- an article such as a hook to a wall surface
- it is generally attached to the wall surface via a double-sided adhesive tape or the like, or attached to a wall surface via a fastening part such as a nail or a screw.
- the walls of current houses are often covered with wallpaper from the standpoint of protection of the groundwork and decoration. For this reason, when a hook or the like is attached via an adhesive tape, the wallpaper is peeled off together with the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape when the hook is removed. In some cases, not only the wallpaper but also the wall surface is damaged.
- hooks with a certain amount of weight such as metal, etc., dropped off immediately and were almost impossible to mount.
- the method of attaching a hook or other locking device to a wall surface using a nail or screw can be securely attached regardless of whether the wallpaper is flat or uneven, but only the wallpaper.
- holes such as nails and screws remain on the wall surface, and the wall surface is damaged as in the case of the double-sided adhesive tape.
- This adhesive tape uses a water-permeable material for the base material and weakens the interlaminar fracture strength of the base material from the adhesive strength of the adhesive, so that when the adhesive tape is peeled from the wall surface, By applying water from above, the adhesive containing water swellability is allowed to permeate and swell to reduce the adhesive force, and the article can be removed without damaging the wall surface.
- the adhesive tape using this water-swellable adhesive has problems such as a decrease in adhesive strength when stored under high humidity, and because it has a weak adhesive strength, it can hold only lightweight items such as posters. I can't.
- Patent Document 2 there is also an adhesive tape using a foamed resin having resilience such as acrylic and urethane, but since a water-soluble acrylic resin is applied to the adhesive, the following Patent Document Similar to 1, there is concern about a decrease in adhesive strength under high humidity.

- the bonding means 3 is 3N / 20 mm with respect to the base material 21 of the anchor sheet 2 to be described later so that it can exhibit high load performance when being bonded to the anchor sheet 2.
- the adhesive strength is as described above.
- the bonding means 3 may form a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the back surface 1b side of the base plate 1 with the pressure-sensitive adhesive having the above adhesive force.
- the pressure-sensitive adhesive having the above adhesive force.
- rubber or A double-sided adhesive tape coated with an acrylic adhesive is used.
- the anchor sheet 2 includes a base material 21 and an adhesive layer 22 formed on one surface of the base material 21.
- the base material 21 is formed of Japanese paper having a thickness of 0.07 mm.
- the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 22 is formed from a re-peelable pressure-sensitive adhesive, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 22 does not cause cohesive failure when the anchor sheet 2 is removed from the wallpaper W.
- the adhesive strength is such that the wallpaper W can be peeled off smoothly.
- the pressure-sensitive adhesive constituting the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 22 is not particularly limited as long as it has an adhesive force having the above-described removability. From the viewpoints of price, adherend selectivity, heat resistance, and weather resistance, An acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive may be used. In this example, an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive having an acrylic copolymer by emulsion polymerization as a base polymer is used.
- the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 22 is not limited to any coating method such as an emulsion type or a hot melt type, but considering the workability at the time of coating, the ease of peeling at the time of peeling, and the holding ability to the wallpaper W.
- the thickness is preferably 10 to 50 ⁇ m, but in this example, the thickness is 15 ⁇ m.
- the adhesive strength becomes too low and the holding performance cannot be exhibited, which is not preferable.
- the adhesive thickness is 50 ⁇ m or more, the adhesive strength becomes too strong and the wallpaper breaks at the time of peeling. This is not preferable because it may occur.
- the base plate 1 and the anchor sheet 2 are both circular with the same diameter, and in this example, for example, are circular with a diameter of 125 mm.
- the release paper (not shown) attached to the surface of the adhesive layer 22 of the anchor sheet 2 is removed, and the anchor sheet is removed. Attach 2 to wallpaper W.
- the base material 21 of the anchor sheet 2 and the uneven surface of the wallpaper W is allowed to stand for at least 6 hours (hereinafter, the base material is adapted to the uneven surface of the wallpaper W. It is preferable that the material is referred to as “following property” to the wallpaper W.
- the base plate 1 is laminated and pasted onto the base material 21 of the anchor sheet 2 through the double-sided adhesive tape 3.
- the hook H may be attached to the base plate in advance, or may be attached after the base plate 1 is attached to the anchor sheet 2.
- the base material 21 is described as Japanese paper made from plant fibers.
- the base material 21 is not limited to Japanese paper, and may be capable of following the uneven surface of the wallpaper W.

- the base material 21 is not limited to a paper material made of vegetable fiber, but may be any fiber material that can follow the uneven surface of the wallpaper W.
- the base material 21 is a synthetic fiber having high flexibility such as nylon or acrylic. May be.
- the shape of the base plate 1 and the anchor sheet 2 is a circular shape having a diameter of 125 mm, but is not limited to this size and shape.
- the base plate 1 and the anchor sheet 2 have an appropriate size such as a triangular shape, a quadrangular shape, or a star shape. The height and shape can be selected.
- the base plate 1 is made of PET resin.
- the present invention is not limited to this, and other resins such as ABS resin and PP resin can be used as long as they do not deform when an article is attached. It may be a sheet.
- the base plate 1 may be made of wood or metal that does not undergo deformation such as bending.
- the hook H is attached to substantially the center of the base plate 1 via the double-sided adhesive tape 3. This is in consideration of the load applied to the hook H. If the load applied to the hook H is lightweight, the hook H can be attached to any position of the decorative plate.
- the article attached to the base plate 1 is described using a locking tool such as a hook H.
- the article attached to the base plate 1 of the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, a thin film It may be a mirror, a glove compartment, or a picture frame.
- the article when attaching an article such as a hook to the uneven wallpaper W, the article is directly attached to the anchor sheet 2 and fixed to the wallpaper W via an adhesive means such as a double-sided adhesive tape without the base plate 1 interposed.
- an adhesive means such as a double-sided adhesive tape without the base plate 1 interposed.
- the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 12 is, for example, a rubber-based or acrylic-based pressure-sensitive adhesive coated on both surfaces of the foamed olefin-based substrate, but is not limited thereto. What is necessary is just to have the adhesive force of 3 N / 20mm or more with respect to the base material 21, and an acrylic foam type double-sided adhesive tape and base material (bubble containing layer) itself may be an adhesive with adhesiveness.
- the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape coated with a general releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive has a weak holding power to the wallpaper having an uneven surface, even if it is a relatively lightweight hook or the like. It is difficult to fix to wallpaper for a long time.
- a base material which applied the releasable adhesive to one side of the base material now, Japanese paper, a vinyl chloride sheet (PVC), a biaxially stretched polyprene film (OPP), a polyethylene terectate (PET), etc.
- the adhesive is used regardless of whether it is rubber or acrylic.
- the present inventors consider that the base material rather than the adhesive exerts the holding power on the wallpaper having the uneven surface, and the uneven surface by the base material.
- the difference in holding power with respect to a certain wallpaper was tested (Example 1; holding power measurement experiment for each base material).
- Example 1 Holding force measurement experiment for each base material
- Japanese paper thickness: 0.07 mm
- PVC thickness: 0.07 mm
- OPP thickness: 0.04 mm
- PET thickness: 0.025 mm
- a test piece A was prepared by applying a releasable solvent-type acrylic adhesive (manufactured by Toyochem; BPS-6066) to a paste thickness of 15 ⁇ m. As shown in FIG.
- the prepared test piece A was affixed to an adherend (wall paper (made by Asahi Pen; SD-06)) B so as to have an area of 10 mm ⁇ 20 mm, and it was reciprocated once with a 2 kg roller. Then, a load G (50 g) was applied, the sample was left at 40 ° C. for 30 minutes, and the time when the test pieces were peeled off from the wallpaper was measured. This experiment was performed three times (test time; 1 day (1440 minutes)), and the average value is shown below.
- the inventors of the present invention thought that the high holding performance of Japanese paper with respect to a wallpaper having an uneven surface is because the Japanese paper has improved the bonding area between the wallpaper and the pressure-sensitive adhesive, and used as an adherend.
- the following views were obtained by observing the surface and cross-sectional views.
- the results are shown below.
- the arithmetic average roughness (Ra) is a value obtained by extracting the reference length from the roughness curve in the direction of the average line, and summing and averaging the absolute values of deviations from the average line of the extracted portion to the measurement standard.
- the concavo-convex state of the section is represented by an average value.
- the maximum height (Ry) indicates the length of the uneven portion.
- the irregularities on the surface of the Japanese paper are produced by blending plant (Kuzo, Mitsumata), etc., which are raw fiber, so it is also considered that the raw fiber becomes long.
- base materials such as PVC, OPP, and PET are manufactured by being stretched, and therefore it is considered that their surfaces are smooth and smooth.
- Example 1 [Examination of paste thickness] In Example 1 described above, it was found that when the paste thickness was 15 ⁇ m, the holding performance on the wallpaper was the highest when the base material was Japanese paper. Therefore, since it is considered that the same holding performance as wallpaper can be obtained even with a base material other than Japanese paper due to the change in the glue thickness, the same test as in Example 1 was performed by changing the glue thickness.
- the base material of the anchor sheet is Japanese paper when the paste thickness is thin, but other base materials (OPP and PET) can be substituted if the paste thickness is increased. It was.
- the base plate 1 is not dropped from the anchor sheet 2 because the base plate 1 to which the locking tool H such as a hook is attached is used by being laminated on the base material 21 of the anchor sheet 2. is there. Therefore, it is desirable that the back surface treatment (peeling treatment) is not performed on the surface 21 a of the base material 21.
- the so-called pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having a releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer applied as the anchor sheet 2 of the present invention is usually rolled up as a product, the surface of the base material 21 overlapped with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 21a has a back surface treatment or is attached with a release paper.
- Example 2 Adhesive force between base plate 1 and anchor sheet 2
- a masking tape of a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape manufactured by Nitto Denko Corporation; double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape No. 575
- the adhesive force back surface adhesive force
- the base material surface of four types of masking tapes A, B, C, and D having different peeling treatments is used as an adherend, and a double-sided adhesive tape (manufactured by Nitto Denko Corporation; double-sided adhesive tape No.
- Example 3 Adhesive strength between wallpaper article support and wallpaper
- the sample which attached the hook H to the wallpaper material support tool S which comprised as shown in Table 6 was produced, this was attached to wallpaper using the masking tape which measured the adhesive force in Example 2, and each holding
- SD-06 manufactured by Asahi Pen was used as an adherend, and the same masking tape as that used in Example 2 was applied to the adherend C.
- the sample was reciprocated once with a 2 kg roller at 23 ° C., and a room temperature of 40 ° C. After being left for 30 minutes, a 750 g hook was attached and held for 1 month. This test was repeated 5 times. As shown in Table 7, it was found that the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape having an adhesive strength of 3 N / mm or less falls off from the masking tape.
