図1はこの発明の実施の形態1によるスパイラルエスカレータを示す正面図である。図において、主枠1には、無端状に連結された複数の踏段2が支持されている。踏段2は、真上から見て円弧状に湾曲した経路(螺旋の一部を取り出した形状の経路)に沿って循環移動する。
また、止め金固定用ねじ及びカバー固定用締結具の数は、特に限定されるものではない。
さらに、カバー部材を止め金にしっかりと固定できれば、カバー固定部は1箇所でもよい。
さらにまた、上記の例では、カバー部材8の浮き上がりを防止するために欄干柱4に浮き上がり防止溝4aを設けたが、浮き上がり防止溝4aは省略してもよい。また、浮き上がりを防止するための凸部を欄干柱4に設け、凸部にカバー部材8の縁部を引っ掛けてもよい。
また、上記の例では、スパイラルエスカレータを示したが、この発明は通常の直線状のエスカレータにも適用できる。
さらに、この発明は、水平型又は傾斜型の動く歩道にも適用できる。
Claims (4)
- 踏段の進行方向に互いに間隔をおいて立てられている複数の欄干柱、及び
前記踏段の進行方向に沿って並べて配置されており、かつ前記欄干柱の位置で互いに突き合わされている複数のアウタデッキ
を備え、
前記アウタデッキの互いに隣り合う端部には、前記欄干柱を通す凹部が設けられており、
前記凹部の縁部と前記欄干柱との間には、隙間が設けられており、
前記アウタデッキ上には、前記隙間を塞ぐ複数のカバー部材が設けられており、
各前記カバー部材は、前記欄干柱の前記踏段側の端面に固定された止め金を介して前記欄干柱に固定されている乗客コンベアの欄干装置。 - 少なくとも1つの前記欄干柱の前記踏段とは反対側の端面には、前記カバー部材が挿入されて前記カバー部材の浮き上がりを防止する浮き上がり防止溝が設けられている請求項1記載の乗客コンベアの欄干装置。
- 前記止め金は、止め金固定ねじにより前記欄干柱に固定されており、
前記止め金には、前記止め金固定ねじを通す止め金固定ねじ用長孔が設けられている請求項1又は請求項2に記載の乗客コンベアの欄干装置。 - 前記カバー部材は、前記アウタデッキ上に重ねられて前記隙間を塞ぐカバー本体と、前記カバー本体の前記踏段側の端部から下方へ突出したカバー固定部とを有しており、
前記カバー固定部は、前記止め金に重ねられ、カバー用締結具を介して前記止め金に固定されている請求項3記載の乗客コンベアの欄干装置。
