Abstract

본 발명은 리튬 금속 전극용 3D 패턴 타발기에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 단위 전극의 크기에 맞는 금형을 가지고 상하 운동을 하는 타발 금형 펀치; 상기 금형 펀치에 대응되는 다이; 상기 금형 펀치의 가장자리에 위치하여 리튬 금속 전극을 단위 전극으로 타발하는 금형 날; 및 상기 금형 펀치의 다이와 맞닿는 안쪽 부분이면서 날이 형성되지 않은 부분에 위치하는 3D 패턴; 을 포함하는 3D 패턴 타발기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 제공하는 3D 패턴 타발기에 의하여 리튬 금속 단위전극을 생산하게 되면 3D 패턴 교체 및 청소에 있어 비용 및 시간이 절감되고, 3D 패턴의 형상이 항상 일정하게 새겨지며, 타발과 동시에 3D 패턴이 새겨져 리튬 금속 전극의 생산성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
