- 다수의 기공을 포함하는 다공성 구조로 형성되고, 24℃ 및 25% RH의 조건에서 투습도(Water vapor transmission rate)가 2,000g/m2·24h 내지 3,500g/m2·24h이고, 기공률이 10% 내지 60%인아크릴계 점착 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기공의 평균 크기가 500nm 내지 100㎛인아크릴계 점착 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,두께가 10㎛ 내지 100㎛인아크릴계 점착 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,수성 아크릴계 점착 조성물이 발포 및 열경화를 진행하여 상기 다공성 구조로 형성된아크릴계 점착 시트.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 수성 아크릴계 점착 조성물이 아크릴계 수지, 계면활성제, 열 발포제, 물, 기타 첨가제 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는아크릴계 점착 시트.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 수성 아크릴계 점착 조성물이 별도의 가교제를 더 포함하거나, 또는 포함하지 않는아크릴계 점착 시트.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 수성 아크릴계 점착 조성물이 상기 아크릴계 수지를 40 중량% 내지 70 중량%로 포함하는아크릴계 점착 시트.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 수성 아크릴계 점착 조성물이 계면활성제를 1 중량% 내지 10 중량%로 포함하는아크릴계 점착 시트.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 계면활성제가 양이온성 계면활성제, 음이온성 계면활성제, 양쪽성 계면활성제, 비이온성 계면활성제 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는아크릴계 점착 시트.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 아크릴계 수지는 2종 이상의 아크릴계 모노머를 포함하는 공중합성 모노머 성분이 중합되어 형성되고,상기 아크릴계 수지를 형성하는 총 공중합성 모노머 중 아크릴산의 함량이 0.7 중량% 내지 2 중량%인아크릴계 점착 시트.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 아크릴계 수지를 형성하는 총 공중합성 모노머 중 메틸 메타크릴레이트의 함량이 0 중량% 초과 내지 10 중량%인아크릴계 점착 시트.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 수성 아크릴계 점착 조성물의 점도가 25℃에서 1,000cp 내지 10,000cp인아크릴계 점착 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제12 중 어느 한 항에 따른 아크릴계 점착 시트를 포함하는 의료용 점착 테이프.
- 이형 필름 상에 수성 아크릴계 점착 조성물을 도포하는 단계;도포된 수성 아크릴계 점착 조성물에 대해 순차적으로 제1 온도(T1), 제2 온도(T2), 제3 온도(T3) 및 제4 온도(T4)에서, 발포 및 열경화를 수행하여 상기 이형 필름 상에 아크릴계 점착 시트를 형성하는 단계; 및상기 아크릴계 점착 시트의 일면 상에 기재를 부착하는 단계;를 포함하고,상기 제1 온도 내지 상기 제4 온도가, 제1 온도(T1)<제3 온도(T3)<제2 온도(T2), 및 제3 온도(T3)≥제4 온도(T4)의 관계를 만족하는의료용 점착 테이프의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 제1 온도는 0℃ 내지 80℃로 형성하는의료용 점착 테이프의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 제2 온도는 150℃ 내지 200℃로 형성하는의료용 점착 테이프의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 제3 온도를 90℃ 내지 120℃로 형성하는의료용 점착 테이프의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 제4 온도를 30℃ 내지 120℃로 형성하는의료용 점착 테이프의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 제1 온도, 상기 제2 온도, 상기 제3 온도 및 제4 온도 각각에서 발포 및 열경화를 0.5분 내지 3분 동안 수행하는의료용 점착 테이프의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,아크릴계 수지, 계면활성제, 열 발포제, 물, 기타 첨가제 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 2종 이상을 혼합하여 수성 아크릴계 점착 조성물을 형성하는 단계;를 더 포함하고,상기 수성 아크릴계 점착 조성물에 별도의 가교제를 더 혼합하거나, 또는 혼합하지 않는의료용 점착 테이프의 제조방법.
