- 合成樹脂製シートを重ねて接合する超音波接合装置のホーン側もしくはアンビル側に用いられ、上記シートと接触する超音波接合用工具において、
この超音波接合用工具は、平坦な頂面を有する四角錐形状をなす凸部が複数配列されており、
各々の凸部は、4つの側面の中の互いに対向する2つの側面がなす頂角が、90°よりも大きい角度である、
超音波接合用工具。 - 上記頂角が110°~130°の範囲内にある、請求項1に記載の超音波接合用工具。
- 上記頂角が120°である、請求項2に記載の超音波接合用工具。
- 上記凸部は、平坦な頂面を有する正四角錐形状をなす、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の超音波接合用工具。
- 複数個の凸部は、隣接する2つの凸部の間に生じるV字形溝が直線状に連続するように配列されている、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の超音波接合用工具。
- 上記ホーン側に用いられ、
上記凸部の底辺により形成される四角形の一つの対角方向が、該ホーンの振動方向に沿っている、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の超音波接合用工具。 - 少なくとも上記凸部の表面に、非粘着性コーティングを備えている、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の超音波接合用工具。
