Abstract
Description
まず、本実施形態の情報処理装置が用いられる情報処理システム1について、図1を参照して説明する。
情報処理装置30は、図2に示すように、履歴情報データベース31と、地点情報取得部32と、エリア情報データベース33と、エリア特定部34と、広告情報データベース35と、広告配信部36と、を備える。
端末紐付部320及び地点情報特定部330は、車載端末20から取得可能なユーザ端末10の情報に応じて、以下の(状態1)から(状態4)の何れの状態であるのかを判定する。そして、各状態に対応した方法で紐づけを行う。なお、どのような場合にどの状態と判定するのかについては、図6を参照して後述する。
ユーザ端末10から配車アプリを用いて移動体100を配車している場合であって、地点情報を示す経由地や目的地の指定も行われている場合を状態1とする。即ち、車載端末20がユーザ端末10との間で通信することにより、ユーザ端末識別情報及び地点情報を得られる場合を状態1とする。この場合、端末紐付部320は、車載端末20から車載端末識別情報、ユーザ端末識別情報、及び地点情報を取得して、車載端末識別情報及びユーザ端末識別情報を紐づける。
地点情報特定部330は、端末紐付部320によって取得された地点をそのまま地点情報として特定する。
ユーザ端末10から配車アプリを用いて移動体100を配車しており、地点情報を示す経由地や目的地の指定が行われていない場合であって、端末紐付部320がユーザ端末10内から地点情報を推定する推定情報を得られる場合を状態2とする。即ち、車載端末20がユーザ端末10との間で決済やブルートゥース(登録商標)、ビーコン、又はNFC(近距離無線通信)を用いて通信可能であるものの、地点情報を直接的に得られない場合を状態2とする。また、ユーザ端末10が配車アプリを用いて移動体100を配車していない場合(例えば、手を上げて移動体100に乗車した場合)であって、端末紐付部320がユーザ端末10内から地点情報を推定する推定情報を得られる場合を状態2とする。
ユーザ端末10が配車アプリを用いて移動体100を配車していない場合(例えば、手を上げて移動体100に乗車した場合)であって、端末紐付部320が車載端末20からユーザ端末識別情報を取得できる場合を状態3とする。この場合、端末紐付部320は、車載端末20から車載端末識別情報及びユーザ端末識別情報を取得して、車載端末識別情報及びユーザ端末識別情報を紐づける。
ユーザ端末10が配車アプリを用いて移動体100を配車していない場合(例えば、手を上げて移動体100に乗車した場合)であって、端末紐付部320が車載端末20からユーザ端末識別情報を取得できない場合を状態4とする。この場合、端末紐付部320は、車載端末20から車載端末識別情報及び音声情報を取得する。また、車載端末20がユーザ端末10と通信できない場合であって、移動体100の位置とリンクして移動するユーザ端末10を識別できる場合を状態4とする。この場合、端末紐付部320は、移動体100の位置情報と任意の複数のユーザ端末の位置情報とを取得し、移動体100の位置にリンクして移動するユーザ端末10を特定する。端末紐付部320は、特定したユーザ端末10のユーザ端末識別情報と、移動体100の車載端末識別情報とを紐づける。
ステップS5において、広告配信部36は、取得した広告情報を車載端末20に配信する。
これにより、情報処理装置30の動作は終了する。
まず、ステップS21において、端末紐付部320は、配車アプリを用いた配車か否かを判断する。配車アプリを用いた配車である場合、ステップS22に進む。一方、配車アプリを用いた配車でない場合、ステップS24に進む。

Claims (13)
- 移動体にて使用される車載端末に対して広告情報を配信する情報処理装置であって、
前記移動体に乗車したユーザが立ち寄る地点の情報を地点情報として取得する地点情報取得部と、
取得された地点情報に基づいて広告情報を取得して、該取得した広告情報を前記車載端末に対して配信する広告配信部と、
を備える情報処理装置。 - 前記地点情報取得部により取得された地点情報を含むエリアを特定するエリア特定部を更に備え、
前記広告配信部は、前記特定されたエリアに関連する広告情報を取得する請求項1に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記地点情報取得部は、
前記移動体に乗車したユーザが所持するユーザ端末と前記車載端末とを紐づける端末紐付部と、
前記車載端末に紐づけた前記ユーザ端末の情報に基づいて、地点情報を特定する地点情報特定部と、
を備え、
前記広告配信部は、前記ユーザ端末に紐づけた前記車載端末に広告情報を配信する
請求項1又は2に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記端末紐付部は、前記ユーザ端末及び前記車載端末の間の通信により前記ユーザ端末から取得した情報に基づいて前記ユーザ端末と前記車載端末とを紐づける請求項3に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記端末紐付部は、前記車載端末と前記ユーザ端末との間の決済によって得られる前記ユーザ端末を識別するユーザ端末識別情報に基づいて前記ユーザ端末と前記車載端末とを紐づける請求項3又は4に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記端末紐付部は、前記車載端末の位置情報と任意の複数のユーザ端末の位置情報とを取得し、前記車載端末の位置にリンクして移動するユーザ端末を前記車載端末に紐づける請求項3~5のいずれかに記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記端末紐付部は、前記車載端末に紐づけられるユーザ端末が無い場合に、前記車載端末にユーザ端末の紐づけを実行しない請求項3~6のいずれかに記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記地点情報特定部は、前記ユーザ端末から地点情報を取得して、地点情報として特定する請求項3~5のいずれかに記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記地点情報特定部は、地点情報を推定可能な推定情報を前記ユーザ端末から取得し、推定情報に基づいて地点情報を特定する請求項3~5のいずれかに記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記地点情報特定部は、前記ユーザ端末から前記ユーザ端末を識別するユーザ端末識別情報を取得し、取得したユーザ端末識別情報とユーザの過去の乗車履歴とに基づいて地点情報を特定する請求項3~5のいずれかに記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記地点情報特定部は、前記車載端末の位置とリンクして移動するユーザ端末を識別するユーザ端末識別情報とユーザの過去の乗車履歴とに基づいて地点情報を特定する請求項5に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記地点情報特定部は、前記車載端末から送信された前記移動体に乗車したユーザ、乗務員あるいは同乗者の音声を含む音声情報に基づいて地点情報を特定する請求項7に記載の情報処理装置。
