Definitions
- the present disclosure relates to a measuring jig, a measuring device, and a gap measuring method.
- Patent Document 1 describes that in a gas turbine, a displacement sensor is disposed between a moving blade and a casing, and a gap (tip clearance) between the moving blade and the casing is measured.
- Patent Document 1 discloses that a measuring device including a sensor is screwed into a screw hole provided in a member that forms a gap to be measured, thereby fixing the measuring device to the member. Is described. However, it is desired that the posture of the measurement sensor with respect to the member forming the gap can be maintained with a simpler configuration.
- At least one embodiment of the present invention aims to provide a measuring jig, a measuring device, and a gap measuring method capable of measuring a gap between members with good accuracy with a simple configuration.
- a measurement jig is: The base, A sensor holding portion that is provided so as to protrude from the base and holds the sensor; A first protrusion that protrudes from the base on the same side as the sensor holding portion at a first position different from the sensor position that is the position of the sensor installation surface in a direction orthogonal to the sensor installation surface from which the sensor extends. And Is provided.
- the measurement jig has a sensor holding portion and a first protrusion that protrude from the base to the same side at different positions in the base. For this reason, when the sensor holding part is inserted into the gap between the two members to be measured, the first protrusion can be brought into contact with one of the two members, so that the sensor holding part holds the first protruding part. The attitude of the sensor with respect to the member is easily maintained. Therefore, according to the configuration of (1), it is possible to measure the gap between the members with good accuracy with a simple configuration in which the first protruding portion protruding from the base is provided on the same side as the sensor holding portion.
