背景技术
多层实木复合地板以丰富饱满的表面风格、健康环保的特性、优异的理化性能,逐渐成为木地板市场的主流。伴随着可持续发展战略的实施及我国木材资源的逐渐短缺,提高材料使用率变得尤其重要。
目前业内处理开裂木皮的方式通常是把开裂部分直接裁掉,改成小规格的木皮,如果裂缝过大,则直接报废,导致材料利用率低,浪费大,降低了企业的利润率。
因此,如果能将开裂的木皮充分利用起来,将可以在节约资源的基础上提高地板制造企业的利润率和木材利用率。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种多层实木复合地板及其加工方法,使用开裂的木皮,制成合格的地板,并且能够适应机械化生产。板面视觉效果丰富,立体感强,绿色环保,成本低廉。
本发明公开的多层实木复合地板包括基材层、装饰木皮层、防裂胶层、油漆层,所述的基材层是以一定厚度的速生材单板交错压贴而成的多层胶合板,所述的多层胶合板上贴有一层天然名贵装饰木皮层,所述的木皮层表面涂有防开裂的胶层,所述的涂有胶层的木皮层表面涂有一层透明UV油漆,多层实木复合地板的纵向和横向两边分别配有适配的凸榫和凹槽。
本发明公开的多层实木复合地板的加工方法具体包括以下步骤:
a)分选,以断裂长度不超过成品公称长度的1/2,宽度0-3cm,端部以外的开裂宽度0-3.5cm为标准对装饰木皮进行分选;
b)平衡,将选好的装饰木皮码垛、打带,放入干燥窑平衡至含水率为6-9%,释放应力;
c)贴面预压,使用改性脲醛树脂胶黏剂使装饰木皮层与多层胶合板胶合,涂胶量140-160m2,以12MPa压力预压30min使胶水预固化;
d)防裂处理,在预压后的板坯的装饰木皮层上表面均匀涂胶水,以辊筒刷涂拭刷1-2遍,涂胶后放置1-2h,板坯用耐高温膜平整完全覆盖;
e)热压,在压力12-14MPa,温度115-125℃条件下热压5min;
f)养生,将压贴好的产品置于温度为25℃,相对湿度为35-45%的平衡室内养生48h;
g)修补,使用R810AB双组份黑色原子灰修补板面开裂处,存放6-8h;
h)开料,多片锯开料,并背面砂光定厚制成素板;
i)成型,在企口生产线对多层实木复合地板开出凸榫和凹槽;
j)手刮,手工刮出凹凸不平的纹路,刮出依附在木皮层上表面的胶水,留下渗入木纹缝里的胶水;
k)辊涂,在木皮层上均匀辊涂透明的UV固化油漆,涂布量为140-150g/m2,干燥后制得多层实木复合地板。
本发明的有益效果在于:提供了一种多层实木复合地板,同时还提供了多层实木复合地板的加工方法,具有节约林木资源,提高木材利用率的优点,同时加工的多层实木复合地板板面视觉效果丰富,立体感强,绿色环保,成本低廉。

e)热压,在压力13MPa,温度120℃条件下热压5min;

实施例8
一种多层实木复合地板的加工方法,具体包括以下步骤:
a)分选,以断裂长度不超过成品公称长度的1/2,宽度3cm以内,端部以外的开裂宽度3.5cm以内为标准对装饰木皮进行分选;
b)平衡,将选好的装饰木皮码垛、打带,放入干燥窑平衡至含水率为9%,释放应力;
c)贴面预压,使用改性脲醛树脂胶黏剂使装饰木皮层与多层胶合板胶合,涂胶量155m2,以12MPa压力预压30min使胶水预固化;
d)防裂处理,在预压后的板坯的装饰木皮层上表面均匀涂胶水,以辊筒刷涂拭刷1遍,涂胶后放置1h,板坯用耐高温膜平整完全覆盖;
e)热压,在压力12MPa,温度110℃条件下热压5min;
f)养生,将压贴好的产品置于温度为25℃,相对湿度为42%的平衡室内养生48h;
g)修补,使用R810AB双组份黑色原子灰修补板面开裂处,存放8h;
h)开料,多片锯开料,并背面砂光定厚制成素板;
i)成型,在企口生产线对多层实木复合地板开出凸榫和凹槽;
j)手刮,手工刮出凹凸不平的纹路,刮出依附在木皮层上表面的胶水,留下渗入木纹缝里的胶水;
k)辊涂,在木皮层上均匀辊涂透明的UV固化油漆,涂布量为155g/m2,干燥后制得多层实木复合地板。

e)热压,在压力14MPa,温度125℃条件下热压5min;
f)养生,将压贴好的产品置于温度为25℃,相对湿度为45%的平衡室内养生48h;
g)修补,使用R810AB双组份黑色原子灰修补板面开裂处,存放6.5h;
h)开料,多片锯开料,并背面砂光定厚制成素板;
i)成型,在企口生产线对多层实木复合地板开出凸榫和凹槽;
j)手刮,手工刮出凹凸不平的纹路,刮出依附在木皮层上表面的胶水,留下渗入木纹缝里的胶水;
k)辊涂,在木皮层上均匀辊涂透明的UV固化油漆,涂布量为145g/m2,干燥后制得多层实木复合地板。

h)开料,多片锯开料,并背面砂光定厚制成素板;
i)成型,在企口生产线对多层实木复合地板开出凸榫和凹槽;
j)手刮,手工刮出凹凸不平的纹路,刮出依附在木皮层上表面的胶水,留下渗入木纹缝里的胶水;
k)辊涂,在木皮层上均匀辊涂透明的UV固化油漆,涂布量为135g/m2,干燥后制得多层实木复合地板。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种多层实木复合地板,包括基材层、装饰木皮层、防裂胶层、油漆层,其特征在于:所述的基材层是以一定厚度的速生材单板交错压贴而成的多层胶合板,所述的多层胶合板上贴有一层天然名贵装饰木皮层,所述的木皮层表面涂有防开裂的胶层,所述的涂有胶层的木皮层表面涂有一层透明UV油漆,多层实木复合地板的纵向和横向两边分别配有适配的凸榫和凹槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多层实木复合地板,其特征在于:所述的装饰木皮层的厚度为0.8-2.0mm。
  3. 一种多层实木复合地板的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
    a)分选,以断裂长度不超过成品公称长度的1/2,宽度3cm以内,端部以外的开裂宽度3.5cm以内为标准对装饰木皮进行分选;
    b)平衡,将选好的装饰木皮码垛、打带,放入干燥窑平衡至含水率为6-9%,释放应力;
    c)贴面预压,使用改性脲醛树脂胶黏剂使装饰木皮层与多层胶合板胶合,涂胶量140-160m2,以12MPa压力预压30min使胶水预固化;
    d)防裂处理,在预压后的板坯的装饰木皮层上表面均匀涂布胶水,涂胶后放置1-2h,板坯用耐高温膜平整完全覆盖;
    e)热压,在压力12-14MPa,温度115-125℃条件下热压5min;
    f)养生,将压贴好的产品置于温度为25℃,相对湿度为35-45%的平衡室内养生48h;
    g)修补,使用R810AB双组份黑色原子灰修补板面开裂处,存放6-8h;
    h)开料,多片锯开料,并背面砂光定厚制成素板;
    i)成型,在企口生产线对多层实木复合地板开出凸榫和凹槽;
    j)手刮,手工刮出凹凸不平的纹路,刮出依附在木皮层上表面的胶水,留下渗入木纹缝里的胶水;
    k)辊涂,在木皮层上均匀辊涂透明的UV固化油漆,涂布量为140-150g/m2,干燥后制得多层实木复合地板。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的多层实木复合地板的加工方法,其特征在于:所述的防裂处理过程中,胶水的配置采用脲醛树脂原胶∶固化剂∶黑色铁粉按质量比为100∶(0.8-2)∶(3-5.5)进行配置,调配好的胶水能够渗入木纹缝里,以辊筒刷涂拭刷1-2遍。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的多层实木复合地板的加工方法,其特征在于:所述的修补处理过程中,R810AB双组份黑色原子灰中的A∶B=9∶1。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的多层实木复合地板的加工方法,其特征在于:透明的UV固化油漆在装饰木皮层上分4-7次辊涂。
