本发明属于面料加工技术领域,具体公开了一种回弹性好的面料及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:混纺:将棉纤维与甲壳素纤维混纺得到经纱,将棉纤维与锦纶纤维混纺得到纬纱;织造:采用平纹结构进行经纬织造得到梭织基布;整理:将梭织基布加入到预整理液中整理,取出后洗涤、干燥,得到预整理面料;然后用水性功能涂层胶对预整理面料进行涂层,焙烘,结束后洗涤、干燥,得到所述回弹性好的面料。本发明制备的一种回弹性好的面料具有优异的回弹性及抗皱性,柔软舒适,且性能稳定。

技术领域
本发明属于面料加工技术领域,具体涉及一种回弹性好的面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
梭织面料一般采用毛织物、棉织物、丝织物及其混纺物作为纱线,通过将纱线经纬向交错织造而成,这种经纬交错的织法可以使面料保持挺括、不易变形,牢固性好。但天然织物的回弹性一般较差,不能满足对面料保形性和抗皱性的要求,影响面料使用的体验感。通过整理工艺可以改善面料的回弹性,使面料柔软平整。中国专利CN103938354A公开了一种面料回弹性好的全羊毛毛纱针织面料的生产方法,将羊毛经过条染复精梳、纺纱、织造、后整理工艺制成。所述条染复精梳工艺包括染色-复洗-混条-针梳-精梳-针梳-成条工序;所述纺纱工艺包括混条-头粗-二粗-三粗-四粗-末粗-粗纱存放-细纱-蒸纱-烘纱-自络筒-蒸纱-烘纱工序;其中染色工序是将羊毛条装入染缸加水升温,再加低温快速染色助剂和兰纳素染料,细纱工序采用紧密纺细纱设备,后整理工艺包括热定型工序和平洗平煮工序。该专利生产的针织面料布面平整、回弹性好,起毛起球现象也得到了改善,但是面料的性能不稳定,经过使用多次水洗后性能明显下降。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种回弹性好的面料及其制备方法,具体采用预整理液对梭织基布整理后再用水性功能涂层胶进行二次整理,进一步提高了面料的回弹性及抗皱性,同时性能更加稳定、耐洗性也更好。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种回弹性好的面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
混纺:将棉纤维与甲壳素纤维混纺得到经纱,将棉纤维与锦纶纤维混纺得到纬纱;
织造:采用平纹结构进行经纬织造得到梭织基布;
整理:将梭织基布加入到预整理液中整理,取出后洗涤、干燥,得到预整理面料;然后用水性功能涂层胶对预整理面料进行涂层,焙烘,结束后洗涤、干燥,得到所述回弹性好的面料。
优选的,混纺过程依次为清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱和络筒。
优选的,所述棉纤维与甲壳素纤维的质量比为6-8:1。
优选的,所述棉纤维与锦纶纤维的质量比为3-5:1。
优选的,所述经纱纱支为50-70S,所述纬纱纱支为40-60S。
优选的,所述经向密度为120-150根/英寸,所述纬向密度为70-100根/英寸。
优选的,梭织基布在预整理液中整理的条件为:在50-60℃下整理40-70min。
优选的,梭织基布在预整理液中浴比为1kg:10-20L。
优选的,涂布量为15-18g/m2。
优选的,焙烘条件为:在160-180℃下焙烘80-100s。
本发明通过预整理液对梭织基布进行整理。其中,在新癸酸缩水甘油酯的两个环氧基交联作用下,八对氨基苯基-POSS含有的氨基活性基团可以与梭织基布纤维中羟基、氨基及酰胺基等活性基团形成稳定的共价交联结构,一定程度上限制纤维无定形区大分子之间相对运动获得更好的抗皱性,同时八对氨基苯基-POSS含有的刚性苯环结构和柔性硅氧键以及新癸酸缩水甘油酯具有良好的柔韧性,使整理后的面料回弹性大大改善,触感更加柔软舒适。此外,本发明优选亚甲基二萘磺酸二钠和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠的组合作为扩散剂、渗透剂来促进预整理液充分进入基布纤维结构中,还能辅助预整理液形成稳定均一的分散体系。优选季戊四醇和壳聚糖的组合作为稳定剂,季戊四醇可以在基布纤维与壳聚糖之间发挥架桥作用提高与梭织基布的粘结性,壳聚糖还能改善梭织基布的抗皱性能。优选聚山梨酯60与三聚磷酸钠的组合对梭织基布软化,软化后不仅有利于预整理液进入梭织基布后续整理,还能交联于梭织基布内部形成弹性共聚结构,从而改善回弹性和耐洗性。
优选的,所述预整理液由以下原料制备而成:
1-1.5重量份壳聚糖、0.5-1重量份季戊四醇、2-3重量份聚山梨酯60、1-2重量份三聚磷酸钠、0.06-0.09重量份八对氨基苯基-POSS、0.2-0.5重量份新癸酸缩水甘油酯、0.5-1.5重量份亚甲基二萘磺酸二钠、3-5重量份月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠、220-250重量份水。
本发明在采用预整理液对梭织基布整理的基础上,再用水性功能涂层胶进行二次整理。
本发明的水性功能涂层胶不含有机溶剂,更加安全环保。其中,采用羟基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷作为基底乳液在十二烷基苯磺酸催化下与苯胺甲基三甲氧基硅烷、二乙胺基甲基三乙氧基硅烷、5,6-环氧基己基三乙氧基硅烷均质乳化聚合,再经低温反应一段时间得到含氨基和环氧基的改性羟基封端聚硅氧烷。苯胺甲基三甲氧基硅烷、二乙胺基甲基三乙氧基硅烷、5,6-环氧基己基三乙氧基硅烷为基底乳液引入了大量环氧基和稳定性较好的叔胺基、仲胺基,可以有效提升整理后面料的柔软滑爽性和耐撕破性,且不易高温黄变,同时这些引入的三氧基烷结构也有助于增加自交联性,从而进一步提高整理后面料的回弹性和抗皱性。
此外十二烷基苯磺酸与异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚也作为乳化剂联用能够交替吸附在乳液表面,一方面有利于降低其表面张力、增加涂层胶的吸附牢度,另一方面使涂层胶乳液更加稳定。而高温焙烘时聚氨酯增稠剂中异氰酸酯基团可以与梭织基布纤维中羟基发生交联反应,有助于改善整理后面料的耐洗性。1,2-二(三乙氧基硅基)乙烷作为双硅烷交联剂可充分与水性功能涂层胶中羟基及多烷氧基饱和交联,提升成膜弹性,还能与面料表面的羟基形成更牢固的共价键,有助于提升整理后面料的弹性、抗皱性能及牢度。
优选的,所述水性功能涂层胶的制备方法为:
将40-45重量份羟基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷与100-120重量份水混合均匀,然后加入2-4重量份异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、1-2重量份苯胺甲基三甲氧基硅烷、1-2重量份二乙胺基甲基三乙氧基硅烷、0.5-1.5重量份5,6-环氧基己基三乙氧基硅烷与3-5重量份十二烷基苯磺酸均质处理;结束后置于6-10℃条件下反应15-20h,将pH调至中性;然后用聚氨酯增稠剂调节粘度,再加入4-6重量份1,2-二(三乙氧基硅基)乙烷与1-3重量份2-乙基己酸镧混合均匀,得到所述水性功能涂层胶。
优选的,均质条件为:在40-50℃、8000-10000r/min条件下处理5-8min。
优选的,用聚氨酯增稠剂将粘度调至2000-2200mPa·s(25℃)。
本发明还提供一种由上述方法制备得到的回弹性好的面料。
本发明的有益技术效果:本发明提供了一种回弹性好的面料,其性能稳定、柔软舒适且耐洗性好,具有优异的回弹性及抗皱性。本发明采用预整理液对梭织基布整理后再用水性功能涂层胶进行二次整理,其一预整理液对梭织基布进行整理,在新癸酸缩水甘油酯的两个环氧基交联作用下,八对氨基苯基-POSS含有的氨基活性基团可以与梭织基布纤维中羟基、氨基及酰胺基等活性基团形成稳定的共价交联结构,一定程度上限制纤维无定形区大分子之间相对运动获得更好的抗皱性,同时八对氨基苯基-POSS含有的刚性苯环结构和柔性硅氧键以及新癸酸缩水甘油酯具有良好的柔韧性,使整理后的面料回弹性大大改善,触感更加柔软舒适,其二采用水性功能涂层胶对预整理面料进行涂层,以羟基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷作为基底乳液在十二烷基苯磺酸催化下与苯胺甲基三甲氧基硅烷、二乙胺基甲基三乙氧基硅烷、5,6-环氧基己基三乙氧基硅烷均质乳化聚合,再经低温反应一段时间得到含氨基和环氧基的改性羟基封端聚硅氧烷,可以有效提升整理后面料的柔软滑爽性和耐撕破性,且不易高温黄变,同时这些引入的三氧基烷结构也有助于增加自交联性,从而进一步提高整理后面料的回弹性和抗皱性。

实施例1
一种回弹性好的面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
混纺:将棉纤维与甲壳素纤维按质量比6.5:1混纺得到经纱,将棉纤维与锦纶纤维按质量比4.5:1混纺得到纬纱,混纺过程依次为清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱和络筒;其中经纱纱支为60S,纬纱纱支为50S;
织造:采用平纹结构进行经纬织造得到梭织基布,其中经向密度为130根/英寸,纬向密度为80根/英寸;
整理:将梭织基布加入到预整理液中在52℃下整理50min,浴比为1kg:15L,取出后洗涤、干燥,得到预整理面料;然后用水性功能涂层胶对预整理面料进行涂层,涂布量为16g/m2,在170℃下焙烘90s,结束后洗涤、干燥,得到所述回弹性好的面料。
所述预整理液由以下原料制备而成:
1.2重量份壳聚糖、0.8重量份季戊四醇、2.5重量份聚山梨酯60、1.5重量份三聚磷酸钠、0.08重量份八对氨基苯基-POSS、0.3重量份新癸酸缩水甘油酯、1重量份亚甲基二萘磺酸二钠、4重量份月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠、230重量份水。
所述水性功能涂层胶的制备方法为:
将42重量份羟基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷与110重量份水混合均匀,然后加入2.5重量份异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、1.5重量份苯胺甲基三甲氧基硅烷、1.5重量份二乙胺基甲基三乙氧基硅烷、1重量份5,6-环氧基己基三乙氧基硅烷与4.5重量份十二烷基苯磺酸,在45℃、9000r/min均质条件下处理6min;结束后置于8℃条件下反应18h,将pH调至中性;然后用聚氨酯增稠剂将粘度调至2100mPa·s(25℃),再加入4.5重量份1,2-二(三乙氧基硅基)乙烷与2重量份2-乙基己酸镧混合均匀,得到所述水性功能涂层胶。
实施例2
一种回弹性好的面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

织造:采用平纹结构进行经纬织造得到梭织基布,其中经向密度为130根/英寸,纬向密度为80根/英寸;
整理:将梭织基布加入到预整理液中在52℃下整理50min,浴比为1kg:15L,取出后洗涤、干燥,得到预整理面料;然后用水性功能涂层胶对预整理面料进行涂层,涂布量为16g/m2,在170℃下焙烘90s,结束后洗涤、干燥,得到所述回弹性好的面料。

织造:采用平纹结构进行经纬织造得到梭织基布,其中经向密度为130根/英寸,纬向密度为80根/英寸。
测试例1
测试柔软度:采用纺织领域公认的手触摸法测试上述实施例制备的一种回弹性好的面料的柔软度,多人次分级评分,取平均值。分值越高则柔软度越好(‘++++’表示最好,‘+’表示最差。‘+’越多表示效果越好)。

测试回弹抗皱性:根据国家标准GB/T 3819-1997《纺织品织物折痕回复性的测定回复角法》对上述实施例制备的一种回弹性好的面料进行测试,每一实施例测试8组,取平均值。

从上述结果可以看出,本发明实施例1制备的一种回弹性好的面料具有优异的回弹抗皱性和柔软度。与对照例及实施例6-7相比,实施例1采用预整理液对梭织基布整理后再用水性功能涂层胶进行二次整理,进一步提高了面料的回弹性及抗皱性,同时性能更加稳定、耐洗性也更好,首先通过预整理液对梭织基布进行整理,在新癸酸缩水甘油酯的两个环氧基交联作用下,八对氨基苯基-POSS含有的氨基活性基团可以与梭织基布纤维中羟基、氨基及酰胺基等活性基团形成稳定的共价交联结构,一定程度上限制纤维无定形区大分子之间相对运动获得更好的抗皱性,同时八对氨基苯基-POSS含有的刚性苯环结构和柔性硅氧键以及新癸酸缩水甘油酯具有良好的柔韧性,使整理后的面料回弹性大大改善,触感更加柔软舒适;再次采用的水性功能涂层胶以羟基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷作为基底乳液在十二烷基苯磺酸催化下与苯胺甲基三甲氧基硅烷、二乙胺基甲基三乙氧基硅烷、5,6-环氧基己基三乙氧基硅烷均质乳化聚合,再经低温反应一段时间得到含氨基和环氧基的改性羟基封端聚硅氧烷,可以有效提升整理后面料的柔软滑爽性和耐撕破性,且不易高温黄变,同时这些引入的三氧基烷结构也有助于增加自交联性,从而进一步提高整理后面料的回弹性和抗皱性,此外十二烷基苯磺酸与异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚也作为乳化剂联用能够交替吸附在乳液表面,一方面有利于降低其表面张力、增加涂层胶的吸附牢度,另一方面使涂层胶乳液更加稳定。而高温焙烘时聚氨酯增稠剂中异氰酸酯基团可以与梭织基布纤维中羟基发生交联反应,有助于改善整理后面料的耐洗性。

Claims (9)
1.一种回弹性好的面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
混纺:将棉纤维与甲壳素纤维混纺得到经纱,将棉纤维与锦纶纤维混纺得到纬纱;
织造:采用平纹结构进行经纬织造得到梭织基布;
整理:将梭织基布加入到预整理液中整理,取出后洗涤、干燥,得到预整理面料;然后用水性功能涂层胶对预整理面料进行涂层,焙烘,结束后洗涤、干燥,得到所述回弹性好的面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的回弹性好的面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述预整理液由以下原料制备而成:壳聚糖、季戊四醇、聚山梨酯60、三聚磷酸钠、八对氨基苯基-POSS、新癸酸缩水甘油酯、亚甲基二萘磺酸二钠、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠与水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的回弹性好的面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述水性功能涂层胶的制备方法为:
将羟基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷与水混合均匀,然后加入异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、苯胺甲基三甲氧基硅烷、乙胺基甲基三乙氧基硅烷、5,6-环氧基己基三乙氧基硅烷与十二烷基苯磺酸均质处理;结束后置于低温反应,将pH调至中性;然后用聚氨酯增稠剂调节粘度,再加入1,2-二(三乙氧基硅基)乙烷与2-乙基己酸镧混合均匀,得到所述水性功能涂层胶。
4.根据权利要求3所述的回弹性好的面料的制备方法,其特征在于,用聚氨酯增稠剂将粘度调至2000-2200mPa·s(25℃)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的回弹性好的面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述棉纤维与甲壳素纤维的质量比为6-8:1。
6.根据权利要求1所述的回弹性好的面料的制备方法,所述棉纤维与锦纶纤维的质量比为3-5:1。
7.根据权利要求1所述的回弹性好的面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述经纱纱支为50-70S,所述纬纱纱支为40-60S。
8.根据权利要求1所述的回弹性好的面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述经向密度为120-150根/英寸,所述纬向密度为70-100根/英寸。
9.一种回弹性好的面料,其特征在于:根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的方法制备而成。
