Abstract

一种架体的固定结构，其固定结构具有一中间层，该中间层为P.P合成纸，并配合涂布有黏合胶以供印刷层黏合贴附，而印刷层贯穿设有一适当大小的开口，且于外侧面配合涂布有外表层，印刷层所穿设的开口则配合架体贴附于中间层上，又该中间层另一侧配合设有一贴覆层，该贴覆层为SEBS胶，俗称苯乙烯系弹性胶，而贴覆层的外侧面则又另外贴覆有一离型纸，由上述结构，构成一种架体的固定结构。

技术领域
本实用新型提供了一种架体的固定结构，尤其指该固定结构具有一苯乙烯系弹性胶层，令该架体可方便的贴覆于平滑的表面上，以增添使用上的实用性。
背景技术
按，公知的架体结构，请配合参阅图8所示，该架体20配合组设于墙面上以供挂物使用，而该架体20均以硬质料料所制成，其欲组装使用时，必须先将组结件21配合钉子22敲打固定于墙壁上，才可将架体20配合组设于墙面上的组结件21上，使该架体20可被挂设固定于墙面上以供使用者。
详观上述公知结构不难发觉其缺点之处，主要原因归纳如下：
按，公知的架体20组装使用时，必须先将组结件21配合钉子22固定于墙面上，再使架体20可被挂设组装于墙面上，造成使用者使用上诸多不便，且欲移位换置于别处时，其墙面则又会留下孔洞，而破坏屋内整体的视觉观感，造成该结构使用上较为不便，并降低消费者的购买意愿。
有鉴于此，本申请人本于多年从事相关产品的制造开发与设计经验，针对上述的目标，详加设计与审慎评估后，终得一确具实用性的本实用新型。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种架体的固定结构，以克服公知技术中存在的缺陷。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供的架体的固定结构具有一中间层，该中间层为P.P合成纸，并配合涂布有黏合胶供印刷层黏合贴附，而印刷层贯穿设有一适当大小的开口，且于外侧面配合涂布有外表层，其印刷层所穿设的开口则提供架体贴附于中间层上，又该中间层另一侧配合设有一贴覆层，该贴覆层为苯乙烯系弹性胶，而贴覆层的外侧面则又另外贴覆有一离型纸，由上述结构，构成一种架体的固定结构。

本实用新型提供的架体的固定结构，该固定结构主要是以贴覆层的苯乙烯系弹性胶贴覆于平滑的表面上，使该架体不需另外于墙面上打钉、钻孔，可固定于墙面以达到使用的状态，又该架体由贴覆层的配置可随意移位且重复被使用者，并于移位重复使用的过程中，其贴覆层不会残留于墙面上，造成墙面的脏污而难以清除的情况产生，以增添该结构使用的方便性及实用性。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的架体的固定结构，其固定结构具有一中间层，该中间层为P.P合成纸，并配合涂布有黏合胶以供印刷层黏合贴附，而印刷层贯穿设有一适当大小的开口，且于外侧面配合涂布有外表层，其印刷层所穿设的开口则配合架体贴附于中间层上，又该中间层另一侧配合设有一贴覆层，该贴覆层为SEBS胶，俗称苯乙烯系弹性胶，而贴覆层的外侧面则又另外贴覆有一离型纸，由上述结构，构成一种架体的固定结构。
为能对本实用新型的目的、特征及功效能够有更进一步的了解与认识，以下配合附图并列举实施例作详细说明。
首先，先请参阅图1、图2所示，一种架体的固定结构，其固定结构10具有一中间层11，该中间层11为P.P合成纸，并配合涂布有黏合胶12以供印刷层13黏合贴附，而印刷层13贯穿设有一适当大小的开口131，且于外侧面配合涂布有透明具保护功效的外表层132，其印刷层13所穿设的开口131则提供架体14贴附于中间层11上，该架体14可为卫浴配件挂头、杯架或是置物篮架者(请配合参阅图6、图7所示)，亦可为金属材质或非金属材质所构成的架体，又该中间层11另一侧配合设有一贴覆层15，该贴覆层15为SEBS胶，俗称苯乙烯系弹性胶，可轻易的配合贴覆于平滑的墙面上，而贴覆层15的外侧面则又另外贴覆有一离型纸16，由上述结构，构成一种架体的固定结构。
其结构的使用，续请参阅图3、图4、5图所示，该架体利用固定结构10的贴覆层15配合贴覆于平滑的表面上，其将离型纸16由贴覆层15上撕除，利用贴覆层15与平滑表面产生稳定的吸附力，且将墙面潮湿的水气与水蒸气有效隔绝，不易渗入贴覆层15与墙面间，防止丧失其吸附的功效者，而当贴覆层15由平滑表面上撕下时，即可将该架体由墙面移除，并可重复贴覆使用于另一平滑表面，以达到使用便利性及结合稳定性佳的功效。
其结构的另一较佳实施例，请配合参阅图6、图7所示，该配合贴覆于中间层11的架体14可为杯架、置物篮架或是其它配合贴覆于墙面上以供使用的架体，令该架体都可被方便的贴覆于欲使用的平面上，以供杯子或是物品的放置。
由上述具体实施例的结构，可得到下述的效益：
本实用新型提供的架体的固定结构，该固定结构10主要是以贴覆层15的苯乙烯系弹性胶贴覆于平滑的表面上，使该架体不需另外于墙面上打钉、钻孔，以达到固定供使用的状态，又该架体由贴覆层15的配置可随意移位且重复被使用，并于移位重复使用的过程中，其贴覆层15不会残留于墙面上，造成墙面的脏污而难以清除的情况产生，以增添该结构使用的方便性及实用性。
以上所述，仅为本实用新型的一较佳实施例而已，当不能以此限定本实用新型实施的范围；即大凡依本实用新型申请专利范围所作的均等变化与修饰，皆应仍属本实用新型权利要求涵盖的范围内。

1.一种架体的固定结构，其特征在于，固定结构具有一中间层，该中间层为P.P合成纸，并配合涂布有黏合胶供印刷层黏合贴附，而印刷层贯穿设有一适当大小的开口，且于外侧面配合涂布有外表层，其印刷层所穿设的开口则提供架体贴附于中间层上，又该中间层另一侧配合设有一贴覆层，该贴覆层为苯乙烯系弹性胶，而贴覆层的外侧面则又另外贴覆有一离型纸，由上述结构，构成一种架体的固定结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述架体的固定结构，其特征在于，其中架体为卫浴配件挂头、杯架或是置物篮架。
3.根据权利要求1所述架体的固定结构，其特征在于，其中架体为金属材质所构成。
4.根据权利要求1所述架体的固定结构，其特征在于，其中架体为非金属材质所构成。
