Definitions
- the present invention relates to a thermoplastic elastomer used for bonding and laminating between carbon fiber reinforced plastics or as a skin in a carbon fiber reinforced plastic laminate, and a laminate molded body using the thermoplastic elastomer.
- the present invention also relates to an automobile part structure, a ship part structure, a power part structure, and a carbon fiber reinforced plastic bonding method comprising the laminated molded body.
- CFRP Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics
- Carbon fiber reinforced plastics are excellent in light weight and are attracting attention as a substitute for metal. However, when impacts due to strong energy are applied or when vibrations occur due to the impacts, the carbon fiber reinforced plastics cannot be absorbed and break down into pieces. There is a disadvantage that it ends up. For this reason, it is difficult to apply the carbon fiber reinforced plastic as it is to a structural member or the like.
- Patent Document 1 proposes to laminate a thermoplastic elastomer layer on a carbon fiber reinforced plastic, and the thermoplastic elastomer layer is selected from the group of peroxides, amines and / or bisphenols.
- Patent Document 1 the carbon fiber reinforced plastic / thermoplastic elastomer laminate exemplified in Patent Document 1 has the following problems.
- thermoplastic elastomer is basically composed of components having compatibility and reactivity with the epoxy resin, and it is desired that the thermoplastic elastomer be melt-bonded in the molding temperature region of the epoxy resin as much as possible.
- thermoplastic elastomer described in Patent Document 1 is higher than the molding temperature region of the epoxy resin. Since such a thermoplastic elastomer is not melted at the molding temperature of the epoxy resin, it may not be suitable for melt bonding. It was also found that most thermoplastic elastomers would be easily peeled off without adhering to the epoxy resin if there was no reactivity with the epoxy resin.
- thermoplastic elastomer sheet In order to stably maintain the impact resistance of the structure made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic, even if it is a complex structure of carbon fiber reinforced plastic, the thermoplastic elastomer sheet can be bonded evenly with good adhesion, High adhesion that is stable and does not peel off even after aging is required.
- thermoplastic elastomer described in Patent Document 1
- the longer the storage period the more the components of the thermoplastic elastomer to be used can be cross-linked. Adhesiveness as a later thermoplastic elastomer sheet may not be exhibited.
- carbon fiber fibers can be used without changing the construction method or extending the molding time in the molding using ordinary prepreg after storing the thermoplastic elastomer sheet.
- Development of a thermoplastic elastomer that can form a laminate with reinforced plastic with good adhesion has been desired.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional situation, and can be easily laminated with a carbon fiber reinforced plastic, has high adhesion with the carbon fiber reinforced plastic, and is integrally formed with the carbon fiber reinforced plastic. Can sufficiently improve the impact resistance of carbon fiber reinforced plastics, and has good adhesion even after molding for a long period of time, and can be laminated with carbon fiber reinforced plastics. It is an object of the present invention to provide a thermoplastic elastomer and a laminated molded body using the thermoplastic elastomer.
- Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for adhering an automobile part structure, a ship part structure, a power part structure, and a carbon fiber reinforced plastic made of the laminated molded body.

Abstract
