Description

流体ダンパ装置およびダンパ付き機器
 本発明は、ケースとロータとの間に流体が充填された流体ダンパ装置およびダンパ付き機器に関する。
 特許文献1には、有底筒状のケースとロータとの間にオイル等の流体が充填された流体ダンパ装置が開示される。特許文献1の流体ダンパ装置では、ロータ(回転軸)の軸線方向の一端がケースの内側に配置され、回転軸とケース内周面との間にダンパ室が形成され、回転軸の側面に設けられた弁体がダンパ室に配置される。ロータが第1方向に回転する際には、弁体の径方向の先端とケース内周面とが接している。従って、ロータの回転負荷が大きい。一方、ロータが第1方向と反対の方向に回転するときには、流体の抵抗によって弁体とケース内周面との間に隙間が空くので、この隙間を流体が通り抜けるため、ロータの回転負荷は小さい。

 特許文献1の流体ダンパ装置は、ケースの開口部に固定されるカバーによってケースからのロータの抜け止めがなされている。カバーの固定方法としては、ケースの内周面に形成された雌ネジとカバーの外周面に形成された雄ネジとを螺合させるねじ式の固定方法が用いられる。しかしながら、ねじ式は軸線方向の寸法が大きく、ねじ部分を成形するための金型費が高価である。そこで、軸線方向の薄型化およびコスト低減を図るため、溶着による固定が行われている。溶着によりカバーをケースに固定する場合、ケースの内周面と、ケースの内側に挿入されるカバーの端部とを溶融させてカバーをケースに押し込む。
 溶着によりカバーをケースに固定する場合、樹脂などの溶着素材が溶着箇所からはみ出すおそれがある。例えば、溶着素材がダンパ室側へはみ出すと、ダンパ室の密閉性を低下させるおそれがあり、ダンパ性能を低下させるおそれがある。
 以上の問題点に鑑みて、本発明の課題は、流体ダンパ装置のケースにカバーを溶着して固定する際に溶着素材を適正に処理することにある。
 上記課題を解決するために、本発明の流体ダンパ装置は、軸線方向の一方側に開口する有底筒状のケースと、前記ケースに形成されたダンパ室に挿入される回転軸および弁体を備えるロータと、前記ダンパ室に充填される流体と、前記ロータが貫通する貫通穴を備え、前記ケースの開口部に固定されるカバーと、前記ロータの外周面と前記ケースの内周面との隙間を封止する封止部材と、を有し、前記ケースの内周面には、前記カバーと溶着される溶着用凸部が周方向の一部に形成され、前記溶着用凸部と前記カバーは、前記軸線方向の所定の範囲で溶着され、前記所定の範囲より前記軸線方向の他方側で、且つ、前記溶着用凸部と周方向に隣り合う位置において、前記ケースの内周面より内周側に流出防止部が設けられていることを特徴とする。
 本発明では、流体ダンパ装置のケースの内周面に、カバーと溶着される溶着用凸部が周方向の一部に形成されている。そして、ケースとカバーとが溶着される軸線方向の範囲より軸線方向の他方側(すなわち、ダンパ室側)で、且つ、溶着用凸部と周方向に隣り合う位置に流出防止部が設けられている。例えば、流出防止部として、溶着部からはみ出す樹脂等の溶着素材を保持可能な隙間(すなわち、溶着バリ溜まり)を設けることができる。このようにすると、溶着箇所から軸線方向の他方側へはみ出す溶着素材を流出防止部によって保持できる。従って、溶着箇所からはみ出す溶着素材を適正に処理できる。
 本発明において、前記流出防止部の前記軸線方向の他方側に流出規制部が設けられていることが望ましい。このようにすると、流出防止部から軸線方向の他方側(ダンパ室側)へ溶着素材がはみ出すことを規制できる。
 この場合に、前記流出規制部は、前記封止部材より前記軸線方向の一方側に設けられていることが望ましい。このようにすると、溶着素材による封止部材の変形を防止できる。従って、ダンパ室の密閉性が低下するおそれが少ない。
 本発明において、前記溶着用凸部は、前記所定の範囲より前記軸線方向の他方側まで延びており、前記流出規制部と繋がっていることが望ましい。このようにすると、溶着用凸部の軸線方向の他方側(ダンパ室側)へ溶着素材がはみ出すことを規制できる。
 また、前記流出防止部は、前記ケースの前記軸線方向の一方側の端部から前記流出規制部まで連続して設けられていることが望ましい。このようにすると、流出防止部から溶着素材がはみ出すおそれが少ない。
 本発明において、前記流出防止部は、前記所定の範囲より前記軸線方向の他方側で、且つ、前記溶着用凸部の径方向内側に設けられていることが望ましい。このようにすると、溶着範囲に対して軸線方向の他方側(ダンパ室側)において、溶着用凸部の径方向内側へはみ出す溶着素材を流出防止部によって保持できる。
 本発明において、前記流出防止部は、前記所定の範囲の前記軸線方向の一方側に設けられていることが望ましい。このようにすると、溶着範囲に対して軸線方向の一方側(ケースの開口部側)にはみ出す溶着素材を流出防止部によって保持できる。従って、ケースとカバーの外側に溶着素材がはみ出して溶着バリが形成されるおそれが少ない。よって、溶着バリを除去する工程が増えるおそれが少ない。
 本発明において、前記カバーは、前記ケースに挿入されて前記溶着用凸部に溶着される小径部と、前記小径部より大径の大径部を備え、前記所定の範囲の前記軸線方向の一方側に設けられた前記流出防止部は、前記大径部によって前記軸線方向の一方側から覆われることが望ましい。このようにすると、大径部によって流出防止部を外部から見えなくすることができるので、流出防止部に保持された溶着素材を外部から見えなくすることができ、外観性が良い。また、流出防止部から溶着素材が微量にはみ出して溶着バリが形成されたとしても、溶着バリは大径部によって覆われて直接見えないので、溶着バリを除去する工程が増えるおそれが少ない。
 本発明において、前記ケースには、前記溶着用凸部と異なる周方向位置に前記ロータの回転中心を中心とする円弧状内周面が設けられ、前記小径部は、前記円弧状内周面によって前記軸線方向と直交する方向に位置決めされることが望ましい。このようにすると、溶着箇所とは異なる周方向位置において、カバーとケースとを同軸に位置決めすることができる。
 本発明において、前記溶着用凸部の内周面は、前記ロータの回転中心を中心とする円弧状であることが望ましい。このようにすると、溶着用凸部とカバーとを周方向に均等に溶着させることができる。
 本発明において、前記溶着用凸部は、前記軸線方向の一方側に向かうに従って径方向外側へ拡がる方向に傾斜するテーパ面を備えることが望ましい。このようにすると、溶着用凸部のテーパ面に対してカバーの先端面の縁を軸線方向に当接させることができるので、超音波溶着を行う際に好適な接触状態を形成することができる。
 本発明において、前記ケースの内周面には、前記溶着用凸部と異なる周方向位置に前記カバーと前記軸線方向に当接する度当たり部が形成され、前記溶着用凸部の前記軸線方向の一端と、前記度当たり部と、前記溶着用凸部の前記軸線方向の他端とがこの順で前記軸線方向に並んでいることが望ましい。このようにすると、溶着用凸部にカバーの先端面を当接させたて溶融させ、カバーの先端面が度当たり部と当接する位置までカバーを押し込んでカバーを軸線方向の位置決めすることができる。これにより、溶着範囲の下端(軸線方向の他方側端部)と度当たり部とが軸線方向において同一位置となるので、度当たり部より軸線方向の他方側に流出防止部を設けることができる。また、溶着用凸部と度当たり部が異なる周方向位置に形成されているため、度当たり部が変形するおそれが少ない。従って、カバーの軸線方向の位置決めを精度良く行うことができ、カバーを適正に固定することができる。これにより、ダンパ室の軸線方向の寸法精度を向上させることができ、ダンパ性能のばらつきを抑制できる。
 本発明において、前記ケースの内周面には、前記ダンパ室を周方向に仕切る仕切り用凸部が形成され、前記度当たり部は、前記仕切り用凸部に対応する周方向位置に形成されている。このようにすると、前記仕切り用凸部の位置でカバーの軸線方向の位置決めを精度良く行うことができる。従って、ダンパ室の軸線方向の寸法精度を向上させることができ、ダンパ性能のばらつきを抑制できる。
 本発明において、前記仕切り用凸部の前記軸線方向の一方側の端面には、径方向に延在するリブが形成され、前記度当たり部は、前記リブの角度位置を含む範囲に形成されている。このようにすると、ダンパ室の密閉精度を高めるためのリブの位置でカバーの軸線方向の位置決めを精度良く行うことができる。従って、ダンパ室の密閉精度を高めることができる。
 本発明において、前記度当たり部は、前記ケースの内周面の径方向の中心を基準として反対側の2箇所に形成されている。例えば、前記ケースの直径方向に延びる直線上であって、且つ、前記ケースの径方向の中心を基準として反対側の2箇所に形成されている。このように、2箇所の度当たり部を径方向の中心に対して反対側に形成することにより、カバーの軸線方向の位置決めを精度良く行うことができる。また、2箇所の度当たり部を直径方向に延びる直線上に形成した場合には、カバーの傾きを抑制することができる。
 本発明において、前記度当たり部は、周方向に離れた3箇所に形成され、前記3箇所のうちの2箇所は、前記ケースの径方向の中心を基準として、前記3箇所のうちの残りの1箇所とは反対側に配置されている。例えば、前記度当たり部は、前記ケースの内周面の径方向の中心を基準として等角度間隔の3箇所に形成されている。このように、周方向に離れた3箇所のうちの2箇所を残りの1箇所とは反対側に形成することにより、カバーの軸線方向の位置決めを精度良く行うことができる。特に、周方向に均等に度当たり部を形成することにより、カバーの軸線方向の位置決めを精度良く行うことができ、カバーの傾きを抑制することができる。
 本発明において、前記度当たり部は、周方向に離れた4箇所に形成され、前記4箇所のうちの2箇所は、前記ケースの直径方向に延びる第1直線上において、前記ケースの径方向の中心を基準として反対側の2箇所であって、且つ、前記リブと前記軸線方向に重なる位置であり、前記4箇所のうちの残りの2箇所は、前記ケースの直径方向に延びており、且つ、前記第1直線と交差する第2直線上において、前記ケースの径方向の中心を基準として反対側の2箇所である。例えば、前記度当たり部は、前記ケースの径方向の中心を基準として等角度間隔の4箇所に形成されている。このようにすると、カバーの軸線方向の位置決めを精度良く行うことができる。また、ダンパ室の密閉精度を高めるためのリブの位置でカバーの軸線方向の位置決めを行うことにより、ダンパ室の密閉精度を高めることができる。また、周方向に均等に度当たり部を形成することにより、カバーの軸線方向の位置決めを精度良く行うことができ、カバーの傾きを抑制することができる。
 次に、本発明は、上記の流体ダンパ装置を備えたダンパ付き機器であって、前記回転軸には、機器本体に対して回転移動する開閉部材が取り付けられている。例えば、前記開閉部材は、洋式便器の便座である。このように、上記の流体ダンパ装置の回転軸に便座などの開閉部材を取り付けた場合には、開閉部材の回転負荷を大きくすることができる。従って、開閉部材の急な動作を抑制することができる。
 本発明では、流体ダンパ装置のケースの内周面に、カバーと溶着される溶着用凸部が周方向の一部に形成されている。そして、溶着用凸部とカバーが溶着される範囲に対して軸線方向の一方側(ケースの開口部側)には、ケースの内周面より径方向内側に流出防止部が設けられている。従って、溶着箇所から軸線方向の他方側へはみ出す溶着素材を流出防止部によって保持でき、溶着箇所からはみ出す溶着素材を適正に処理できる。

 以下、本発明を実施するための形態について、図面を参照しながら説明する。なお、以下の説明においては、ロータ30の回転軸40が延在する方向を軸線L方向とし、軸線L方向において、回転軸40がケース20から突出している側を一方側L1とし、回転軸40がケース20から突出している側とは反対側を他方側L2として説明する。
(ダンパ付き機器)
 図1は、本発明を適用した流体ダンパ装置10が搭載された洋式便器1を備えた洋式トイレユニット100の説明図である。図1に示す洋式トイレユニット100は、洋式便器1(ダンパ付き機器)および水タンク3を備えている。洋式便器1は、便器本体2(機器本体)、樹脂製の便座5(開閉部材)、樹脂製の便蓋6(開閉部材)、およびユニットカバー7等を備えている。ユニットカバー7の内部には、流体ダンパ装置10が弁座用および弁蓋用として内蔵されており、便座5および便蓋6は各々、流体ダンパ装置10を介して便器本体2に連結されている。ここで、便座5に連結された流体ダンパ装置10、および便蓋6に連結された流体ダンパ装置10としては、同一構成のものを用いることができる。以下の説明では、便座5に連結された流体ダンパ装置10について説明する。
 図2は流体ダンパ装置10の斜視図であり、一方側L1からみた斜視図である。流体ダンパ装置10は、軸線L方向に延在する円柱状の流体ダンパ装置本体10aと、流体ダンパ装置本体10aから一方側L1に突出する連結軸10bを備える。連結軸10bは便座5に連結される。連結軸10bの先端部は、相対向する面が平坦面になっているため、連結軸10bに対する便座5の空周りが防止される。流体ダンパ装置10は、起立している便座5が便器本体2に被さるように倒れようとする際、それに抗する力(回転負荷)を発生させ、便座5が倒れる速度を低下させる。
(流体ダンパ装置)
 図3は流体ダンパ装置の分解斜視図である。また、図4は流体ダンパ装置10を軸線Lに沿う面で切断した断面斜視図であり、図5は流体ダンパ装置を軸線Lに対して垂直な面で切断した断面図である。流体ダンパ装置10は、有底筒状のケース20と、ケース20に回転可能に保持されるロータ30と、ケース20の開口部29を塞ぐ円環状のカバー60とを有する。本形態において、ケース20およびカバー60は樹脂成形品である。
 ケース20は、軸線L方向に延在する円筒状の胴部21と、胴部21の他方側L2の端部を塞ぐ底部22を備える。胴部21の一方側L1の端部には開口部29が形成されている。図4に示すように、底部22の中央には、他方側L2に凹む円形の凹部24が形成されている。凹部24には、ロータ30の回転軸40の他方側L2の先端に設けられた軸部41が挿入される。軸部41は、凹部24によって回転可能に保持される。
 図5に示すように、胴部21の内周面には、径方向内側に突出する仕切り用凸部26が周方向で180°ずれた2箇所に形成されている。仕切り用凸部26は軸線L方向に延在し、仕切り用凸部26の他方側L2の端部は底部22と繋がっている。仕切り用凸部26は、径方向外側から内側に向かって周方向の寸法(厚さ)が薄くなっている。仕切り用凸部26は、胴部21の内側に形成されるダンパ室11を周方向に区画する。
 ロータ30は、他方側L2の端部がケース20の内側に配置された回転軸40と、回転軸40に保持される弁体50を備える。回転軸40は、全体として直線状であり、軸線L方向の中央よりも他方側L2の位置に環状のフランジ部42が形成されている。フランジ部42は、回転軸40の全周に形成されている。フランジ部42に対して他方側L2には、フランジ部42よりも小径の第1軸部43が設けられ、フランジ部42に対して一方側L1には、フランジ部42よりも小径で且つ第1軸部43よりも大径の第2軸部44が設けられている。ケース20の凹部24に挿入される軸部41は、第1軸部43の先端面の中央から突出する。第2軸部44の先端には、相対向する平坦面が形成されている。
 フランジ部42は、軸線L方向に所定の間隔を空けて配置された第1フランジ部421と第2フランジ部422を備えており、第1フランジ部421と第2フランジ部422の間には環状の周溝423(図4参照)が形成されている。周溝423にはOリング49が装着される。ロータ30がケース20に組み付けられると、Oリング49はケース20の円筒状内周面27に当接して押し潰される。従って、ケース20とフランジ部42との隙間が密閉され、ケース20の底部22とフランジ部42との間に外部から密閉されたダンパ室11が形成される。ダンパ室11にはオイル等の流体12(粘性流体)が充填される。
 その後、カバー60を回転軸40の第2軸部44とケース20の胴部21との間に差し込み、ケース20の開口部29にカバー60を固定すれば、流体ダンパ装置10が構成される。その際、カバー60と回転軸40の第2フランジ部422との間には、円環状のワッシャー48が配置される。この状態で、回転軸40の他方側L2の端部に設けられた軸部41は、ケース20の底部22に形成された凹部24に回転可能に支持されるとともに、第2軸部44がカバー60に形成された貫通穴61の内側で回転可能に支持される。また、第2軸部44の一部がカバー60の貫通穴61を貫通して一方側L1に突出し、連結軸10bが構成される。
 ワッシャー48と第2フランジ部422が当接する当接面は、ロータ30の回転時に摺動する摺動面である。つまり、ロータ30は、第2フランジ部422の一方側L1の面がワッシャー48と摺動する摺動面となる。ワッシャー48を金属製とすることにより、摺動面の摩耗を抑制できる。なお、摺動面には、グリス等の潤滑材を塗布しておくことが好ましい。
(ダンパ室)
 図5に示すように、胴部21と第1軸部43との間には、環状のダンパ室11が設けられる。胴部21の内周面から内側に突出する仕切り用凸部26の内周側端面262は、第1軸部43の外周面に当接する。従って、ダンパ室11は、2箇所の仕切り用凸部26によって同一形状の2室に区画される。第1軸部43の外周面において、周方向で180°離れた2箇所には、弁体保持部46が形成されている。2箇所の弁体保持部46は同一形状であり、第1軸部43の外周面から径方向外側に突出している。また、弁体保持部46は、第1軸部43の他方側L2の端部まで延在しており、一方側L1の端部は第1フランジ部421と繋がっている。
 2箇所の弁体保持部46のそれぞれには、弁体50が保持される。弁体保持部46は、周方向の幅が径方向外側より径方向内側で狭くなっている。弁体保持部46の径方向外側の端部には、径方向内側に凹んだ弁体保持溝461が形成されている。弁体保持溝461は、周方向の一方側に位置する第1凸部462と、周方向の他方側に位置する第2凸部463の間に形成されており、軸線L方向に直線状に延在する。弁体保持溝461は、内周面が約180°を超える角度範囲にわたって湾曲した円弧状になっている。
 弁体50は、弁体保持溝461に保持される基部51と、基部51から径方向外側へ突出する先端部52とを備える。弁体50の先端部52は、径方向に対して傾斜した方向に突出しており、円筒状内周面27に接触する。本形態では、第2凸部463よりも第1凸部462の方が径方向外側への突出寸法が少なく、弁体50の先端部52は、第1凸部462の外周側に被さる方へ傾いている。
 流体ダンパ装置10において、図1に示す便座5が起立姿勢から平伏姿勢に回転する閉動作の際、ロータ30(回転軸40)が軸線L周りに第1方向R1(図5参照)に回転する。第1方向R1は、弁体50の基部51に対して先端部52が位置する側にロータ30が回転する方向である。この場合、弁体50は、流体12からの圧力により、弁体50の先端部52が円筒状内周面27に押し付けられる。このため、弁体50と円筒状内周面27との間を流体12が通過できず、ロータ30(回転軸40)には回転負荷が加わる。しかしながら、この場合でも、ケース20の底部22と弁体50との間には、わずかな隙間が空いているため、流体の移動がわずかに許容される。従って、ロータ30は、回転負荷が加わるものの、低速度での第1方向R1への回転が許容される。
 また、図1に示す便座5が平伏姿勢から起立姿勢に回転する開動作の際、ロータ30(回転軸40)が軸線L周りに第2方向R2(図5参照)に回転する。第2方向R2は、第1方向R1と逆方向である。この場合、流体12のからの圧力によって弁体50の先端部52が円筒状内周面27から離れるため、弁体50と円筒状内周面27との間を流体12が通過できるようになる。従って、ロータ30の回転負荷は小さい。
(ダンパ室の軸線L方向の密封構造)
 弁体50は、一方側L1の端部が第1フランジ部421と接している。このため、弁体50と第1フランジ部421との間に隙間がほとんど空いていない。従って、弁体50と第1フランジ部421との間を流体12が通過しない。これに対して、弁体50の他方側L2の端部は、弁体保持部46の他方側L2の端面よりわずかに一方側L1に位置する。このため、弁体50に対して他方側L2では、弁体50の他方側L2の端部とケース20の底部22との間にはわずかな隙間が空いている。従って、流体12は、隙間を通ってわずかに通過することができる。
 回転軸40は、第1軸部43の他方側L2の端面と、弁体保持部46の他方側L2の端面が連続した面を構成している。ここで、第1軸部43および弁体保持部46の他方側L2の端面と、ケース20の底部22との間に隙間が存在することがあるが、第1軸部43および弁体保持部46の他方側L2の端面には、径方向に延在するリブ(図示省略)が形成されている。かかるリブは、流体ダンパ装置10を構成した際、第1軸部43および弁体保持部46の他方側L2の端面とケース20の底部22との隙間に対応する状態にまで押し潰される。このため、第1軸部43および弁体保持部46の他方側L2の端面と、ケース20の底部22との間を流体12が通過しないようになっている。
 図6はケース20の開口部29を軸線L方向の一方側L1から見た正面図であり、図7はケース20の開口部29を軸線L方向の一方側L1から見た斜視図である。図6、図7に示すように、仕切り用凸部26の一方側L1の端面には、径方向に延在するリブ261が形成されている。リブ261は、胴部21の円筒状内周面27と繋がっており、円筒状内周面27から仕切り用凸部26の内周側端面262まで直線状に延在する。かかるリブ261は、流体ダンパ装置10を構成した際、仕切り用凸部26の一方側L1の端面と回転軸40の第1フランジ部421との隙間に対応する状態にまで押し潰される。このため、仕切り用凸部26の一方側L1の端面と回転軸40の第1フランジ部421との間を流体12が通過しないようになっている。
(カバーの固定構造)
 図3、図4に示すように、カバー60は全体として円環状であり、中心にロータ30の第2軸部44を通すための円形の貫通穴61が形成されている。カバー60は、軸線L方向の一方側L1の端部に形成された鍔状の大径部62と、大径部62の中央から他方側L2に突出する小径部63を備える。小径部63の外径は略一定であり、小径部63の先端には、軸線L方向の他方側L2を向く環状端面631が形成されている。大径部62は、ケース20の軸線L方向の一方側L1の端部に設けられた開口端面291と軸線L方向に対向しており、開口端面291を軸線L方向の一方側L1から覆っている。
 図4に示すように、ケース20において、胴部21の軸線L方向の一方側L1の端部には薄肉部28が形成されている。胴部21の内周面は、仕切り用凸部26が形成された円筒状内周面27を備えており、円筒状内周面27の軸線L方向の一方側L1に薄肉部28が形成されている。円筒状内周面27と薄肉部28との間には、軸線L方向の一方側L1を向く度当たり部70が形成されており、薄肉部28の内周面は、度当たり部70を介して円筒状内周面27と繋がっている。カバー60は、小径部63の環状端面631を度当たり部70と当接させることによって軸線L方向に位置決めされる。また、カバー60は、後述するように、度当たり部70とは周方向に異なる位置において、小径部63と薄肉部28とが溶着される。
 図6、図7に示すように、薄肉部28の内周面には、度当たり部70が周方向の一部に形成されている。本形態では、等角度間隔で4箇所に度当たり部70が形成されている。度当たり部70は、周方向に所定の角度範囲で円弧状に延在する。度当たり部70の内周縁は、R状に面取りがなされ、円筒状内周面27と繋がっている。また、度当たり部70の外周縁は、軸線L方向の一方側L1に立ち上がる円弧状内周面71と繋がっている。円弧状内周面71は薄肉部28の内周面であり、ケース20の中心軸線(軸線L)を中心とする円弧状の面である。カバー60は、小径部63の外周面と円弧状内周面71とが径方向に当接することによって軸線Lと直交する方向に位置決めされる。円弧状内周面71は、ケース20の軸線L方向の一方側L1の端面である開口端面291と繋がっている。開口端面291において、円弧状内周面71と繋がる部分は、他の部分よりも径方向の幅が広い幅広部72となっている。ケース20の開口端面291は、幅広部72を含む全体がカバー60の大径部62によって軸線L方向の一方側L1から覆われている。本形態では、カバー60とケース20との軸線L方向の位置決めは度当たり部70と小径部63が当接する部位で行われる。従って、ケース20の開口端面291と大径部62とは軸線L方向に当接しておらず、隙間をもって対向している。
 度当たり部70は、円筒状内周面27の中心である軸線Lを基準として、90°の角度間隔で配置されている。また、度当たり部70は、仕切り用凸部26に対応する周方向位置に形成されている。図6に示すように、4箇所の度当たり部70のうち、180度離れた2箇所の度当たり部70は、その周方向の中央が仕切り用凸部26の周方向の中央と一致する。仕切り用凸部26の周方向の中央には、リブ261が形成されている。従って、2箇所の度当たり部70の周方向の中央は、リブ261の角度位置と一致する。リブ261の角度位置に度当たり部70を設けることにより、リブ261の角度位置でカバー60の軸線L方向の位置決めが行われる。つまり、リブ261の角度位置で、カバー60の軸線L方向の位置精度が高められている。これにより、ダンパ室11の密閉精度が高められる。
 図6、図7に示すように、薄肉部28の内周面には、周方向に隣り合う度当たり部70の間の領域を径方向外側および軸線L方向の他方側L2に窪ませた凹部73が形成されている。本形態では、薄肉部28の内周面に、等角度間隔で4箇所に凹部73が形成されている。凹部73の内周面は、径方向内側を向く円弧状内周面74と、円弧状内周面74の周方向の両側から径方向内側に立ち上がる一対の側端面75と、円弧状内周面74および側端面75の軸線L方向の他方側L2の端縁と繋がる円弧状段面76を備える。凹部73は、度当たり部70よりも軸線L方向の他方側L2の位置まで窪んでいる。従って、円弧状段面76は、度当たり部70より軸線L方向の他方側L2に位置する。円弧状段面76は、軸線L方向の一方側L1を向く平坦面であり、度当たり部70に対して軸線L方向の他方側L2に位置する。
 4箇所の凹部73には、それぞれ、溶着用凸部80が形成されている。すなわち、薄肉部28には、等角度間隔で4箇所に溶着用凸部80が形成されており、溶着用凸部80は、度当たり部70と異なる周方向位置に形成されている。溶着用凸部80は、カバー60の小径部63を薄肉部28に挿入して超音波溶着する際、小径部63と当接して溶着される部分と、小径部63とは溶着されない部分とを備えている。すなわち、溶着用凸部80の全体が小径部63と溶着される部分ではなく、溶着用凸部80の一部分が小径部63と溶着される部分である。溶着用凸部80は、円弧状内周面74から径方向内側に突出しており、凹部73の円弧状段面76から軸線L方向の一方側L1に立ち上がる形状である。溶着用凸部80は、軸線L方向に所定の高さで延在しており、溶着用凸部80の軸線L方向の一端と、度当たり部70と、溶着用凸部80の軸線L方向の他端とがこの順で軸線L方向に並んでいる。すなわち、溶着用凸部80は、度当たり部70の軸線L方向の位置を含む範囲に形成されている。溶着用凸部80の内周面は、軸線Lを中心とする円弧状内周面81であり、この面は、度当たり部70の円弧状内周面74より径方向内側に位置する。溶着用凸部80の径方向内側の部分は、カバー60の小径部63を超音波溶着により固定する際に、溶融され軟化されて小径部63と一体化する部分(溶着シロとなる部分)である。
 図8はケース20とカバー60を分離した状態の部分断面図である。また、図9は流体ダンパ装置10の溶着箇所の部分断面図である。図9において、溶着用凸部80の溶着シロの部分を符号Wで示す。本形態においては、薄肉部28の内周側にカバー60の小径部63の先端を挿入して溶着用凸部80と小径部63とを当接させた後、ケース20およびカバー60の外側から、図示しない超音波溶着用のホーンを溶着用凸部80と対応する角度位置に当接させて超音波振動を印加し、溶着用凸部80と小径部63との当接箇所を溶融させ軟化させる。この状態で、カバー60をケース20側へ押圧して小径部63を軸線L方向の他方側L2へ押し込むと、小径部63の環状端面631が度当たり部70に当接する位置までカバー60を押し込むことができる。これにより、カバー60が軸線L方向に位置決めされる。また、カバー60が度当たり部70によって軸線L方向に位置決めされると、小径部63の環状端面631の内周部分により、ワッシャー48を介して回転軸40の第2フランジ部422が軸線L方向に位置決めされる。つまり、ケース20へのカバー60の押し込み量は、度当たり部70によって制御される。また、ダンパ室11の軸線L方向の高さは、度当たり部70によって制御される。
 図9に示すように、カバー60の小径部63と溶着用凸部80は、軸線L方向の所定の範囲で溶着される。以下、軸線L方向の溶着範囲を符号Xで示す。また、溶着範囲Xの軸線L方向の一方側L1の端部を一方側端部X1とし、溶着範囲Xの軸線L方向の他方側L2の端部を他方側端部X2とする。図9に示すように、溶着範囲Xの他方側端部X2は、小径部63の環状端面631と同一高さであり、度当たり部70と同一高さである。溶着用凸部80は、溶着範囲Xの他方側端部X2よりも軸線L方向の他方側L2まで延びている。つまり、溶着用凸部80は、溶着範囲Xの他方側端部X2の軸線L方向の位置を含む範囲に形成されている。
 また、溶着用凸部80は、溶着範囲Xの一方側端部X1より軸線L方向の一方側L1まで延びている。溶着用凸部80の軸線L方向の一方側の端部には、円弧状内周面81と繋がるテーパ面82と、テーパ面82から径方向外側へ広がる円弧状端面83が形成されている。テーパ面82は、軸線L方向の一方側L1へ向かうに従って径方向外側へ向かう方向に傾斜している。図9に示すように、溶着範囲Xの一方側端部X1は、テーパ面82の軸線L方向の途中位置である。円弧状端面83は、軸線L方向の一方側L1を向く平坦面であり、ケース20の開口端面291より軸線L方向の他方側L2に一段下がった位置に設けられている。円弧状端面83は、凹部73の円弧状内周面74の軸線L方向の途中位置に接続されている。つまり、溶着用凸部80の軸線L方向の一方側L1の端部には、円弧状端面83と円弧状内周面74によって段部が形成されている。
(流出防止部および流出規制部)
 本形態のケース20には、溶着用凸部80と隣り合う位置に、超音波振動によって溶融し軟化した溶融樹脂(溶融素材)を保持するための流出防止部90が設けられている。流出防止部90は、溶融樹脂(溶融素材)がはみ出した場合には、溶融樹脂(溶融素材)を収容する溶着バリ溜まりとして機能する。流出防止部90は、溶融樹脂(溶融素材)が保持されるか、あるいは、溶融樹脂(溶融素材)がはみ出さずに空間として残ることもある。また、ケース20には、流出防止部90の軸線L方向の他方側L2に、ダンパ室11を封止するOリング49の側へ溶融樹脂が流出することを規制するための流出規制部95が設けられている。具体的には、溶着用凸部80が形成された凹部73の円弧状段面76が、流出規制部95として機能する。円弧状段面76(流出規制部95)は、溶着用凸部80とOリング49との間に設けられているため、溶着用凸部80からはみ出した溶融樹脂(溶融素材)がOリング49に到達することを規制する。なお、円弧状段面76の内周縁にはR状の面取り部が設けられているが、流出規制部95は、この面取り部も含むものとする。
 本形態では、流出防止部90として、溶着用凸部80と周方向に隣り合う位置に、第1流出防止部91L、91Rが設けられている。図7に示すように、第1流出防止部91L、91Rは、溶着用凸部80の周方向の両側に設けられた溝状の隙間である。第1流出防止部91L、91Rは、溶着用凸部80と凹部73の側端面75との間に設けられている。第1流出防止部91L、91Rは、ケース20の軸線L方向の一方側L1の端部に設けられた開口端面291から、凹部73の円弧状段面76までの範囲で軸線L方向に連続して設けられている。
 また、図9に示すように、他の流出防止部90として、溶着用凸部80の軸線L方向の他方側L2の部分の径方向内側に設けられた第2流出防止部92と、溶着用凸部80の軸線L方向の一方側L1に設けられた第3流出防止部93が形成されている。溶着用凸部80の円弧状内周面81は、ケース20の円筒状内周面27より径方向外側に後退した位置に設けられている。このため、溶着範囲Xより軸線L方向の他方側L2において、溶着用凸部80の径方向内側には、円弧状内周面81と回転軸40のフランジ部42との間に、径方向の隙間である第2流出防止部92が形成されている。
 第2流出防止部92の周方向の両端は、上述した第1流出防止部91L、91Rと繋がっており、第1流出防止部91L、91Rおよび第2流出防止部92の軸線L方向の他方側L2には、円弧状段面76(流出規制部95)が設けられている。超音波溶着の際に溶融し軟化した溶融樹脂(溶融素材)が、溶着用凸部80の周方向の両側へはみ出した場合、第1流出防止部91L、91Rに保持される。同様に、超音波溶着の際に溶融し軟化した溶融樹脂(溶融素材)が、カバー60の小径部63の軸線L方向の他方側L2において溶着用凸部80の径方向内側へはみ出した場合、第2流出防止部92に保持される。第1流出防止部91L、91Rおよび第2流出防止部92に保持された溶融樹脂(溶融素材)は、第1流出防止部91L、91Rおよび第2流出防止部92の軸線L方向の他方側に設けられた円弧状段面76(流出規制部95)によって、Oリング49の位置まではみ出さないよう保持される。従って、溶融樹脂(溶融素材)によってOリング49が変形するおそれが少ない。
 第3流出防止部93は、溶着用凸部80の軸線L方向の一方側L1に設けられた円弧状端面83の上方において、カバー60の小径部63の外周面と、ケース20の凹部73の円弧状内周面74との間に設けられた径方向の隙間である。超音波溶着の際に溶融し軟化した溶融樹脂(溶融素材)が、溶着用凸部80の軸線L方向の一方側へはみ出した場合、第3流出防止部93に保持される。このように、ケース20の開口端面291と溶着用凸部80との間に段部を設けて第3流出防止部93を確保したことにより、ケース20の開口端面291とカバー60の大径部62との隙間から溶融樹脂(溶融素材)が外部へはみ出すことが防止され、ケース20とカバー60の外側へ溶融樹脂(溶融素材)がはみ出して溶着バリが形成されることを回避することができる。
 ケース20の開口端面291は、カバー60の大径部62によって軸線L方向の一方側L1から覆われる。また、開口端面291の内周側に設けられた第3流出防止部93、および、その周方向の両側に設けられた第1流出防止部91L、91Rもカバー60の大径部62によって軸線L方向の一方側L1から覆われる。つまり、大径部62は、第1流出防止部91L、91Rおよび第3流出防止部93を覆うめくら板として機能する。また、上述したように、カバー60の大径部62は、ケース20の開口端面291とは当接しておらず、ケース20の開口端面291とカバー60の大径部62との間には、溶融樹脂が微量にはみ出すことのできる隙間が形成されている。
 ここで、図9において、Oリング49による封止位置(すなわち、Oリング49がケース20の円筒状内周面27と当接する位置)の径方向位置を符号A1で示し、溶着用凸部80の円弧状内周面81の径方向位置を符号A2で示し、小径部63の外周面の径方向位置を符号A3で示し、凹部73の円弧状内周面74の径方向位置を符号A4で示すと、径方向位置A1、A2、A3、A4は、この順で径方向内側から径方向外側に並んでいる。第1流出防止部91L、91Rは、溶着範囲Xの他方側端部X2より軸線L方向の他方側L2では、径方向位置A1からA4までの範囲に広がる隙間であるが、溶着範囲Xの他方側端部X2より軸線L方向の一方側では、径方向位置A3からA4までの範囲の隙間となっている。また、第2流出防止部92は、径方向位置A1からA2までの範囲の隙間となっており、第3流出防止部93は、径方向位置A3からA4までの範囲の隙間となっている。本形態では、流出規制部95として機能する平面である円弧状段面76は、第2流出防止部92が設けられた角度範囲では、径方向位置A1からA2までの範囲内に形成されている。また、第1流出防止部91L、91Rが設けられた角度範囲では、径方向位置A1からA4までの範囲内に形成されている。
(本形態の主な効果)
 以上説明したように、本形態の流体ダンパ装置10は、ケース20の内周面に、カバー60と溶着される溶着用凸部80が周方向の一部に形成されている。そして、溶着用凸部80とカバーが溶着される溶着範囲Xに対して軸線L方向の他方側L2には、溶着箇所からはみ出す溶融樹脂を適正に処理するための流出防止部90として、溶着用凸部80と周方向に隣り合う位置に第1流出防止部91L、91Rが形成されている。第1流出防止部91L、91Rは、溶着用凸部80の周方向の両側において、ケース20の内周面とカバー60の小径部63の外周面との間に形成された隙間である。この隙間により、溶着箇所からはみ出す溶融樹脂(溶着素材)を適正に処理できる。例えば、ダンパ室11の側へ溶融樹脂をはみ出させないように保持することができる。
 本形態では、流出防止部90として、溶着範囲Xより軸線L方向の他方側L2で、且つ、溶着用凸部80の円弧状内周面81より径方向内側に第2流出防止部92が設けられている。第2流出防止部92は、溶着用凸部80の円弧状内周面81とカバー60の小径部63の外周面との径方向の隙間である。また、流出防止部90として、溶着範囲Xに対して軸線L方向の一方側L1に第3流出防止部93が設けられている。第3流出防止部93は、ケース20の内周面(円弧状内周面74)と、カバー60の小径部63の外周面との径方向の隙間である。第2流出防止部92は、第1流出防止部91L、91Rと同様に、ダンパ室11の側へ溶融樹脂をはみ出させないように保持することができる。また、第3流出防止部93は、ケース20の開口部29とカバー60の大径部62との隙間から外部へ溶融樹脂をはみ出させないように保持できる。従って、ケース20とカバー60の外部へ溶融樹脂がはみ出して溶着バリが形成されるおそれが少なく、溶着バリを除去する工程が増えるおそれが少ない。
 なお、本形態では、第2流出防止部92、および第3流出防止部93は第1流出防止部91L、91Rと繋がっており、全体として連続した流出防止部90を構成しているが、第1流出防止部91L、91R、第2流出防止部92、および第3流出防止部93は相互に繋がっていなくてもよい。また、第2流出防止部92および第3流出防止部93の一部あるいは全体が設けられていない形態を採用することもできる。
 本形態のカバー60は、ケース20の端部(薄肉部28)に挿入される小径部63と、小径部63より大径の大径部62を備えており、小径部63はケース20へ挿入され、溶着用凸部80とは異なる周方向位置に形成された円弧状内周面71によって軸線L方向と直交する方向に位置決めされる。従って、溶着箇所とは異なる周方向位置において、カバー60とケース20とを同軸に位置決めすることができる。また、大径部62は、ケース20の開口端面291と、その内周側に形成された第1流出防止部91L、91Rおよび第3流出防止部93を軸線L方向の一方側から覆っている。従って、第1流出防止部91L、91Rおよび第3流出防止部93にはみ出した溶融樹脂が直接外部から見えないので、外観性が良い。また、第1流出防止部91L、91Rおよび第3流出防止部93から溶融樹脂が微量にはみ出して溶着バリが形成されたとしても、溶着バリは大径部62によって覆われて直接見えないので、溶着バリを除去する工程が増えるおそれが少ない。更に、大径部62は開口端面291とは当接していないため、はみ出した溶融樹脂によってカバー60が押し上げられるなどの事態が発生するおそれが少ない。従って、カバー60の軸線L方向の位置精度が低下するおそれが少ない。
 本形態では、溶着用凸部80の軸線L方向の一方側L1の端面である円弧状端面83は、ケース20の軸線L方向の一方側L1の端面である開口端面291より軸線L方向の他方側L2に凹んだ位置に設けられている。そして、溶着用凸部80の軸線L方向の一方側L1には、円弧状端面83とケース20の円弧状内周面74によって段部が形成されている。従って、溶着用凸部80の軸線L方向の一方側L1に第3流出防止部93を形成するスペースを確保しやすい。また、溶着用凸部80は、段部の内周縁(円弧状端面83の内周縁)と繋がるテーパ面82を備えており、テーパ面82は、軸線L方向の一方側L1に向かうに従って径方向外側へ拡がる方向に傾斜している。このようなテーパ面82を備えていれば、ケース20とカバー60とを同軸に位置決めすることが容易である。また、溶着用凸部80のテーパ面82に対して小径部63の先端面(環状端面631)の外周縁を軸線L方向に当接させることができるので、溶着用凸部80と小径部63とを面でなく線で接触させることができ、超音波溶着を行う際に好適な接触状態を形成することができる。
 本形態では、流出防止部90の軸線L方向の他方側L2に流出規制部95が設けられている。例えば、第1流出防止部91L、91Rおよび第2流出防止部92の軸線L方向の他方側L2に、流出規制部95として機能する円弧状段面76が設けられている。流出規制部95は、軸線L方向と直交する平面(円弧状段面76)を備えており、Oリング49より軸線L方向の一方側L1に設けられている。また、流出規制部95の内周縁は円筒状内周面27(すなわち、ダンパ室の内周面)と繋がっており、流出規制部95の内周縁は、
Oリング49が当接する面(円筒状内周面27)と同一径である。このような範囲に流出規制部95を設けたことにより、径方向の隙間からOリング49の側に溶融樹脂がはみ出すおそれが少ない。また、流出規制部95は、溶着箇所に対応する角度範囲に設けられており、本形態では、溶着用凸部80が設けられた全範囲、および、その周方向の両側の第1流出防止部91L、91Rを含む角度範囲に設けられている。従って、周方向の隙間からOリング49の側に溶融樹脂がはみ出すおそれが少ない。
 なお、本形態では、流出規制部95は、円弧状段面76と、円弧状段面76の内周縁に形成されたR状の面取り部を含んでいるが、面取り面を設けず、流出規制部95全体を軸線Lと直交する平面としてもよい。また、本形態の流出規制部95は、溶着用凸部80が設けられた角度範囲全体に設けられているが、溶着箇所に対応する角度範囲の一部のみに流出規制部95を設けてもよい。
 本形態では、溶着用凸部80は、ロータ30の回転中心である軸線Lを中心とする円弧状内周面81を備えた形状である。従って、カバー60の小径部63と溶着用凸部80とを周方向に均等に接触させることができ、周方向に均等に溶着させることができる。
 本形態では、ケース20の内周面に、ケース20の開口部29に固定されるカバー60の小径部63と軸線L方向に当接する度当たり部70が周方向の一部に形成されている。また、度当たり部70は、溶着用凸部80と異なる周方向位置に形成されており、溶着用凸部80の軸線L方向の一端と、度当たり部70と、溶着用凸部80の軸線L方向の他端とがこの順で軸線L方向に並んでいる。すなわち、溶着用凸部80は、度当たり部70の軸線L方向の位置を含む範囲に形成されている。従って、溶着用凸部80に小径部63の先端面を当接させて溶融させ、度当たり部70に当接するまで小径部63を押し込んでカバー60を軸線L方向に位置決めすることができる。これにより、溶着範囲Xの軸線L方向の他方側端部X2と、度当たり部70の軸線L方向の高さとが同一となるので、度当たり部70より軸線L方向の他方側L2に第2流出防止部92を形成することができる。
 また、溶着用凸部80と度当たり部70が異なる周方向位置に形成されていれば、溶着時に度当たり部70が変形するおそれが少ない。従って、ケース20に対するカバー60の軸線L方向の位置決めを精度良く行うことができる。また、度当たり部70の高さをまたぐ範囲に溶着用凸部80を形成することにより、溶着用凸部80と度当たり部70を軸線L方向にずらして設ける場合よりも、流体ダンパ装置10の軸線L方向の小型化を図ることができる。
 本形態では、ケース20の内周面には、ダンパ室11を周方向に仕切る仕切り用凸部26が形成されているが、度当たり部70は、仕切り用凸部26に対応する周方向位置に形成されている。従って、仕切り用凸部26の位置でカバー60の軸線L方向の位置決めを精度良く行うことができる。特に、本形態では、仕切り用凸部26の軸線L方向の一方側の端面に形成されたリブ261の角度位置を含む範囲に度当たり部70が形成されており、度当たり部70の周方向の中央にリブ261が形成されている。これにより、ダンパ室11の密閉精度を高めるためのリブ261の位置でカバー60の軸線L方向の位置決めを精度良く行うことができる。従って、ダンパ室11の密閉精度を高めることができる。
 本形態では、ケース20の径方向の中心である軸線Lを基準として等角度間隔の4箇所に度当たり部70が形成され、これら4箇所のうちで径方向の反対側に配置された2箇所が仕切り用凸部26のリブ261の角度位置を含む範囲に形成されている。つまり、周方向に均等に度当たり部70を形成しているので、カバー60の軸線L方向の位置決めを精度良く行うことができ、カバー60の傾きを抑制することができる。また、度当たり部70が設けられていない位置でケース20とカバー60を溶着することができるため、周方向に均等に溶着部を設けることができる。従って、周方向にバランス良く溶着部を設けることができる。
 なお、度当たり部70および溶着用凸部80は、4箇所でなく3箇所ずつ、あるいは2箇所ずつ設けることができる。また、5箇所以上設けることもできる。いずれの場合でも等角度間隔に設けることが望ましいが、等角度間隔以外の配置であってもよい。例えば、2箇所設ける場合には、ケース20の径方向の中心を基準として反対側であればよく、ケースの直径方向に延びる直線上の2箇所(すなわち、180°離れた2箇所)から所定角度ずれていてもよい。また、3箇所設ける場合には、3箇所のうちの2箇所と残りの1箇所を、ケース20の径方向の中心を基準として反対側に配置することができる。例えば、二等辺三角形の頂点の位置となる3箇所に度当たり部70を配置することができる。更に、4箇所設ける場合には、ケース20の直径方向に延びており互いに交差する第1直線および第2直線のうち、第1直線上でケース20の径方向の中心を基準として反対側の2箇所、および、第2直線上でケース20の径方向の中心を基準として反対側の2箇所の合計4箇所に設けることができる。この場合、第1直線上の2箇所はリブ261と重なる位置であることが望ましい。
 なお、本形態では、溶着用凸部80の内周面(円弧状内周面81)は径方向に凹凸のない面であったが、度当たり部70の軸線L方向の他方側L2で溶着用凸部80が径方向外側に凹んだ形状となっていれば、第2流出防止部92の径方向の幅を拡げることができる。
 また、本形態では、流出防止部90は、第1流出防止部91L、91R、第2流出防止部92、および第3流出防止部93の3箇所に設けられているが、これら3箇所の合計容積を、溶着シロWの体積よりも大きくすることが望ましい。このようにすると、溶融樹脂を全て流出防止部90に保持することが可能である。従って、Oリング49と接触する位置まで溶融樹脂がはみ出すおそれが少なく、ケース20とカバー60の外部へ溶融樹脂がはみ出すおそれが少ない。

Claims (22)

  1.  軸線方向の一方側に開口する有底筒状のケースと、
     前記ケースに形成されたダンパ室に挿入される回転軸および弁体を備えるロータと、
     前記ダンパ室に充填される流体と、
     前記ロータが貫通する貫通穴を備え、前記ケースの開口部に固定されるカバーと、
     前記ロータの外周面と前記ケースの内周面との隙間を封止する封止部材と、を有し、
     前記ケースの内周面には、前記カバーと溶着される溶着用凸部が周方向の一部に形成され、前記溶着用凸部と前記カバーは、前記軸線方向の所定の範囲で溶着され、
     前記所定の範囲より前記軸線方向の他方側で、且つ、前記溶着用凸部と周方向に隣り合う位置において、前記ケースの内周面より内周側に流出防止部が設けられていることを特徴とする流体ダンパ装置。
  2.  前記流出防止部の前記軸線方向の他方側に流出規制部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体ダンパ装置。
  3.  前記流出規制部は、前記封止部材より前記軸線方向の一方側に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流体ダンパ装置。
  4.  前記溶着用凸部は、前記所定の範囲より前記軸線方向の他方側まで延びており、前記流出規制部と繋がっていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の流体ダンパ装置。
  5.  前記流出防止部は、前記ケースの前記軸線方向の一方側の端部から前記流出規制部まで連続して設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2から4の何れか一項に記載の流体ダンパ装置。
  6.  前記流出防止部は、前記所定の範囲より前記軸線方向の他方側で、且つ、前記溶着用凸部の径方向内側に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の流体ダンパ装置。
  7.  前記流出防止部は、前記所定の範囲の前記軸線方向の一方側に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の流体ダンパ装置。
  8.  前記カバーは、前記ケースに挿入されて前記溶着用凸部に溶着される小径部と、前記小径部より大径の大径部を備え、
     前記所定の範囲の前記軸線方向の一方側に設けられた前記流出防止部は、前記大径部によって前記軸線方向の一方側から覆われることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の流体ダンパ装置。
  9.  前記ケースには、前記溶着用凸部と異なる周方向位置に前記ロータの回転中心を中心とする円弧状内周面が設けられ、
     前記小径部は、前記円弧状内周面によって前記軸線方向と直交する方向に位置決めされることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の流体ダンパ装置。
  10.  前記溶着用凸部の内周面は、前記ロータの回転中心を中心とする円弧状であることを特徴とする請求項1から9の何れか一項に記載の流体ダンパ装置。
  11.  前記溶着用凸部は、前記軸線方向の一方側に向かうに従って径方向外側へ拡がる方向に傾斜するテーパ面を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から10の何れか一項に記載の流体ダンパ装置。
  12.  前記ケースの内周面には、前記溶着用凸部と異なる周方向位置に前記カバーと前記軸線方向に当接する度当たり部が形成され、
     前記溶着用凸部の前記軸線方向の一端と、前記度当たり部と、前記溶着用凸部の前記軸線方向の他端とがこの順で前記軸線方向に並んでいることを特徴とする請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載の流体ダンパ装置。
  13.  前記ケースの内周面には、前記ダンパ室を周方向に仕切る仕切り用凸部が形成され、
     前記度当たり部は、前記仕切り用凸部に対応する周方向位置に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の流体ダンパ装置。
  14.  前記仕切り用凸部の前記軸線方向の一方側の端面には、径方向に延在するリブが形成され、
     前記度当たり部は、前記リブの角度位置を含む範囲に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の流体ダンパ装置。
  15.  前記度当たり部は、前記ケースの径方向の中心を基準として反対側の2箇所に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項12から14の何れか一項に記載の流体ダンパ装置。
  16.  前記度当たり部は、前記ケースの直径方向に延びる直線上であって、且つ、前記ケースの径方向の中心を基準として反対側の2箇所に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の流体ダンパ装置。
  17.  前記度当たり部は、周方向に離れた3箇所に形成され、
     前記3箇所のうちの2箇所は、前記ケースの径方向の中心を基準として、前記3箇所のうちの残りの1箇所とは反対側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項12から14の何れか一項に記載の流体ダンパ装置。
  18.  前記度当たり部は、前記ケースの径方向の中心を基準として等角度間隔の3箇所に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の流体ダンパ装置。
  19.  前記度当たり部は、周方向に離れた4箇所に形成され、
     前記4箇所のうちの2箇所は、前記ケースの直径方向に延びる第1直線上で、前記ケースの径方向の中心を基準として反対側の2箇所であって、且つ、前記リブと前記軸線方向に重なる位置であり、
     前記4箇所のうちの残りの2箇所は、前記ケースの直径方向に延びており、且つ、前記第1直線と交差する第2直線上で、前記ケースの径方向の中心を基準として反対側の2箇所であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の流体ダンパ装置。
  20.  前記度当たり部は、前記ケースの径方向の中心を基準として等角度間隔の4箇所に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の流体ダンパ装置。
  21.  請求項1から20の何れか一項に記載の流体ダンパ装置を備えたダンパ付き機器であって、
     前記回転軸には、機器本体に対して回転移動する開閉部材が取り付けられていることを特徴とするダンパ付き機器。
  22.  前記開閉部材は、洋式便器の便座であることを特徴とする請求項21に記載のダンパ付き機器。
