- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 모 감기부재는 상기 모 매듭부재의 일측에 구비되는 직선부, 상기 직선부의 선단에 구비되고 상기 매듭부재를 향하는 방향으로 융기며 상기 삽입홀로부터 인출된 모가 통과하는 감기홀이 형성된 곡선부를 가지는 감기편과,상기 감기편의 곡선부가 매듭부재를 통과하게 이동시키거나 또는 원위치로 복귀시키는 제4 구동편을 포함하며,상기 제4 구동편에 의해 상기 감기편이 매듭부재를 통과하여 이동한 후 원위치로 복귀하면, 상기 감기홀이 상기 매듭부재의 주위를 1회전하면서 상기 감기홀을 통과한 모를 상기 매듭부재에 감아서 매듭하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매듭시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 원사를 지난 상기 모의 양 단부를 서로 벌려서 상기 매듭홀을 확장하는 모 확장부재(230)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매듭시스템.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 모 확장부재는 상기 원사 하부를 지나서 위치한 모의 상부에 상하방향으로 이동 가능하게 구비되고, 하강시 모의 양단이 각각 걸리면서 벌어지는 "M"자 형태의 홈이 형성된 모 확장편과, 상기 모 확장편을 상하방향으로 이동시키는 제2 구동편을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매듭시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 원사의 일측에 매듭된 매듭모를 상기 원사의 타측으로 이동시키는 매듭모 이동부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매듭시스템.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,상기 매듭모 이동부재는 상기 원사의 길이방향으로 직선운동하고 상기 원사가 통과하는 관통홀이 형성되면서 상기 원사에 매듭된 매듭모를 이동시키는 매듭모 이동편과, 상기 매듭모 이동편을 직선운동시키는 제5 구동편을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매듭시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 모 매듭부재에 의해 매듭되지 않은 모를 잡아서 소정 장소로 이동시켜 회수하는 모 회수부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매듭시스템.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,상기 모 회수부재는 상기 모 삽입부재(210)의 인출홀을 향해 직선운동하고 선단에 인출홀로부터 인출된 모를 잡아서 소정 장소로 이동시키는 모 회수편과, 상기 모 회수편을 직선운동시키는 제6 구동편을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매듭시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 원사를 일측에서 타측으로 공급되는 원사공급장치(100)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매듭시스템.
- (a) 모 삽입부재의 삽입홈에 하나 이상의 모를 삽입하는 단계;(b) 모 인출부재를 상기 모 삽입부재의 인출홀에 삽입하여 상기 삽입홈에 삽입된 모를 잡은 다음, 상기 원사의 하부를 통과하여 위치하도록 인출시키는 한편, 상기 원사와 모가 연결되면서 매듭홀을 형성하는 단계;(d) 모 매듭부재를 상기 매듭홀의 하에서 상으로 관통하도록 이동시키는 단계;(e) 모 감기부재를 이용하여 상기 인출홀로부터 인출된 모의 양 단부를 상기 원사의 상측에 위치한 상기 모 매듭부재에 감아주는 단계; 및(f) 상기 모 매듭부재에 감겨진 모의 양 단부를 상기 매듭홀을 통해 하부로 잡아당겨서 모를 원사에 매듭하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매듭방법.
- 청구항 14에 있어서,(c) 상기 (b) 단계와 상기 (d) 단계 사이에는 모 확장부재를 이용하여 상기 매듭홀을 확장시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매듭방법.
- 청구항 14에 있어서,(g) 상기 (f) 단계 후, 모 이동부재를 이용하여 원사의 일측에 매듭된 매듭모를 상기 원사의 타측으로 이동시켜서 배열시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매듭방법.
- 청구항 14에 있어서,(h) 상기 (g) 단계 후, 모 회수부재를 이용하여 상기 원사에 매듭되지 않고 상기 인출홀에 남아 있는 모를 소정 위치에 이동시켜 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매듭방법.
- (A) 청구항 14에 의해 복수개의 매듭모가 원사에 매듭된 긴 매듭원사를 제작하는 단계;(B) 상기 (A) 단계에서 제작된 매듭원사를 일정 크기로 절단하여 단위 매듭원사를 제작하는 단계; 및(C) 상기 (B) 단계에서 제작된 복수개의 단위 매듭원사를 가로 또는 세로로 배열하는 한편, 실로 엮어서 가발을 제작하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가발 제조방법.
- 청구항 18에 있어서,상기 (A) 단계는 원사에 매듭된 복수개의 매듭모에 접착제를 도포하여 매듭모를 고정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가발 제조방법.
