Description
Claims (18)
- 体内に挿入された内視鏡を所定の挿入位置で固定して保持する内視鏡ホルダーであって、
内視鏡が挿通される挿通孔を備える中空円筒状のホルダー本体と、
該挿通孔の長さ方向に延在する板状体からなり、該挿通孔に挿通された該内視鏡に当接されて該内視鏡を挟持する第1及び第2の把持部材と、
該第1及び第2の把持部材の間に配設され該第1及び第2の把持部材を互いに離間する方向に付勢する第1の弾性部材と、
該第1の弾性部材の付勢力に抗して該第1の把持部材を該第2の把持部材方向に押圧する押圧部材と、
該押圧部材による押圧状態を保持又は解除するスイッチング機構と、
該第1及び第2の把持部材の該内視鏡に当接する面に該挿通孔の長さ方向に沿って回転自在に設けられたローラーと、
該第2の把持部材と該挿通孔の内壁との間に配設され該第2の把持部材を該挿通孔の長さ方向に対して揺動自在に支持する第2の弾性部材とを備えることを特徴とする内視鏡ホルダー。 - 請求項1記載の内視鏡ホルダーにおいて、該第1の把持部材と該押圧部材との間に配設され該第1の把持部材を該挿通孔の長さ方向に対して揺動自在に支持する第3の弾性部材を備えることを特徴とする内視鏡ホルダー。
- 請求項1記載の内視鏡ホルダーにおいて、前記第2の弾性部材は前記挿通孔の長さ方向に沿って少なくとも2ヶ所に配設されることを特徴とする内視鏡ホルダー。
- 請求項1記載の内視鏡ホルダーにおいて、前記挿通孔の内壁面に前記第1及び第2の把持部材が相互に近接することを規制する規制部材を備えることを特徴とする内視鏡ホルダー。
- 請求項1記載の内視鏡ホルダーにおいて、前記挿通孔の中心軸を挟んで該挿通孔内に少なくとも1対立設された柱状部材を備え、前記第1及び第2の把持部材は該柱状部材が挿通される孔部を備え、該孔部は該柱状部材に対し少なくとも該挿通孔の長さ方向に間隙を備えることを特徴とする内視鏡ホルダー。
- 請求項1記載の内視鏡ホルダーにおいて、前記ホルダー本体の先端の外周面に設けられ該ホルダー本体をマウスピースに着脱自在に固定する固定部材を備えることを特徴とする内視鏡ホルダー。
- 請求項1記載の内視鏡ホルダーにおいて、前記ホルダー本体を任意の位置及び姿勢で支持するアームを備え、該ホルダー本体は該アームの先端部に一体的に固定され、又は該先端部に着脱自在に取り付けられることを特徴とする内視鏡ホルダー。
- 請求項7記載の内視鏡ホルダーにおいて、前記アームの基端部をベッドのフレーム又はレール部若しくは他の固定用部材に着脱自在に固定するアーム固定手段を有することを特徴とする内視鏡ホルダー。
- 請求項1記載の内視鏡ホルダーにおいて、前記内視鏡は上部消化管内視鏡又は下部内視鏡であることを特徴とする内視鏡ホルダー。
- 請求項1記載の内視鏡ホルダーにおいて、前記挿通孔内に挿通される内視鏡と該挿通孔の内壁との間を密閉する脱気防止弁を有することを特徴する内視鏡ホルダー。
- 体内に挿入された内視鏡を所定の挿入位置で固定して保持する内視鏡ホルダーであって、
一側面が開放された中空四角筒状の内部に内視鏡を収容する内視鏡収容部を備えるホルダー本体と、
該内視鏡収容部の長さ方向に延在する板状体からなり、該内視鏡収容部に収容された該内視鏡に当接されて該内視鏡を挟持する第1及び第2の把持部材と、
該第1及び第2の把持部材の間に配設され該第1及び第2の把持部材を互いに離間する方向に付勢する第1の弾性部材と、
該第1の弾性部材の付勢力に抗して該第1の把持部材を該第2の把持部材方向に押圧する押圧部材と、
該押圧部材による押圧状態を保持又は解除するスイッチング機構と、
該第1及び第2の把持部材の該内視鏡に当接する面に該内視鏡収容部の長さ方向に沿って回転自在に設けられたローラーと、
該第2の把持部材と該内視鏡収容部の内壁との間に配設され該第2の把持部材を該内視鏡収容部の長さ方向に対して揺動自在に支持する第2の弾性部材とを備えることを特徴とする内視鏡ホルダー。 - 請求項11記載の内視鏡ホルダーにおいて、前記第2の弾性部材は前記内視鏡収容部の長さ方向に沿って少なくとも2ヶ所に配設されることを特徴とする内視鏡ホルダー。
- 請求項11記載の内視鏡ホルダーにおいて、該第1の把持部材と該押圧部材との間に配設され該第1の把持部材を該内視鏡収容部の長さ方向に対して揺動自在に支持する第3の弾性部材を備えることを特徴とする内視鏡ホルダー。
- 請求項11記載の内視鏡ホルダーにおいて、前記内視鏡収容部の内壁面に前記第1及び第2の把持部材が相互に近接することを規制する規制部材を備えることを特徴とする内視鏡ホルダー。
- 請求項11記載の内視鏡ホルダーにおいて、前記内視鏡収容部の開放された側面に対向する側面に沿って立設された複数の柱状部材を備える一方、前記第1及び第2の把持部材は該柱状部材が挿通される長孔部を備え、該長孔部は該柱状部材に対し少なくとも該内視鏡収容部の長さ方向に間隙を備えることを特徴とする内視鏡ホルダー。
- 請求項11記載の内視鏡ホルダーにおいて、前記ホルダー本体を任意の位置及び姿勢で支持するアームを備え、該ホルダー本体は該アームの先端部に一体的に固定され、又は該先端部に着脱自在に取り付けられることを特徴とする内視鏡ホルダー。
- 請求項16記載の内視鏡ホルダーにおいて、前記アームの基端部をベッドのフレーム若しくはレール部又は他の固定用部材に着脱自在に固定するアーム固定手段を有することを特徴とする内視鏡ホルダー。
- 請求項11記載の内視鏡ホルダーにおいて、前記内視鏡は上部消化管内視鏡又は下部内視鏡であることを特徴とする内視鏡ホルダー。
