- 탑승용 기구에 있어서,조향 및 틸팅 조작을 하는 핸들 조작부;상기 핸들 조작부의 하방에 위치되는 하나의 구동륜과, 상기 핸들 조작부로부터 종동륜을 향해 연장된 틸팅 바디를 갖는 틸팅 본체부;상기 틸팅 바디의 끝단에 결합되고, 두 개의 상기 종동륜이 회전 가능하게 결합되며, 미리 정해진 위치에 설치되는 제1지지바를 갖는 고정 본체부; 및일단은 상기 틸팅 바디에 결합되고 타단은 하방 회동시 상기 제1지지바 상에 놓이며, 동력전달부재를 통해 상기 구동륜에 구동력을 제공하는 한 쌍의 페달부;를 포함하되,상기 핸들 조작부가 일측으로 기울어지는 경우 상기 고정 본체부는 기울어지지 않지만 상기 틸팅 본체부 및 상기 페달부가 함께 기울어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 틸팅 가능한 삼륜 탑승용 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 틸팅 바디 상에 상기 제1지지바와 나란하게 설치되어 상기 핸들 조작부, 상기 틸팅 본체부 및 상기 페달부와 함께 일측으로 기울어지는 제2지지바;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 틸팅 가능한 삼륜 탑승용 기구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 페달부는,각각의 일단이 상기 틸팅 바디의 일단 중앙의 좌,우측에서 핀 결합되고, 타단으로 갈수록 점점 사이가 벌어지는 좌,우측 페달; 및상기 좌측 페달 및 상기 우측 페달의 각각의 타단 상부에 설치되는 좌,우측 발판;을 포함하되,상기 좌,우측 발판은 하방 회동 완료시 상기 제1지지바에 얹혀있는 상기 좌,우측 페달의 타단 부위와, 상기 좌,우측 페달의 일단이 결합되는 상기 틸팅 바디의 중심점에서 상기 좌,우측 페달의 타단 부위를 향해 각각 연장된 가상의 페달 직선 상에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 틸팅 가능한 삼륜 탑승용 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 틸팅 본체부 및 상기 페달부가 일측으로 기울어지는 경우, 기울어지는 내측의 상기 페달부의 타단은 상기 제1지지바에 얹혀진 상태로 유지되고, 외측의 상기 페달부의 타단은 탑승자의 체중으로 인한 눌림으로 인해 상기 제1지지바에 닿은 상태로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 틸팅 가능한 삼륜 탑승용 기구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 틸팅 가능한 삼륜 탑승용 기구는 상기 페달부의 조작 없이 직진 주행 및 정지시, 탑승자의 체중이 상기 한 쌍의 페달부 중 어느 일측으로 이동을 하더라도 상기 핸들 조작부 및 상기 틸팅 본체부는 기울어지지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 틸팅 가능한 삼륜 탑승용 기구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 페달부의 타단이 놓여지는 상기 제1지지바에 구비되어, 상기 틸팅 본체부가 기울어지는 경우 상기 페달부 타단의 전후 이동을 용이하게 하는 회전부재;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 틸팅 가능한 삼륜 탑승용 기구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,일단은 상기 틸팅 바디에 그리고 타단은 상기 제1지지바에 각각 고정결합되어 상기 핸들 조작부와 상기 틸팅 본체부가 일측으로 기울어지지 않도록 하는 기울임 방지부재;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 틸팅 가능한 삼륜 탑승용 기구.
