図13は、図1に記載の室内機の搬送時の梱包の状態を説明する図である。図13に示すように、室内機100は、搬送されるときに、左右のそれぞれに、側面、上面、下面、正面、および背面を覆う梱包材22が取り付けられる。なお、図13の例では、図示が省略されているが、室内機100は、右側面下部パネル10、下面右側部パネル11、左側面下部パネル8、および下面左側部パネル9が取り付けられていない状態で、梱包材22が取り付けられて搬送される。そして、右下パネルキット19および左下パネルキット29が、例えば、室内機100との間に据付板21を挟んだ状態で、室内機100に粘着テープ23で張り付けられる。据付板21は、例えば金属で形成された板状の部材である。右下パネルキット19は、室内機100の上面の、左下パネルキット29よりも右側に取り付けられ、左下パネルキット29は、室内機100の上面の、右下パネルキット19よりも左側に取り付けられる。右下パネルキット19が右側に取り付けられ、左下パネルキット29が左側に取り付けられていた方が左右の関係性はわかりやすくなるが、これに限定するものではなく、逆に取り付けられていてもよい。そして、室内機100は、左右に梱包材22が取り付けられ、右下パネルキット19および左下パネルキット29が貼り付けられた状態で、例えば段ボール等の梱包箱に収容されて、保管および搬送される。ここで、右下パネルキット19および左下パネルキット29における枠体の高さが、梱包材22の高さよりも低くなっている。このため、梱包材22は、室内機100だけでなく、右下パネルキット19および左下パネルキット29を、外部からの衝撃から保護することができる。上記のように、この実施の形態の例の室内機100によれば、搬送時の右下パネルキット19および左下パネルキット29の梱包材および緩衝材を、省略または簡略化することができる。
Claims (6)
- 室外機と配管で接続される空気調和機の室内機であって、
外郭を形成する筐体を有し、
前記筐体は、該筐体の右側面の下部の一部分を形成する右側面下部パネルと、該筐体の下面の右側部の一部分を形成する下面右側部パネルと、該筐体の左側面の下部の一部分を形成する左側面下部パネルと、該筐体の下面の左側部の一部分を形成する下面左側部パネルと、を含んでおり、
前記右側面下部パネル、前記下面右側部パネル、前記左側面下部パネル、および前記下面左側部パネルのそれぞれは、前記配管を引き出す配管通り口を有するものと、前記配管通り口を有しないものと、を備えており、
前記右側面下部パネル、前記下面右側部パネル、前記左側面下部パネル、および前記下面左側部パネルのそれぞれのうちの、前記配管通り口を有するもの、または前記配管通り口を有しないもの、が選択的に取り付けられた、
空気調和機の室内機。 - 前記右側面下部パネルと前記下面右側部パネルとが、前記筐体の右側面と下面とを含んで形成される右下角部の一部分を形成し、
前記左側面下部パネルと前記下面左側部パネルとが、前記筐体の左側面と下面とを含んで形成される左下角部の一部分を形成している、
請求項1に記載の空気調和機の室内機。 - 室外機と配管で接続される空気調和機の室内機であって、
外郭を形成する筐体を有し、
前記筐体は、該筐体の右側面の下部の一部分を形成する右側面下部パネルと、該筐体の下面の右側部の一部分を形成する下面右側部パネルと、該筐体の左側面の下部の一部分を形成する左側面下部パネルと、該筐体の下面の左側部の一部分を形成する下面左側部パネルと、を含んでおり、
前記右側面下部パネル、前記下面右側部パネル、前記左側面下部パネル、および前記下面左側部パネルのそれぞれは、前記配管を引き出す配管通り口を有するものと、前記配管通り口を有しないものと、を備えており、
前記右側面下部パネルおよび前記下面右側部パネルのそれぞれの、前記配管通り口を有するもの、および前記配管通り口を有しないもの、が取り付けられた第1枠体と、
前記左側面下部パネルおよび前記下面左側部パネルのそれぞれの、前記配管通り口を有するもの、および前記配管通り口を有しないもの、が取り付けられた第2枠体と、をさらに有する、
空気調和機の室内機。 - 前記第1枠体の厚みは、前記右側面下部パネルおよび前記下面右側部パネルのそれぞれの、前記配管通り口を有するもの、および前記配管通り口を有しないもの、の厚みよりも厚く、
前記第2枠体の厚みは、前記左側面下部パネルおよび前記下面左側部パネルのそれぞれの、前記配管通り口を有するもの、および前記配管通り口を有しないもの、の厚みよりも厚い、
請求項3に記載の空気調和機の室内機。 - 前記第1枠体は、該第1枠体の厚み方向に該第1枠体同士を積層させるときに、該第1枠体同士を係止する係止部を有し、
前記第2枠体は、該第2枠体の厚み方向に該第2枠体同士を積層させるときに、該第2枠体同士を係止する係止部を有する、
