粘合衬及其生产方法。
背景技术
现有的西服、茄克、裤子等外衣生产中使用的高硬挺度衬布,存在着抗弯强度低、游离和水解甲醛量高、撕破强力低等问题,既影响服装品质,也影响服装使用性能和使用效果。 高档外衣生产中使用了优良品质的生态友好的高硬挺度纯棉粘合衬,既可增强服装挺括性、弹性和立体感,又可增强服装的舒适性和安全性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗弯强度≧8cm,游离和水解甲醛≤200mg/kg,经纬向水洗尺寸变化率为 -1.0%~+0.5%,纬向撕破强力≧3N的高硬挺度的纯棉漂白机织粘合衬及其生产方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种高硬挺度的纯棉漂白机织粘合衬,其特征是:粘合衬的抗弯强度≧8cm,游离和水解甲醛≤200mg/kg,经纬向水洗尺寸变化率为 -1.0%~+0.5%,纬向撕破强力≧3N。
一种高硬挺度的纯棉漂白机织粘合衬的生产方法,其特征是:依次包括坯布翻缝、烧毛、煮练、氧漂或复氧漂、拉幅、硬挺防缩整理、粉点涂层等步骤;
硬挺防缩整理时,硬挺防缩整理液的组成为:
醚化改性六羟树脂M—6 300~400g/L
10%PVA 300~400g/L
MgCl2·6H2O 15~25g/L
增白剂MST 2.0g/L
增白剂MST-B 5.0g/L
酸性红 0.00954g/L
酸性蓝 0.0213g/L
乙烯脲 4~6 g/L
PH 5.5~6.5
硬挺防缩整理时通过平幅进布,二浸一轧硬挺防缩整理液,130 ~ 150℃松式烘燥,超喂2.0% ~3.0%上针板,八格热风焙烘,其中第一格温度 155℃,第二格温度 160℃,第三~四格温度 165℃,第五~八格温度170℃,两个锡林冷却落布。
粉点涂层处理依次包括平幅进布、1号油热辊225-245℃预热、2号油热辊220~240℃预热、雕刻辊PA热熔胶粉点涂层、雕刻辊内通45-65℃的热水循环、3号油热辊230~250℃加热、红外线拉幅定形、温度≤ 25℃水冷却、卷装步骤;雕刻辊目数: 33 目/英寸;织物粉点涂层量20~25g/m2,防止反面渗透;粉点涂层过程中,不能出现跳粉、漏点、半粒头;进布速度为 18~22m/min。
本发明工艺操作方便,产品性能优异,粘合衬的抗弯强度≧8cm,游离和水解甲醛≤200mg/kg,经纬向水洗尺寸变化率为 -1.0%~+0.5%,纬向撕破强力≧3N,完全达到服装外衣的生产的优等质量指标和安全性能指标。

实施例1:
一种高硬挺度的纯棉漂白机织粘合衬的生产方法,依次包括坯布翻缝、烧毛、煮练、氧漂或复氧漂、拉幅、硬挺防缩整理、粉点涂层、质量检验等步骤;粘合衬的抗弯强度≧8cm,游离和水解甲醛≤200mg/kg,经纬向水洗尺寸变化率为 -1.0%~+0.5%,纬向撕破强力≧3N。
硬挺防缩整理时,硬挺防缩整理液的组成为:
醚化改性六羟树脂M—6 350g/L
10%PVA 350g/L
MgCl2·6H2O 18g/L
增白剂MST 2.0g/L
增白剂MST-B 5.0g/L
酸性红 0.00954g/L
酸性蓝 0.0213g/L
乙烯脲 5 g/L
PH 6.0
硬挺防缩整理时通过平幅进布,二浸一轧硬挺防缩整理液,130 ~ 150℃松式烘燥,超喂2.5% 上针板,八格热风焙烘,其中第一格温度 155℃,第二格温度 160℃,第三~四格温度 165℃,第五~八格温度170℃,两个锡林冷却落布。
粉点涂层处理依次包括平幅进布、1号油热辊225-245℃预热、2号油热辊220~240℃预热、雕刻辊PA热熔胶粉点涂层、雕刻辊内通45-65℃的热水循环、3号油热辊230~250℃加热、红外线拉幅定形、温度≤ 25℃水冷却、卷装步骤;雕刻辊目数:33 目/英寸;织物粉点涂层量229±1g/m2,防止反面渗透;粉点涂层过程中,不能出现跳粉、漏点、半粒头;进布速度为 18~22m/min。
纯棉衬布的坯布规格为:门幅为 48.5 英寸、纱支数为 20s×20s、密度为 64×60根/英寸。

硬挺防缩整理液的组成为:
醚化改性六羟树脂M—6 390g/L
10%PVA 390g/L
MgCl2·6H2O 23g/L
增白剂MST 2.0g/L
增白剂MST-B 5.0g/L
酸性红 0.00954g/L
酸性蓝 0.0213g/L
乙烯脲 4g/L
PH 5.8。

1.一种高硬挺度的纯棉漂白机织粘合衬,其特征是:粘合衬的抗弯强度≧8cm,游离和水解甲醛≤200mg/kg,经纬向水洗尺寸变化率为 -1.0%~+0.5%,纬向撕破强力≧3N。
2.一种权利要求1所述的高硬挺度的纯棉漂白机织粘合衬的生产方法,其特征是:依次包括坯布翻缝、烧毛、煮练、氧漂或复氧漂、拉幅、硬挺防缩整理、粉点涂层步骤;
硬挺防缩整理时,硬挺防缩整理液的组成为:
醚化改性六羟树脂M—6 300~400g/L
10%PVA 300~400g/L
MgCl2·6H2O 15~25g/L
增白剂MST 2.0g/L
增白剂MST-B 5.0g/L
酸性红 0.00954g/L
