机盖锁定位工装 技术领域
本发明属于汽车技术领域,具体提供一种机盖锁定位工装。
背景技术
在汽车的装配过程中,为了保证零部件精确的安装位置,并且提高零部件的安装效率,装配车间通常都会使用一些通用或专用的工装辅助零部件进行装配。特别地,有一些零部件在装配过程中需要先使用定位工装进行定位,然后再进行零部件的安装。例如,机盖锁需要与车盖上的相应结构进行配合使用,因此,在安装机盖锁时,机盖锁的安装精度就显得尤为重要。换言之,如果机盖锁的安装精度没有达到指定的安装标准,就很容易导致机盖锁的扣合不畅,甚至还会导致机盖锁无法扣合。
具体地,为了方便机盖锁的安装,设置在汽车上的安装孔的尺寸通常都要略大于安装螺栓的尺寸。因此,在所述安装螺栓未完全固定的情况下,所述安装螺栓在所述安装孔中具有一定的移动范围,从而导致了机盖锁无法一次安装到位的问题。通常地,在安装机盖锁时,技术人员需要多次调整安装螺栓与安装孔之间的相对位置,才能将机盖锁安装到位。这样的安装方式不仅会使得机盖锁的安装过程变得尤为复杂,还会增加机盖锁的安装工时。

具体地,在本优选实施方案中,机盖锁定位安装块21的下端设置有两个限位仿形块22,同时,机盖锁定位安装块21与两个限位仿形块22共同形成为一个类似于U形,并且开口方向向下的定位槽。在所述机盖锁进行定位时,所述定位槽能够在宽度方向上提供两处限位,以便限制所述机盖锁在宽度方向上的移动;并且所述定位槽能够在高度方向上提供一处限位,使得操作者能够手持所述机盖锁,将其压靠在所述限位处,以便限制所述机盖锁在高度方向上的移动。
进一步地,每个限位仿形块22都类似于一个开口向下的L形定位块,并且两个限位仿形块22都能够分别在宽度和高度两个方向上为所述机盖锁提供一处限位。具体地,限位仿形块22的侧壁形成为机盖锁第一仿形面221,第一仿形面221能够限制所述机盖锁在宽度方向上的移动,并且两个第一仿形面221之间正好形成一个能够限制所述机盖锁沿宽度方向移动的限位槽。同时,限位仿形块22的上壁形成为机盖锁第二仿形面222,第二仿形面222能够限制所述机盖锁在高度方向上的移动,即所述机盖锁进行定位时,操作者能够手持所述机盖锁压靠在第二仿形面222上,从而限制所述机盖锁在高度方向上的移动,进而完成所述机盖锁的定位。
下面参阅图2,该图是本发明的机盖锁定位工装进行定位安装时的第一示图。如图2所示,汽车前端模块包括用于支撑其他元件的横梁101,两个第一定位销11与两个第二定位销12能够分别沿彼此相反的方向插入设置在横梁101两侧的相应的两组定位孔中。在进行所述机盖锁定位工装的定位安装时,先将设置在主体支架1两端的两个第一定位销11以可轴向移动的方式插接到图2中所示的两个第一定位孔100中,从而完成设置在主体支架1两端的两个第一定位销11的安装。需要说明的是,所述两组定位孔可以是横梁101上原有的孔,也可以是为了固定所述定位销而加工的孔。
继续参阅图2,本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在进行所述机盖锁定位工装的定位安装时,技术人员可以把持住设置在主体支架1两端的两个定位销支架3的内侧,以便所述机盖锁定位工装在安装过程中能够时刻保持稳定,从而使得所述机盖锁定位工装能够得到快速的安装。
接着参阅图3,该图是本发明的机盖锁定位工装进行定位安装时的第二示图。如图3所示,前端模块的横梁101上还设置有两个第二安装孔102,在安装完两个设置在主体支架1两端的第一定位销11后,再将设置在所述机盖锁定位机构的两侧与所述两个末端之间的两个第二定位销12以可轴向移动的方式插接到图3中所示的两个第二定位孔102中,从而完成设置在所述机盖锁定位机构的两侧与两个所述末端之间的两个第二定位销12的安装。
进一步地,在安装完四个所述定位销之后,所述机盖锁定位工装在非轴线方向上的移动被完全限制,从而完成了所述机盖锁定位工装在非轴线方向上的定位。接着沿轴线方向缓慢推动所述机盖锁定位工装,直至机盖锁定位安装块21贴合到前端模块的横梁101上时,停止推动所述机盖锁定位工装,所述机盖锁定位工装在轴线方向上的位置也被确定,进而使得所述机盖锁定位工装得以固定。
下面参阅图4,该图是结合本发明的机盖锁定位工装安装机盖锁时的示意图。如图4所示,在所述机盖锁定位工装被完全固定后,将机盖锁103卡合至两个定位仿形块22之间,并且所述机盖锁的上部能够与机盖锁第一仿形面221和机盖锁第二仿形面222相贴合,从而完成了机盖锁103的定位。前端模块的横梁101上设置有安装孔105,所述机盖锁的上部与机盖锁第一仿形面221和机盖锁第二仿形面222贴合后,通过螺栓104将机盖锁103固定至安装孔105中,从而完成机盖锁103的安装。最后,分别从所述两组定位孔中拔出所有定位销,取下所述机盖锁定位工装,安装过程结束。
最后需要说明的是,虽然说明书中已经给出了所述机盖锁定位工装的具体结构,但是,在使用所述机盖锁定位工装时,技术人员显然还可以对所述机盖锁定位工装的局部结构作出相应调整。另外,在所述机盖锁定位工装的安装过程中,技术人员可以自行决定各个定位元件的安装定位顺序,这种定位顺序的改变并不偏离本发明的基本原理,因此都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。
至此,已经结合附图描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种机盖锁定位工装,用于辅助机盖锁安装到汽车上,其特征在于,所述定位工装包括主体支架,以及与所述主体支架连接的:
    机盖锁定位机构,其用于将待安装的机盖锁定位到安装位置;
    工装定位机构,其用于将所述机盖锁定位工装固定到汽车上的相应位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的机盖锁定位工装,其特征在于,所述工装定位机构包括多个定位销,所述定位销可沿轴向移动,以插入汽车上相应的定位孔中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的机盖锁定位工装,其特征在于,所述工装定位机构还包括与所述主体支架相连的定位销支架,所述定位销设置在所述定位销支架上。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的机盖锁定位工装,其特征在于,所述机盖锁定位机构包括机盖锁定位安装块,所述机盖锁定位安装块具有可供所述机盖锁贴合的定位槽,所述定位槽的形状与所述机盖锁的至少一部分的形状相匹配。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的机盖锁定位工装,其特征在于,所述定位槽的槽壁形成有:
    机盖锁第一仿形面,用于在宽度方向与所述机盖锁贴合以限制所述机盖锁在宽度方向上的移动;
    机盖锁第二仿形面,用于在高度方向与所述机盖锁贴合以限制所述机盖锁在高度方向上的移动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的机盖锁定位工装,其特征在于,所述定位槽的形状为U形或L形。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的机盖锁定位工装,其特征在于,所述机盖锁定位工装还包括工装定位仿形块,所述工装定位仿形块具有定位仿形面,用于在定位时贴合到汽车上相应的区域。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的机盖锁定位工装,其特征在于,所述工装定位仿形块设置于所述机盖锁定位机构沿安装方向的前端。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的机盖锁定位工装,其特征在于,多个所述定位销分为两组,其中一组所述定位销分别设置在所述主体支架的两个末端;
    另外一组所述定位销分别设置在所述机盖锁定位机构的两侧与所述两个末端之间;
    在进行所述机盖锁定位工装的定位安装时,所述两组定位销能够分别沿彼此相反的方向插入设置在前端模块的横梁两侧的相应的所述定位孔中。
