Abstract

一种安全型机动车加速操控与刹车踏板一体化机构,该机构以横向侧拨为加速,向下踩踏为刹车,驾驶者右脚始终在刹车踏板上,任何时候都能直接向下踩踏刹车踏板并自动断开加速执行机构而不需变换右脚位置,确保及时准确地执行刹车操作;该机构同时配合相应设计的控制电路及加速执行机构,使加速与刹车之间的操作转换顺畅合理,适应实际操控和整个驾驶过程中的各种情况。

Description

安全型机动车加速操控与刹车踏板一体化机构 技术领域
本发明涉及安全型机动车加速操控与刹车踏板一体化机构,属于机械及汽车零部件领域。
背景技术
自汽车发明至今,不论是手动档的还是自动挡的,不论是拉线油门式的还是电子油门式的,一直存在加速踏板和刹车踏板设计不合理的缺陷,即加速踏板和刹车踏板是两个单独分列的向下踏的踏板,需要驾驶者右脚变换位置来分别操控,目前传统的轿车、卡车、客车、新能源汽车、电动车也都是如此,这就使得紧急情况下甚至在倒车和挪车时踩踏刹车踏板都需要转换时间,致使刹车不及时、并常因一时紧张造成误踏加速踏板当成刹车踏板的现象,而且,当遇到疲劳驾驶或驾驶者突发疾病等情况下,更容易误踏加速踏板致使车辆失控而难以及时采取刹车优先的主动安全措施,由此造成的车辆和人身安全问题与交通事故不计其数,对行车安全和道路交通安全构成严重威胁。虽然现在也有对汽车ECU程序做特意设置,使电子油门加速踏板响应时间延迟,给驾驶员一个觉察和反应的时间,但加速踏板和刹车踏板机构的设计形式与结构布局方面并无改变,且仅限于电子油门踏板形式的车辆,其防止误踏油门加速踏板的实际效果并不显著。也曾有对加速踏板和刹车踏板做出诸如一脚掀踏式、前后压踏式等的各种设计,但由于这些设计对实际驾驶过程中的各类情况考虑不周全,顾此失彼,都未能被真正接受和采用。总之,在已有机动车加速踏板和刹车踏板的相关设计和应用中,至今没有以解决刹车优先和防止误踩加速踏板问题的切实可行且有效的设计和实施,所以,目前尚无本发明所给出的技术设计方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:从主动安全的理念出发,给出一种通用的安全型机动车加速操控与刹车踏板一体化机构,配合与之相应设计的控制电路或者加速执行机构,使刹车操作和加速操作之间顺畅合理地转换,确保及时、迅速和准确地优先执行刹车操作,消除不安全因素并杜绝误踏加速踏板的现象。
本发明所采用的具体技术方案是:在现有刹车踏板组件基本结构基础上,将脚踏面做适当加长和加宽,以适合驾驶者脚掌对本发明的操控;用紧固螺栓将加速操控组件整体以侧卧的形式固定安装在刹车踏板组件上,使加速操控组件的侧拨板平面立于刹车踏板脚踏面上左侧适当位置,可以向左侧做侧拨,且加速操控组件整体能随刹车踏板一起整体运动;然后按照目前机动车所采用的电子油门和拉线油门的两种不同加速操控方式,再具体对加速操控机构做以下两种情况的具体设计:第一种情况是,当采用目前通常的电子油门形式时,针对悬挂式刹车踏板与电子油门组合,给出了相同原理下的两个同等结构的设计,并对落地式刹车踏板与电子油门组合的情况也给出了相同原理下的同等结构的设计,即,以现有刹车踏板组件及通常的电子油门踏板组件基本结构,将现有刹车指示灯开关用一个通常的微动开关代替,使其受刹车踏板臂动作位置控制,并使其在电子油门电源电路和刹车指示灯电路之间切换,该微动开关为弹性自动常通刹车指示灯电路及原有的其它附属电路,刹车踏板抬起到回位时,该微动开关被压下便呈断开刹车指示灯电路及原有的其它附属电路,并转而接通电子油门电源电路;同时,在电子油门操控组件的侧拨板底部下方设置一个固定在该电子油门操控组件底座上的单触点微动开关和电子开关组件,该微动开关是由侧拨板被侧拨抬起和复位压下的动作位置触动控制,侧拨板被侧拨使之抬起时,该微动开关为断开;再是针对使用电子油门的情况统一设计了专门的控制电路,即电子油门电源电路和受微动开关触发的通常电子开关组件相串联后,与刹车指示灯线路及其它通常的附属电路、检测判断电路等组成的一端并接出线,二者的另一端分别连接在由刹车踏板位置控制的那个微动开关的两个结点上,并将该微动开关的公共结点连接到车载电源上;由侧拨板位置控制的微动开关触发电子开关组件导通,为电子油门传感器加电;微动开关与电源的连线、电子油门操控组件电源线及信号线,都沿经刹车踏板臂作柔性连接。第二种情况是,当采用传统的拉线式油门时,本发明也针对悬挂式刹车踏板与拉线式油门组合的情况给出了两个相同原理下的同等结构的设计,并对落地式刹车踏板与拉线式油门组合的情况也给出了相同原理下的同等结构的设计;即,现有刹车踏板组件和刹车指示灯开关保持不变,刹车踏板脚踏面设计成适合操作的外形和尺寸,且油门侧拨板上部延长成为拨叉;同时设计了专门的拉线式油门执行机构,该机构有固定在车体上的位于刹车踏板右上方适当位置的滑道和牵拉油门拉线的滑块,该滑块前端是带有连接轴销和复位弹簧的楔形卡口;由侧拨板 上部延长的拨叉滑入并拨动楔形卡口,从而带动滑块牵拉油门拉线执行加速操作;刹车踏板踏下时,侧拨板上部的拨叉从楔形卡口脱出,该拉线式油门执行机构能由拉线而自动复位,停止加速操作;只有当刹车踏板抬起到非刹车状态的位置时,拨叉才能弹性回位嵌入到楔形卡口里,从而进入待加速状态。另外,对油门侧拨板是固定安装在刹车踏板脚踏面的情况时,设计有保护盖板通过螺栓与侧拨板固定在一起,与油门侧拨板一体活动,以起到遮挡作用,防止异物掉入空隙而卡住。
本发明中所指的电子油门踏板组件和刹车踏板组件,均为现有通常的通用结构部件,不在本发明的内容范围。
本发明的有益效果,首先是由于采用了横向侧拨为加速、向下踩踏为刹车的一体化结构形式,能使驾驶者右脚始终放在刹车踏板上,右脚向左横向侧拨时执行加速操控,且在任何时候都能原位不需变换右脚位置、无需变换操作的响应时间间隔就可直接以右脚掌向下踩踏刹车踏板执行刹车操作,且刹车踏板一有刹车动作时就立即自动断开加速执行机构并接通刹车指示灯,以优先执行刹车操作,符合主动安全理念,在保证刹车的及时和准确无误的同时,最大限度杜绝了误踏加速踏板的现象;其次是配合有与之相应设计的控制电路和加速执行机构,刹车操作和加速操作之间的转换顺畅合理,结构设计上简捷、独立,不影响机动车的其它部分,又符合并适应实际操控和整个驾驶过程中的各种情况,也不影响现有的安全检测与责任判定等方面;对油门侧拨板是固定安装在刹车踏板脚踏面的情况时,设有通过螺栓与侧拨板固定在一起的保护盖板,它与油门侧拨板一体活动,能有效遮挡,防止异物掉入空隙而卡住;再是,本发明针对目前各种机动车,不论是手动档的还是自动挡的、不论是拉线式油门踏板还是电子油门踏板,不论是落地式刹车踏板还是吊挂式刹车踏板,包括轿车、卡车、客车或者新能源汽车、电动车在内的各类机动车,本发明均能适用,不影响驾驶操作规程和驾驶习惯,驾驶的舒适性更好,操控过程不易疲劳,安全性高、通用性强,解决了一直以来加速踏板与刹车踏板设计不合理的现状和踏板操作方面的不安全因素,切实保障车辆行驶安全与道路交通安全。

具体实施方式
结合附图,本发明的具体实施方式可分为电子油门式和拉线油门式两种情况,并各例举出了三个实例,即提供以下六个实例。
按图1、图2和图3所示的第一个实例,将刹车指示灯与电子油门电路间电源切换开关(9)代替现有刹车指示灯开关,它是一个通常的微动开关,受刹车踏板臂(1)的动作位置控制,并在电子油门电源电路和刹车指示灯电路之间切换,刹车踏板臂(1)被踏下时,该微动开关弹性自动抬起以接通刹车指示灯电路及原有的其它附属电路,刹车踏板臂(1)抬起回到原位时,该微动开关被压下即关闭刹车指示灯电路,并同时转而接通电子油门电源电路;将刹车踏板脚踏面(2)做适当加长和加宽,以适合驾驶者脚掌对本发明的操控;将由加速操控组件底座和紧固螺栓(3)、电子油门压板(4)、连接轴销及复位弹簧(5)、电子开关组件(6)、传感器及复位弹簧(7)及侧拨板(8)所构成的加速操控组件整体以侧卧的形式固定安装在刹车踏板脚踏面(2)上,加速操控组件的侧拨板(8)的平面立于刹车踏板脚踏面(2)上的左侧适当位置并可使驾驶者右脚向左侧做侧拨,而且在驾驶者右脚向下踩踏刹车踏板脚踏面(2)执行刹车操作时,加速操控组件和紧固螺栓(3)整体也能随刹车踏板脚踏面(2)一起整体运动;同时,在侧拨板(8)的底部下方设电子开关组件(6),并通过电子开关组件壳体及紧固螺栓(15)将其固定在该电子油门操控组件底座(3)上,其中的微动开关K2(13)与电子开关P(14)按照设计的电路连接,并都固定在电子开关组件(6)内部,电路连线及出线(16)沿着刹车踏板臂(1)按照所设计的控制电路图10做连接;微动开关K2(13)是单触点的,受侧拨板(8)侧拨抬起和复位压下的动作位置触动控制,静止无操作时,侧拨板(8)自动复位呈压下状态,微动开关K2(13)被压下呈导通状态,当侧拨板(8)执行侧拨时抬起,微动开关K2(13)也自动弹性抬起而呈断开状态。
按照图4、图5、图6所示的第二个实例,也是将刹车指示灯与电子油门电路间电源切换开关(9)代替现有刹车指示灯开关,它是一个通常的微动开关,受刹车踏板臂(1)的动作位置控制,并在电子油门电源电路和刹车指示灯电路之间切换,刹车踏板臂(1)被踏下时,该微动开关弹性自动抬起以接通刹车指示灯电路及原有的其它附属电路,刹车踏板臂(1)抬起回到原位时,该微动开关被压下即关闭刹车指 示灯电路及原有的其它附属电路,并同时转而接通电子油门电源电路;将刹车踏板脚踏面(2)做适当加长和加宽,以适合驾驶者脚掌对本发明的操控;将由加速操控组件底座和紧固螺栓(3)、电子油门压板(4)、连接轴销及复位弹簧(5)、电子开关组件(6)、传感器及复位弹簧(7)及侧拨板(8)所组成的加速操控组件整体固定安装在刹车踏板臂(1)上,并将其侧拨板(8)延长至刹车踏板脚踏面(2)上的适当位置和角度,可使驾驶者右脚向左侧做侧拨,其它方面同上述的第一个实例一样,即,驾驶者右脚向下踩踏刹车踏板脚踏面(2)执行刹车操作时,加速操控组件和紧固螺栓(3)整体也能随刹车踏板臂(1)一起整体运动;同时,在侧拨板(8)的底部下方设电子开关组件(6),并通电子开关组件壳体及紧固螺栓(15)将其固定在该电子油门操控组件底座(3)上,且按照本发明所设计的控制电路图10,将微动开关K2(13)与电子开关P(14)连接,并都固定在电子开关组件(6)内部,电路连线及出线(16)沿着刹车踏板臂(1)按照所设计的控制电路图10做连接;微动开关K2(13)是单触点的,受侧拨板(8)侧拨抬起和复位压下的动作位置触动控制,静止无操作时,侧拨板(8)自动复位呈压下状态,微动开关K2(13)被压下呈导通状态,当侧拨板(8)执行侧拨时抬起,微动开关K2(13)也自动弹性抬起至断开状态。
按照图7、图8、图9所示的第三个实例,针对落地式刹车踏板与电子油门组合的情况给出的设计,其中与本发明内容相关的各个部件的结构和实施,与上述第一个实例相同。
按照本发明对于应用电子油门情况所给出的控制电路图10,将图中刹车指示灯与电子油门电路间电源切换开关K1(9)与车上的电源正极相连接,其弹性常通结点B与刹车灯线路一端连接,其另一结点A与微动开关K2(13)及通常的电子开关组件P(14)各自输入端的公共结点a相连;同时,微动开关K2(13)作为触发开关又与通常的电子开关组件P(14)相连;通常的电子开关组件P(14)的输出端与传感器及复位弹簧(7)的传感器电源线路连接;传感器及复位弹簧(7)的传感器电子信号输出给现有的发动机控制单元,以驱动节气门打开相应的角度执行加速;将通常的电子开关组件P(14)的附属端与传感器和复位弹簧(7)的传感器电源出线二者的公共结点与车上的电源负极相连接,形成本发明中的图10的控制电路。
结合上述第一、第二和第三个实施实例,按照本发明所设计的控制电路图10,本发明在应用电子油门的情况时的执行动作过程、操作步骤及效果是相同的,即:发动机点火,刹车踏板脚踏面(2)被踏下时,刹车踏板臂(1)使刹车指示灯与电子油门电路间电源切换开关(9)开通刹车指示灯L的电源且断开了电子油门电路的电源;启动车辆时刹车踏板脚踏面(2)抬起,刹车踏板臂(1)使刹车指示灯与电子油门电路间电源切换开关(9)断开通刹车指示灯L的电源且接到了电子油门电路,受侧拨板(8)按压,微动开关(13)处于开通状态,电子开关(14)被触发,致使电子油门传感器(7)加电而处于工作状态;此时,若驾驶者右脚横向地向内侧拨动侧拨板(8),侧拨板(8)抬起而使微动开关(13)处于断开,但电子开关(14)导通着电子油门传感器(7)的电源,电子油门传感器(7)可输出油门控制信号以控制车辆的加速;若车辆在行驶中只停止加速但未做刹车动作时,侧拨板(8)被侧拨而抬起微动开关(13)或者被复位而按压住微动开关(13),都不影响电子油门传感器(7)导通和电子油门传感器(7)输出油门控制信号;不论侧拨板(8)正处于什么位置状态都可以随时踩踏刹车踏板脚踏面(2)执行刹车操作,便回到上述过的发动机点火时的状态,此时,电子油门传感器(7)的电源已被断开了,电子油门传感器(7)无法输出油门控制信号,只有当刹车踏板脚踏面(2)抬起回到非刹车状态后且侧拨板(8)也复位按压住微动开关(13)而触发电子开关(14),才能再次导通电子油门传感器(7)的电源,使电子油门传感器(7)可输出油门控制信号以控制车辆的加速;在刹车踏板未完全抬起到复位之前,电子油门传感器D处于断电状态,侧拨板(8)的位置以及对其做出的任何操作都没有信号输出,所以都是无效的。
按照图11、图12所示的第四个实例,结合图17、图18、图19,现有刹车踏板总结构形式不变,且通常的刹车指示灯开关(9)也不变,将刹车踏板脚踏面(2)做适当加长和加宽,以适合驾驶者脚掌对本发明的操控;将由侧拨板底座和紧固螺栓(3)、侧拨板底座立板(4)、连接轴销及复位弹簧(5)及侧拨板(8)所组成的加速操控组件整体以侧卧的形式固定安装在刹车踏板脚踏面(2)上,加速操控组件的侧拨板(8)的平面立于刹车踏板脚踏面(2)上的左侧适当位置并可使驾驶者右脚向左侧做侧拨,而且在驾驶者右脚向下踩踏刹车踏板脚踏面(2)执行刹车操作时,加速操控组件和紧固螺栓(3)整体也能随着刹车踏板脚踏面(2)一起整体运动,侧拨板(8)的上部起到拨叉的作用;在拉线式油门执行机构(17)中,将滑槽底座和紧固螺栓(23)固定在车体的适当位置上,滑槽(22)内嵌套滑块(21);滑块(21)的右 端牵拉着油门拉线(24),左端为通过连接轴销和复位弹簧(20)的楔形卡口(18),该楔形卡口(18)只能从水平位置向上活动,与起到拨叉作用的侧拨板(8)搭成钩连,减震橡胶垫(19)是为了在动作时减震和减小噪声。
按照图13、图14所示的第五个实例,结合图17、图18、图19,将由侧拨板底座和紧固螺栓(3)、侧拨板底座立板(4)、连接轴销及复位弹簧(5)及侧拨板(8)所组成的加速操控组件整体以侧卧的形式固定安装在刹车踏板臂(1)的上部侧面上;其它方面均与第四个实例的实施相同。
按照图15、图16所示的第六个实例,结合图17、图18、图19,是针对落地式刹车踏板与拉线式油门组合的情况给出的设计,其中与本发明内容相关的各个部件的结构和实施,也均与上述第四个实例相同。
结合上述第四、第五和第六实施实例,对于应用拉线油门形式时,本发明的执行动作过程、操作步骤及效果是相同的,即:发动机点火,刹车踏板脚踏面(2)被踏下时,刹车踏板臂(1)使刹车指示灯开关(9)开通刹车指示灯L的电源;启动车辆时刹车踏板脚踏面(2)抬起,刹车踏板臂(1)使刹车指示灯开关(9)断开刹车指示灯L的电源;起到拨叉作用的侧拨板(8)也回位并嵌入拉线式油门执行机构(17)里的楔形卡口(18)中,此时若驾驶者右脚横向地向内侧拨动侧拨板(8)便拨动楔形卡口(18)和滑块(21)拉动油门拉线(24),以控制车辆的加速;若要车辆在行驶中只停止加速但不做刹车动作时,驾驶者右脚横向右侧放开侧拨板(8),油门拉线(24)就自动弹性回位;不论侧拨板(8)正处于什么位置状态都可以随时踩踏刹车踏板脚踏面(2)执行刹车操作,刹车操作结束之后,刹车踏板脚踏面(2)抬起带动侧拨板(8)抬起,这时侧拨板(8)要弹性回位才可嵌入拉线式油门执行机构(17)里的楔形卡口(18)中才可执行加速操作,这便回到发动机点火时的状态;在刹车踏板未完全抬起到复位之前,侧拨板(8)的位置以及对其做出的任何操作都是无效的。
另外,在上述第一、第三、第四和第六实例中,增加了按照图20、图21和图22所示的油门侧拨板(8)上的挡护盖板(25),该板通过紧固螺栓(26)与侧拨板(8)固定在一起并能一体活动,其上部的平面板是起遮挡作用,用以防止异物掉落进去而卡住侧拨板(8)。
总之,在具体实施中,本发明对于燃油汽车、新能源汽车和各类电动车均同样适用,而且,本发明对加速操控机构所做出的设计,也同时适用于需要类似操控动作的其它场合。

  1. 安全型机动车加速操控与刹车踏板一体化机构,其特征是:在现有刹车踏板组件基本结构基础上,将脚踏面(2)做适当加长和加宽,以适合驾驶者脚掌对本发明的操控;用紧固螺栓将加速操控组件整体以侧卧的形式固定安装在刹车踏板组件上,使加速操控组件的侧拨板(8)平面立于刹车踏板脚踏面(2)上左侧适当位置,可以向左侧做侧拨,且加速操控组件整体能随刹车踏板一起整体运动;然后按照目前机动车所采用的电子油门和拉线油门的两种不同加速操控方式,再具体对加速操控机构给出两种情况下的具体设计。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安全型机动车加速操控与刹车踏板一体化机构,对采用目前通常的电子油门形式时,针对悬挂式刹车踏板与电子油门组合和落地式刹车踏板与电子油门组合,其特征是:将刹车指示灯与电子油门电路间电源切换开关(9)代替现有刹车指示灯开关,它是一个通常的微动开关,受刹车踏板臂(1)的动作位置控制,并在电子油门电源电路和刹车指示灯电路之间切换,刹车踏板臂(1)被踏下时,该微动开关弹性自动抬起以接通刹车指示灯电路及原有的其它附属电路,刹车踏板臂(1)抬起回到原位时,该微动开关被压下即关闭刹车指示灯电路,并同时转而接通电子油门电源电路;将刹车踏板脚踏面(2)做适当加长和加宽,以适合驾驶者脚掌对本发明的操控;将由加速操控组件底座和紧固螺栓(3)、电子油门压板(4)、连接轴销及复位弹簧(5)、电子开关组件(6)、传感器及复位弹簧(7)及侧拨板(8)所构成的加速操控组件整体以侧卧的形式固定安装在刹车踏板脚踏面(2)上,加速操控组件的侧拨板(8)的平面立于刹车踏板脚踏面(2)上的左侧适当位置并可使驾驶者右脚向左侧做侧拨,而且在驾驶者右脚向下踩踏刹车踏板脚踏面(2)执行刹车操作时,加速操控组件和紧固螺栓(3)整体也能随刹车踏板脚踏面(2)一起整体运动;同时,在侧拨板(8)的底部下方设电子开关组件(6),并通过电子开关组件壳体及紧固螺栓(15)将其固定在该电子油门操控组件底座(3)上,其中的微动开关(13)与电子开关(14)按照设计的电路连接,并都固定在电子开关组件(6)内部,电路连线及出线(16)沿着刹车踏板臂(1)按照所设计的控制电路图(10)做连接;微动开关(13)是单触点的,受侧拨板(8)侧拨抬起和复位压下的动作位置触动控制,静止无操作时,侧拨板(8)自动复位呈压下状态,微动开关(13)被压下呈导通状态,当侧拨板(8)执行侧拨时抬起,微动开关(13)也自动弹性抬起而呈断开状态。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的安全型机动车加速操控与刹车踏板一体化机构,对采用目前通常的电子油门形式时,用悬挂式刹车踏板与电子油门的另一种组合,其特征是:将由加速操控组件底座和紧固螺栓(3)、电子油门压板(4)、连接轴销及复位弹簧(5)、电子开关组件(6)、传感器及复位弹簧(7)及侧拨板(8)所构成的加速操控组件整体固定安装在刹车踏板臂(1)上,并将其侧拨板(8)延长至刹车踏板脚踏面(2)上的适当位置和角度,可使驾驶者右脚向左侧做侧拨,其它方面同上述的第一个实例一样,即,驾驶者右脚向下踩踏刹车踏板脚踏面(2)执行刹车操作时,加速操控组件和紧固螺栓(3)整体也能随刹车踏板臂(1)一起整体运动;同时,在侧拨板(8)的底部下方设电子开关组件(6),并通电子开关组件壳体及紧固螺栓(15)将其固定在该电子油门操控组件底座(3)上,且按照本发明所设计的控制电路图10,将微动开关(13)与电子开关(14)连接,并都固定在电子开关组件(6)内部,电路连线及出线(16)沿着刹车踏板臂(1)按照所设计的控制电路图10做连接;微动开关(13)是单触点的,受侧拨板(8)侧拨抬起和复位压下的动作位置触动控制,静止无操作时,侧拨板(8)自动复位呈压下状态,微动开关(13)被压下呈导通状态,当侧拨板(8)执行侧拨时抬起,微动开关(13)也自动弹性抬起至断开状态。
  4. 根据权利要求书2所述的安全型机动车加速操控与刹车踏板一体化机构,对使用电子油门的情况统一设计了专门的控制电路,其特征是:将刹车指示灯与电子油门电路间电源切换开关K1(9)与车上的电源正极相连接,其弹性常通结点B与刹车灯线路一端连接,其另一结点A与微动开关K2(13)及通常的电子开关组件P(14)各自输入端的公共结点a相连;同时,微动开关K2(13)作为触发开关又与通常的电子开关组件P(14)相连;通常的电子开关组件P(14)的输出端与传感器及复位弹簧(7)的传感器电源线路连接;传感器及复位弹簧(7)的传感器电子信号输出给现有的发动机控制单元,以驱动节气门打开相应的角度执行加速;将通常的电子开关组件P(14)的附属端与传感器和复位弹簧(7)的传感器电源出线二者的公共结点与车上的电源负极相连接;微动开关K2(13)与电源的连线、电子油门操控组件电源线及信号线,都沿经刹车踏板臂(1)作柔性连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的安全型机动车加速操控与刹车踏板一体化机构,当采用传统的拉线式油门时,本发明也针对悬挂式刹车踏板与拉线式油门组合的情况给出了两个相同原理下的同等结构的设计,并对落地式刹车踏板与拉线式油门组合的情况也给出了相同原理下的同等结构的设计,其特征是:侧拨板(8)起拨叉的作用;拉线式油门执行机构(17)中,将滑槽底座和紧固螺栓(23)固定在车体的适当位置上,滑槽(22)内嵌套滑块(21);滑块(21)的右端牵拉着油门拉线(24),左端为通过连接轴销和复位弹簧(20)的楔形卡口(18),该楔形卡口(18)只能从水平位置向上活动,与起到拨叉作用的侧拨板(8)搭成钩连,减震橡胶垫(19)是为了在动作时减震和减小噪声。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的安全型机动车加速操控与刹车踏板一体化机构,其特征是:对油门侧拨板(8)是固定安装在刹车踏板脚踏面(2)上的情况时,油门侧拨板(8)上的挡护盖板(25)通过紧固螺栓(26)与侧拨板(8)固定在一起并能一体活动,其上部的平面板是起遮挡作用,用以防止异物掉落进去而卡住侧拨板(8)。
