Description
Claims (17)
- 바이패스 밸브를 구비한 필터의 하우징 외측면에 설치되어 상기 필터의 상태를 감지하는 센싱 장치를 포함하고,상기 센싱 장치는 바이패스 밸브 마개의 위치에 따른 자력을 감지하는 홀 센서 및 상기 홀 센서의 측정 데이터를 외부로 전송하는 통신부를 포함하여 이루어지는 필터 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 센싱 장치는 상기 바이패스 밸브 마개와 상기 홀 센서 사이에서 자기장을 형성하기 위한 자석을 더 포함하여 이루어지는, 필터 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 센싱 장치는 온도, 기울기, 가속도를 감지하는 보조 센서를 더 포함하고, 상기 통신부는 상기 보조 센서의 측정 데이터를 외부로 더 전송하는, 필터 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 통신부는 근거리 통신모듈 및 중장거리 통신모듈을 포함하고, 사용자 단말기와 상기 근거리 통신모듈이 연결되는 경우 상기 근거리 통신모듈을 통해 상기 사용자 단말기로 상기 측정 데이터를 전송하고, 상기 사용자 단말기와 상기 근거리 통신모듈이 연결되지 않는 경우 상기 중장거리 통신모듈을 통해 상기 사용자 단말기로 상기 측정 데이터를 전송하는 필터 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 센싱 장치는 제어부를 더 포함하고, 상기 제어부는 상기 홀 센서의 자력 측정 데이터, 보조 센서의 측정 데이터, 상기 근거리 통신 모듈과 상기 사용자 단말기의 연결 여부 중 하나 이상을 이용하여 상기 필터 또는 상기 필터가 설치된 장치의 상태를 판단하고, 상기 통신부는 상기 제어부의 판단 결과를 외부로 전송하는 필터 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 필터를 더 포함하고, 상기 필터는 바이패스 밸브 마개로부터 상기 외측면을 향해 돌출된 탐침팁을 포함하고 있고, 상기 센싱 장치는 상기 탐침팁의 위치에 따른 자력 변화를 감지하는, 필터 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 바이패스 밸브 마개는 비선형 스프링에 의해 상기 바이패스 밸브에 부착되어 있는, 필터 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 바이패스 밸브는 외부 진동시 상기 센싱 장치에 대해 상대적으로 이동 가능하게 설치되어 있는, 필터 시스템.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 바이패스 밸브는 상기 필터의 하우징에 지지 스프링에 의해 연결되어 있는, 필터 시스템.
- 필터 시스템이 설치된 차량의 상태 모니터링 방법으로서,바이패스 밸브 마개의 위치에 따른 자력 측정 데이터를 수신하는 단계;상기 필터 시스템에 설치된 보조센서로부터 온도, 기울기, 가속도 측정 데이터를 수신하는 단계;상기 필터 시스템에 설치된 근거리 통신모듈과 사용자 단말기의 연결 여부에 대한 정보를 수신하는 단계;상기 자력 측정 데이터가 필터 교체시기를 나타내는 제1 임계값보다 작은 경우 필터 교체시기로 판단하는 단계; 및상기 근거리 통신모듈과 사용자 단말기가 연결되어 있고, 상기 자력 측정 데이터가 상기 차량의 주행진동을 나타내는 주행 진동범위 내에서 변화하는 경우 상기 차량이 주행 상태인 것으로 판단하는 단계;를 포함하는 차량의 상태 모니터링 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 주행진동은 엔진 작동에 따른 진동이며,상기 차량이 주행 상태인 것으로 판단하는 단계에서 상기 온도 측정 데이터 값이 상승하는지 여부를 더 고려하여 상기 차량의 주행 상태를 판단하는 차량의 상태 모니터링 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 근거리 통신모듈과 사용자 단말기가 연결되어 있지 않고, 상기 자력 측정 데이터가 상기 주행 진동범위 내에서 변화하는 경우 상기 차량이 도난 상태인 것으로 판단하는 단계를 더 포함하는 차량의 상태 모니터링 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 근거리 통신모듈과 사용자 단말기가 연결되어 있지 않고, 상기 자력 측정 데이터가 상기 주행 진동범위 내에서 변화하지 않고 상기 기울기 또는 가속도 측정 데이터가 변화하는 경우 수동 이동 상태인 것으로 판단하는 단계를 더 포함하는 차량의 상태 모니터링 방법.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서,상기 필터 시스템에 설치된 중장거리 통신모듈을 통해 상기 사용자 단말기에 상기 차량의 상태를 통지하는 단계를 더 포함하는 차량의 상태 모니터링 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 자력 측정 데이터 값이 상승하고 상기 가속도 측정 데이터가 상승하는 경우 차량의 미끄러짐이 발생한 것으로 판단하는 단계를 더 포함하는 차량의 상태 모니터링 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 차량과 수직한 방향의 가속도 측정 데이터와 엔진 진동에 의한 변동 범위를 고려하여 도로면의 상태를 판단하는 단계를 더 포함하는 차량의 상태 모니터링 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 기울기 측정 데이터 값이 미리 설정된 임계값 이상인 경우 차량 사고가 발생한 것으로 판단하고 외부로 사고 상태를 통지하는 단계를 더 포함하는 차량의 상태 모니터링 방법.
