Definitions
- the present invention relates to a paper container having a flat top type top (including a brick type paper container) and a paper container having a gable roof type top that accommodates a liquid beverage such as milk or juice.
- a flat top type paper container having a bottom part constituted by a pair of bottom panel and a pair of inner panel folded inside thereof, and a pair of gable roof forming panels
- a gable roof mold having a top portion constituted by a pair of end wall forming panels folded inside thereof, a bottom portion constituted by a pair of bottom surface panels and a pair of inner surface panels folded inside thereof, under the trunk portion (Gable top type) paper containers are widely used.
- This type of paper container is generally unstable because each of the body panels of the body formed in the shape of a square cylinder is flat, and there is no catching on the fingers when the body of the paper container is gripped. It is difficult to hold, especially when the capacity of the paper container is large or when water droplets are attached to the surface due to condensation, there is a risk of slipping and dropping from the hand.
- each trunk panel of the trunk section is formed with a ridge in parallel with the bottom, and at the corner where each adjacent trunk panel intersects, that is, at the ridge line section and its vicinity.
- a paper container in which a region continuous with a ridge is formed in a recess has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
- the paper container described in Patent Document 1 is easily gripped by the protrusions formed on each body panel of the body part and can be held without slipping.
- the protrusion formed on each body panel of the body portion is made easy to grip and can be held without slipping.
- the protrusion extends from the body portion of the paper container. Since it protrudes, there is a problem that the protrusion may be damaged when the paper container is stored and transported.
- slip prevention depends on the protruding height of the ridge, and if the height of the ridge is low, it becomes easy to slip when grasped. Therefore, to increase the prevention of slip, it is necessary to increase the height of the momentary ridge. There is.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a paper container that can be prevented from slipping down when grasped and can be easily held, and that does not cause any trouble in storage and transportation.
- the invention described in claim 1 is made of a paper material in which a thermoplastic resin is laminated on the front and back surfaces, and is connected to the body front panel and the body part via the body vertical folding line.

Abstract
