Definitions
- the present invention relates to a pouch for a microwave oven that is formed into a bag shape by thermally bonding stacked laminated films and includes an automatic vapor venting mechanism that automatically releases internal vapor during heating.
- a pouch for a microwave oven is generally provided with an automatic steam release mechanism that automatically releases internal steam during heating, and is stacked as a pouch equipped with such an automatic steam release mechanism.
- a pouch is known in which a part of a laminated film is thermally bonded to provide an annular steam release seal portion, and a steam release hole is provided in a steam release portion surrounded by the annular steam release seal portion (for example, Patent Documents). 1).
- the opening of the steam vent hole is small, such as when the steam vent hole is formed in a circular shape, it is possible to suppress the phenomenon that the contents are ejected from the steam vent hole, but it is not possible to secure a sufficient amount of steam discharge. Therefore, the expansion state of the pouch due to the steam is maintained for a long time, and there is a possibility that a pouch perforation phenomenon may occur due to thermal damage of the inner surface material of the pouch.
- the present invention is to solve these problems, and to provide a pouch for a microwave oven that has a simple structure and well prevents both the punching phenomenon of the pouch and the blowing phenomenon of the contents. It is the purpose.
- the present invention is a microwave oven pouch equipped with an automatic steam release mechanism, wherein the automatic steam release mechanism includes an annular steam release seal part, a steam release part surrounded by the steam release seal part, and the steam A movable piece portion defined by a slit formed in the open portion, and the steam release seal portion has a seal peeling start portion that starts peeling by steam generated in the pouch during heating, and the slit
- the automatic steam release mechanism includes an annular steam release seal part, a steam release part surrounded by the steam release seal part, and the steam A movable piece portion defined by a slit formed in the open portion, and the steam release seal portion has a seal peeling start portion that starts peeling by steam generated in the pouch during heating, and the slit
- the present invention is a microwave oven pouch equipped with an automatic steam venting mechanism
- the automatic steam venting mechanism includes an annular steam vent seal part, a steam release part surrounded by the steam vent seal part, A steam release part formed in the steam release part, the steam release seal part has a seal peeling start part that starts peeling by steam generated in the pouch during heating, and the steam release part is By having a spout formed at the time of heating of the pouch, the spout is configured to open laterally with respect to a direction in which steam and contents enter the steam release section from the seal peeling start section.
- the steam release portion surrounded by the steam release seal portion and the movable piece portion defined by the slit formed in the steam release portion is a slit.
- a part of the slit middle part is formed in the steam vent seal part, thereby maintaining a state in which the laminated films on the front and back of the movable piece part are partially attached. Therefore, the jet port can be formed well.
- the movable piece portion partitioned by the slit is formed with the point seal portion where the movable piece portions are thermally bonded to each other. Since it is possible to maintain the state in which the laminated films on the front and back of the part are partially attached (adhered), the jet port can be formed satisfactorily.
- the slit has a predetermined width along the slit extending direction, thereby improving the certainty of the tilting of the movable piece portion to the front side or the back side of the pouch, Moreover, it becomes easy to visually recognize the presence and state of the slit from the outside.
- the invention of claim 6 has an annular steam vent seal portion, a steam release portion surrounded by the steam vent seal portion, and a steam vent portion formed in the steam release portion,
- the steam release seal part has a seal peeling start part that starts peeling by the steam generated in the pouch during heating, and the jet outlet formed when the pouch is heated in the steam release part has the steam and contents peeled off.
- the vapor venting portion is formed of a slit, and the slit is formed toward both ends of the slit and a region farther from the both ends of the slit than the seal peeling start portion, Due to having the slit middle part connecting both ends of the slit, when the steam vent seal part peels off as the internal pressure of the pouch rises, it is caused by the entry of steam to the steam release part, deformation of the pouch, etc. Then, the laminated film partitioned by the slit tilts in the same direction toward the front side or the back side of the pouch, and as a result, a jet port that opens to the outside of the pouch is formed near both ends of the slit.
- the eighth aspect of the present invention since the length dimension of the movable piece portion and the width dimension of the movable piece portion are set to 3 mm or more, the tilting of the movable piece portion toward the front side or the back side of the pouch is further improved. Since it can be surely controlled, the jet port can be favorably opened in the vicinity of both ends of the slit.
- the slit intermediate portion has end portions on both ends of the slit, and the pair of end portions is spaced from each other as the distance from the seal peeling start portion increases. Is formed so that the gap between both ends of the slit is narrowed, and the movable piece portion is easily tilted to the front side or the back side of the pouch, so that it is only easy to form the outlet near the both ends of the slit.
- the jet outlet is opened laterally and rearwardly with respect to the direction in which the steam and the contents enter the steam release portion, the ejection of the contents from the jet outlet can be more reliably suppressed.

Further, the steam release seal part 30 starts the peeling by the steam generated in the pouch 10 during microwave heating (so that the outer peripheral side and the inner peripheral side of the steam release seal part 30 communicate with each other).
- the seal peeling start portion 31 is a portion closest to the center C of the housing portion 13 in the annular steam release seal portion 30.
- the steam release portion 40 is formed as an unsealed portion where the stacked front and back laminated films 11 are not thermally bonded.
- release part 40 is not limited to this,
- the vapor release part 40 may be formed as a pattern-like adhesive part in which the front and back laminated films 11 are knurled.
- the slit 50 is formed by penetrating the laminated film 11 on the front and back sides in the front and back direction, and as shown in FIG. 51 and a U-shaped slit intermediate portion 52 that is formed from the slit both end portions 51 toward a region farther than the seal peeling start portion 31 and connects the slit both end portions 51.

Abstract
