Description

一种手持三维全景云台 技术领域
本发明涉及固定拍摄设备的装置的技术领域,,尤其涉及一种手持三维全景云台。
背景技术
在日常生活中,人们使用的手机各式各样,在尺寸、重量上也不尽相同,随着生活水平的提高,人们也在追求生活的品质,用手机进行拍照、摄影已经非常普遍,为了提高拍摄时的稳定性,人们发明了云台,云台是安装、固定摄像设备的支撑装置,通过对云台的调整,可调整摄像设备的镜头朝向,从而准确地实现对目标的观察和摄像,云台的应用范围很广,各种特殊的行业对云台产品有一定的要求。
现有的云台为了实现旋转,走线方式通常是外漏式,使用时转动所需的线很长,因此需要预留足够长的线,导致外漏出来的线很长,布线混乱,保护性不高。另外,现有的手持云台的转动角度有限,镜头的摇摆受限,大大限制了手持云台的使用场合和使用范围,造成云台资源的浪费,在一些特定场合错失拍摄机会,并且无法做到全方位的监控或拍照,带来图像覆盖上的盲区,存在一定程度上的缺陷。
发明内容
基于以上现有技术的不足,本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种结构简单、方向定位精准的手持三维全景云台,能进行全方位的监控或拍照,实现手机在各个空间位置的固定方式,满足消费者的拍摄需求。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:本发明提供一种手持三维全景云台,包括手持部、在空间位置中相互垂直的第一电机、第二电机和第三电机,其特征在于:所述第一电机位于所述手持部的顶端,所述第一电机上可拆卸连接有第一连接臂,所述第一连接臂的另一端连接有所述第二 电机,所述第二电机上可拆卸连接有第二连接臂,所述第二连接臂的另一端连接有所述第三电机,所述第三电机上固接有连接件,所述连接件的前端通过手拧螺丝螺纹连接有夹持件;所述第一电机绕Z轴旋转,第二电机绕X轴旋转,第三电机绕Y轴旋转;所述第一电机的转轴和第一连接臂之间设有第一滑环,将第一电机的动力及电信号传输到所述第一连接臂,所述第一滑环的电线两端均为插接件,其中一端的插接件与第一电机内部PCB板插合连接,实现第一连接臂的360度旋转;所述第二电机的转轴和第二连接臂之间设有第二滑环,将第二电机的动力及电信号传输到所述第二连接臂,所述第二滑环的电线两端均为插接件,其中一端的插接件与第二电机内部PCB板插合连接,实现第二连接臂的360度旋转;所述第三电机的转轴和连接件之间设有第三滑环,将第三电机的动力及电信号传输到所述连接件,所述第三滑环的电线两端均为插接件,其中一端的插接件与第三电机内部PCB板插合连接,实现连接件的360度旋转;所述第一滑环、第二滑环和第三滑环的结构相同,均包括转子和与所述转子电连接的定子,所述转子分别与所述第一连接臂、第二连接臂和连接件的一端连接,所述第一电机、第二电机和第三电机的转轴穿过所述定子及所述转子与所述第一连接臂、第二连接臂和连接件连接;所述转子上设有多个电性接触点,所述定子上设置有多个环形电路,所述电性接触点与所述环形电路在旋转过程中实现电连接,将电力及信号传递到所述第一连接臂、第二连接臂和连接件上。
作为上述技术方案的优选实施方式,本发明实施例提供的手持三维全景云台进一步包括下列技术特征的部分或全部:
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述手持部上设有与所述第一电机、第二电机和第三电机电性连接的控制按钮,通过控制按钮控制第一电机、第二电机和第三电机的转动,带动夹持件的全方位的转动。采用滑环替代现有技术中通常使用的导线,避免过多导线外漏,便于安装,外观性好,使用滑环确保了在云台使用的过程中,第一连接臂、第二连接臂和连接件的360度旋转,使得手持云台适应多种拍摄条件和拍摄场景,大大提高了云台的利用率。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述连接件的前端设有一凹槽,该凹槽的中间 部分开设有通孔,所述手拧螺丝的螺纹部穿过所述通孔,手拧螺丝的端部位于所述凹槽内,将夹持件连接在连接件的前端,为夹持件提供更多的预留空间,保证夹持件可固定尺寸和型号更大的摄像设备。
作为上述技术方案的改进,在本发明的一个实施例中,所述手拧螺丝的端部具有一长条形槽和一拧环,便于对手拧螺丝进行拧动,以便手动调整夹持件的角度,尤其是夹持件的横放和竖放之间的转换。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述夹持件上设有与所述手拧螺丝的螺纹部螺纹连接的螺纹孔。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选的,所述第一连接臂通过螺钉连接的方式的固定在第一电机的顶端,所述第二连接臂通过螺钉连接的方式的与所述第二电机连接,安装和拆卸简单方便,易于维护,且适应性强。
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术方案具有如下有益效果:本发明的手持三维全景云台采用滑环替代现有技术中通常使用的导线,避免过多导线外漏,便于安装,外观性好,使用滑环确保了在云台使用的过程中,能够保证第一连接臂、第二连接臂和连接件进行360度旋转,使得手持云台适应多种拍摄条件和拍摄场景,大大提高了云台的利用率,提高了摄影广度,减少了摄影死角,并且方便人工操作,而使用者只需要按动按键即可,从而提高使用者的操作体验,满足消费者的使用需求,解决了使用者自己操作所带来的效率低的问题,大大提高了拍摄效率;另外,该手持三维全景云台采用在空间呈正交分布的三个电机分别控制第一连接臂、第二连接臂和连接件,可独立或配合使第一连接臂、第二连接臂和连接件进行360度旋转,调整更加灵活多变,本发明的手持三维全景云台也可适用于各个部门用来作为拍摄用途,云台的转动角度覆盖范围大,控制性好,且能够保证相应的承载重量,值得推广应用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式,其作为本说明书的一部分,通过实施例来说明本发明的原理,本发明的其他方面、特征及其优点通过该详细说明将会变得一目了然。在所参照的附图中,不同的图中相同或相似的部件使用相同的附图标号来表示。
如图1-3所示,本发明优选实施例的手持三维全景云台的结构示意图,本发明的手持三维全景云台可用于手机、小型摄像机等摄像设备的固定。
本发明优选实施例的手持三维全景云台包括手持部10、在空间位置中相互垂直的第一电机20、第二电机50和第三电机70,其中,所述第一电机20位于所述手持部10的顶端,所述第一电机20上可拆卸连接有第一连接臂30,所述第一连接臂30的另一端连接有所述第二电机50,所述第二电机50上可拆卸连接有第二连接臂60,具体的,第一连接臂30通过螺钉连接的方式的固定在第一电机20的顶端,所述第二连接臂60通过螺钉连接的方式的与所述第二电机50连接,便于第一连接臂30和第二连接臂60的安装和拆卸,易于维护,所述第二连接臂60的另一端连接有所述第三电机70,所述第三电机70上固接有连接件80,所述连接件80的前端通过手拧螺丝螺纹连接有夹持件90,所述第一电机20绕Z轴旋转,第二电机50绕X轴旋转,第三电机70绕Y轴旋转,通过夹持件90固定手机、小型摄像机等摄像设备,通过本发明的在空间相互垂直的第一电机20、第二电机50和第三电机70的作用,可实现摄像设备的镜头的全 方位转动,本发明将夹持件90连接在连接件80的前端,为夹持件90提供更多的预留空间,让夹持件90可固定尺寸和型号更大的摄像设备。
如图2所示,所述第一电机20的转轴和第一连接臂30之间设有第一滑环40,将第一电机的动力及电信号传输到所述第一连接臂30,所述第一滑环40的电线两端均为插接件,其中一端的插接件与第一电机内部PCB板插合连接,实现第一连接臂30的360度旋转;所述第二电机50的转轴和第二连接臂60之间设有第二滑环,将第二电机50的动力及电信号传输到所述第二连接臂60,所述第二滑环的电线两端均为插接件,其中一端的插接件与第二电机内部PCB板插合连接,实现第二连接臂的360度旋转;所述第三电机70的转轴和连接件80之间设有第三滑环,将第三电机70的动力及电信号传输到所述连接件,所述第三滑环的电线两端均为插接件,其中一端的插接件与第三电机内部PCB板插合连接,实现连接件的360度旋转,通过第一连接臂30、第二连接臂60和连接件80的360度旋转,使得手持云台适应多种拍摄条件和拍摄场景,大大提高了云台的利用率,提高了摄影广度,减少了摄影死角。
具体地,所述第一滑环40、第二滑环和第三滑环的结构相同,均包括转子和与所述转子电连接的定子,所述转子分别与所述第一连接臂30、第二连接臂60和连接件80的一端连接,所述第一电机20、第二电机50和第三电机70的转轴穿过所述定子及所述转子与所述第一连接臂30、第二连接臂60和连接件80连接;所述转子上设有多个电性接触点,所述定子上设置有多个环形电路,所述电性接触点与所述环形电路在旋转过程中实现电连接,将电力及信号传递到所述第一连接臂30、第二连接臂60和连接件80上,通过所述第一电机20、第二电机50和第三电机70相应地带动第一连接臂30、第二连接臂60和连接件80的360度旋转。
进一步的,在本发明的一实施例中,所述手持部10上设有与所述第一电机20、第二电机50和第三电机70电性连接的控制按钮11,通过控制按钮11控制第一电机20、第二电机50和第三电机70的转动,带动夹持件90的全方位的转动。
当然,本发明也可采用与所述第一电机20、第二电机50和第三电机70远程通信的控制器,通过控制器远程操控第一电机20、第二电机50和第三电机70的转动,从而带动夹持件90的全方位的转动,通过控制按钮11或控制器可切换手持三维全景云台的至少三种工作模式:一是可单独控制第一电机20、第二电机50或第三电机70;二是可以控制第二电机50和第三电机70的同时转动;三是可以将第一电机20、第二电机50和第三电机70都锁定,防止在拍摄时云台的动作,影响拍摄质量,提高定位的精度。
更为具体地,如图3所示,所述连接件80的前端设有一凹槽81,该凹槽81的中间部分开设有通孔82,所述手拧螺丝的螺纹部穿过所述通孔82,手拧螺丝的端部位于所述凹槽81内,通过所述凹槽81和通孔82将手拧螺丝稳固的安装在连接件80的前端,夹持件90上设有与所述手拧螺丝的螺纹部螺纹连接的螺纹孔,通过手拧螺丝将连接件80和夹持件90固定连接在一起。
优选的,所述手拧螺丝的端部具有一长条形槽和一拧环,便于对手拧螺丝进行拧动,以便手动调整夹持件90的角度,尤其是夹持件90的横放和竖放之间的转换,得到手机、小型摄像机等摄像设备的横拍和竖拍的效果。
本发明中的第一连接臂30、第二连接臂60、连接件80和夹持件90的具体形状没有作特别的限定,本技术领域的技术人员可以预见,第一连接臂30、第二连接臂60、连接件80和夹持件90起到连接和固定的作用,改变其中任一构件的形状,同样可实现手持云台的360度旋转,以及可实现摄像设备的镜头的全方位转动,因此,在不改变本发明的发明构思的情况下,仅仅改变第一连接臂30、第二连接臂60、连接件80和夹持件90的形状,同样也在本发明的保护范围之内。
使用本发明的手持三维全景云台时,先将手机、小型摄像机等摄像设备固定在夹持件90上,将第一连接臂30通过螺钉连接的方式的固定在第一电机20的顶端,同时将滑环40设置在第一电机20的转轴和第一连接臂30之间,并将滑环40的电线一端的插接件与第一电机20内部PCB板插合连接,然后依次安装第二电机50、第二连接臂60、第三电机70、连接件80和夹持件90,同时将 第二滑环和第三滑环依次安装在第二电机50和第二连接臂60、以及第三电机70和连接件80之间,各个部件安装完毕后,通过控制手持部10上的控制按钮11或控制器,来控制第一电机20、第二电机50和第三电机70的转动,带动第一连接臂30、第二连接臂60和连接件80的360度旋转,进而带动手机、小型摄像机等摄像设备的全方位转动,进行全方位的监控或拍照,满足消费者的拍摄需求。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种手持三维全景云台,包括手持部、在空间位置中相互垂直的第一电机、第二电机和第三电机,其特征在于:所述第一电机位于所述手持部的顶端,所述第一电机上可拆卸连接有第一连接臂,所述第一连接臂的另一端连接有所述第二电机,所述第二电机上可拆卸连接有第二连接臂,所述第二连接臂的另一端连接有所述第三电机,所述第三电机上固接有连接件,所述连接件的前端通过手拧螺丝螺纹连接有夹持件;
    所述第一电机绕Z轴旋转,第二电机绕X轴旋转,第三电机绕Y轴旋转;
    所述第一电机的转轴和第一连接臂之间设有第一滑环,将第一电机的动力及电信号传输到所述第一连接臂,所述第一滑环的电线两端均为插接件,其中一端的插接件与第一电机内部PCB板插合连接,实现第一连接臂的360度旋转;
    所述第二电机的转轴和第二连接臂之间设有第二滑环,将第二电机的动力及电信号传输到所述第二连接臂,所述第二滑环的电线两端均为插接件,其中一端的插接件与第二电机内部PCB板插合连接,实现第二连接臂的360度旋转;
    所述第三电机的转轴和连接件之间设有第三滑环,将第三电机的动力及电信号传输到所述连接件,所述第三滑环的电线两端均为插接件,其中一端的插接件与第三电机内部PCB板插合连接,实现连接件的360度旋转;
    所述第一滑环、第二滑环和第三滑环的结构相同,均包括转子和与所述转子电连接的定子,所述转子分别与所述第一连接臂、第二连接臂和连接件的一端连接,所述第一电机、第二电机和第三电机的转轴穿过所述定子及所述转子与所述第一连接臂、第二连接臂和连接件连接;所述转子上设有多个电性接触点,所述定子上设置有多个环形电路,所述电性接触点与所述环形电路在旋转过程中实现电连接,将电力及信号传递到所述第一连接臂、第二连接臂和连接件上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的手持三维全景云台,其特征在于:所述手持部上设有与所述第一电机、第二电机和第三电机电性连接的控制按钮,通过控制按 钮控制第一电机、第二电机和第三电机的转动,带动夹持件的全方位的转动。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的手持三维全景云台,其特征在于:所述连接件的前端设有一凹槽,该凹槽的中间部分开设有通孔,所述手拧螺丝的螺纹部穿过所述通孔,手拧螺丝的端部位于所述凹槽内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的手持三维全景云台,其特征在于:所述手拧螺丝的端部具有一长条形槽和一拧环。
  5. 如权利要求3或4所述的手持三维全景云台,其特征在于:所述夹持件上设有与所述手拧螺丝的螺纹部螺纹连接的螺纹孔。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的手持三维全景云台,其特征在于:所述第一连接臂通过螺钉连接的方式的固定在第一电机的顶端。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的手持三维全景云台,其特征在于:所述第二连接臂通过螺钉连接的方式的与所述第二电机连接。
