- 第1熱交換器用コアと第2熱交換器用コアとを密着させた状態で起立支持可能なコア起立支持部と、
前記コア起立支持部に起立支持された前記第1熱交換器用コアを前記第2熱交換器用コアと密着させる方向に保持可能であって、前記第2熱交換器用コアとの密着面への当接体が短辺となる、J字型に形成された第1コア保持体と、前記コア起立支持部に起立支持された前記第1熱交換器用コアおよび前記第2熱交換器用コアを密着させた方向に保持可能な第2コア保持体と、前記第1コア保持体および前記第2コア保持体を前記第1熱交換器用コアおよび前記第2熱交換器用コアの起立方向において前記密着面と直交する側面に対して接離動させる保持体移動手段と、を備えたコア保持部と、
搬送対象である前記第1熱交換器用コアまたは前記第2熱交換器用コアの底面を支持する底面支持体と、当該底面支持体に保持させた前記第1熱交換器用コアまたは前記第2熱交換器用コアの起立方向において前記密着面と直交する側面に対して接離動すると共に、前記底面支持体に保持させた前記第1熱交換器用コアまたは前記第2熱交換器用コアを互いに密着させる方向に保持可能であって、前記コア起立支持部への前記第1熱交換器用コアまたは前記第2熱交換器用コアの搬送時における前面側への当接体が短辺となる、J字型に形成された第3コア保持体と、移動機構と、を備えたコア搬送部と、
前記コア保持部および前記コア搬送部の動作を制御する動作制御部と、を具備し、
前記動作制御部は、
前記コア搬送部に前記第1熱交換器用コアを前記コア起立支持部に搬送させると共に、前記第1熱交換器用コアを前記コア起立支持部に起立支持させる動作と、
前記保持体移動手段に前記第1コア保持体を前記第1熱交換器用コアに接近させると共に、前記第1コア保持体により前記第1熱交換器用コアを保持させる動作と、
前記コア搬送部に前記第2熱交換器用コアを前記コア起立支持部に搬送させる動作と、
前記保持体移動手段に前記第1コア保持体の前記当接体の前記第1熱交換器用コアへの当接状態を解除させるべく前記第1熱交換器用コアから前記第1コア保持体を離反させると共に、前記第3コア保持体の前記当接体の前記第2熱交換器用コアへの当接状態を解除させるべく前記第2熱交換器用コアから前記第3コア保持体を離反させる動作と、
前記移動機構に前記第2熱交換器用コアを前記第1熱交換器用コアに密着させる動作と、
前記保持体移動手段に前記第2コア保持体を前記第1熱交換器用コアおよび前記第2熱交換器用コアに接近させると共に、前記第2保持体により前記第1熱交換器用コアおよび前記第2熱交換器用コアを密着させた状態でスタック方向に保持させる動作と、
を実行させることを特徴とする熱交換器用コアのスタック装置。 - 前記コア搬送部は、前記コア起立支持部の直上位置まで前記第1熱交換器用コアまたは前記第2熱交換器用コアを搬送した後、前記底面支持体を前記第1熱交換器用コアまたは前記第2熱交換器用コアの起立方向と交差する方向に退避させることにより前記第1熱交換器用コアまたは前記第2熱交換器用コアを前記コア起立支持部に起立支持させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱交換器用コアのスタック装置。
- 前記コア搬送部は、前記コア起立支持部に起立支持されている前記第1熱交換器用コアの起立面に対して、前記底面支持体が搬送方向の先頭側になるように前記第2熱交換器用コアを傾斜させた状態で前記コア起立支持部に搬送することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の熱交換器用コアのスタック装置。
- 前記第3コア保持体は、前記第1熱交換器用コアまたは前記第2熱交換器用コアの起立方向に複数配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1~3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器用コアのスタック装置。
- 前記コア起立支持部は、前記第1熱交換器用コアおよび前記第2熱交換器用コアを3体以上起立支持可能に形成されていて、
前記第1コア保持体と前記第2コア保持体の少なくとも1つは、保持厚さ寸法が変更可能に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1~4のうちのいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器用コアのスタック装置。
