Description
通常、粘着テープは基材シート上に粘着剤を塗布して形成することができ、粘着剤そのものは透湿性が非常に低いため、長期間皮膚に貼り付ける場合、皮膚から発生する水分等が排出されず、そのため、水分により皮膚の角質層が水和して爛れまたは浸軟(maceration)等が発生する。
本発明の他の実現例において、前記アクリル系粘着シートを含む医療用粘着テープを提供する。
また、本発明が解決しようとする技術的課題は以上に言及した課題に制限されず、言及していないまた他の課題は下記の記載によって通常の技術者に明らかに理解できるものである。
前記アクリル系粘着シートの厚さは約10μm〜約100μmであってもよい。
アクリル系粘着シートは、水性アクリル系粘着組成物が発泡及び熱硬化を行って前記多孔性構造に形成されてもよい。
前記水性アクリル系粘着組成物は別途の架橋剤をさらに含むか、または含まなくてもよい。
前記水性アクリル系粘着組成物は、界面活性剤を約1重量%〜約10重量%で含んでもよい。
前記アクリル系樹脂は2種以上のアクリル系モノマーを含む共重合性モノマー成分が重合して形成され、前記アクリル系樹脂を形成する全体共重合性モノマー中のアクリル酸の含量は約0.7重量%〜約2重量%であってもよい。
前記水性アクリル系粘着組成物の粘度は、約25℃で約1,000cp〜約10,000cpであってもよい。
本発明のまた他の実現例において、離型フィルム上に水性アクリル系粘着組成物を塗布するステップ、塗布された水性アクリル系粘着組成物に対して順次第1温度(T1)、第2温度(T2)、第3温度(T3)及び第4温度(T4)で発泡及び熱硬化を行って前記離型フィルム上にアクリル系粘着シートを形成するステップ、及び前記アクリル系粘着シートの一面上に基材を貼り付けるステップを含み、前記第1温度〜前記第4温度は、第1温度(T1)<第3温度(T3)<第2温度(T2)、及び第3温度(T3)≧第4温度(T4)の関係を満たす医療用粘着テープの製造方法を提供する。
前記第2温度は約150℃〜約200℃に形成してもよい。
前記第3温度は約90℃〜約120℃に形成してもよい。
前記第4温度は約30℃〜約120℃に形成してもよい。
前記第1温度、前記第2温度、前記第3温度及び前記第4温度の各々で発泡及び熱硬化を約0.5分間〜約3分間行ってもよい。

前記共重合性モノマー成分は、例えば、アルキル基含有(メタ)アクリレート、ヒドロキシ基含有(メタ)アクリレート、カルボキシル基含有(メタ)アクリレート及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択された少なくとも一つを含むことができる。
前記アクリル系樹脂を形成する全体共重合性モノマー中の前記アクリル酸の含量は、例えば、約0.7重量%〜約2重量%であってもよい。前記範囲内の含量でアクリル酸を含むことにより、前記水性アクリル系粘着組成物の粘度が適切に調節され、優れた基材密着性及び優れた剥離力を同時に実現することができる。
前記アクリル系樹脂を形成する全体共重合性モノマー中の前記メチルメタクリレートの含量は、例えば、約0重量%超過〜約10重量%であってもよい。前記メチルメタクリレートは、アルファ炭素にメチル基が結合された構造により発泡できる発泡空間がより広いため、前記範囲内の含量で含むことによって発泡空間が十分に確保されるので、前記アクリル系粘着シートは十分に高い透湿性及び適切な気孔率を有する多孔性構造に容易に形成されることができる。
前記水性アクリル系粘着組成物は別途の架橋剤をさらに含むか、または含まなくてもよい。
図1は、前記医療用粘着テープ100の断面図を概略的に示す。前記医療用粘着テープ100は、基材120、及び前記基材120の一面上に積層された前記アクリル系粘着シート110を含む。
前記製造方法は、離型フィルム上に水性アクリル系粘着組成物を塗布するステップ(S1)、塗布された水性アクリル系粘着組成物に対して順次第1温度(T1)、第2温度(T2)、第3温度(T3)及び第4温度(T4)で発泡及び熱硬化を行って前記離型フィルム上にアクリル系粘着シートを形成するステップ(S2)、及び前記アクリル系粘着シートの一面上に基材を貼り付けるステップ(S3)を含み、前記第1温度〜前記第4温度は、第1温度(T1)<第3温度(T3)<第2温度(T2)、及び第3温度(T3)≧第4温度(T4)の関係を満たす。
このように、前記製造方法は、前記発泡及び熱硬化を行う間、温度条件を所定の時間間隔ごとに適切に調節して行うことによって、前記製造方法により製造された医療用粘着テープに含まれたアクリル系粘着シートは、高温の工程を適用する時間が適切に減少して前記アクリル系樹脂の損傷を効果的に防止し、且つ、発泡及び熱硬化反応が十分に進行するという利点がある。
前記製造方法において、離型フィルム上に水性アクリル系粘着組成物を塗布することができる。前記離型フィルムは、例えば、熱可塑性プラスチックフィルムであってもよく、例えば、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(Polyethylene Terephthalate、PET)フィルムであってもよいが、これに制限されるものではない。
以下、本発明の具体的な実施例を提示する。但し、下記に記載された実施例は本発明を具体的に例示または説明するためのものに過ぎず、これにより本発明が制限されるものではない。
アクリル酸(Acrylic Acid(AA))0.7重量%、メチルメタクリレート(Methyl Methacrylate(MMA))3重量%、エチルヘキシルアクリレート(Ethylhexyl Acrylate(EHA))13重量%、エチルアクリレート(Ethyl Acrylate(EA))12重量%及びブチルアクリレート(Butyl Acrylate(BA))30重量%を含む共重合性モノマー成分を重合させ、重量平均分子量10,000,000g/molのアクリル系樹脂を形成した。
前記第1温度は80℃、前記第2温度は156℃、前記第3温度は100℃、前記第4温度は60℃であり、前記各温度で発泡及び熱硬化を3分間行った。
その次、前記アクリル系粘着シートの一面に紙材質の基材を貼り付けて医療用粘着テープを製造した。
実施例1と同様の条件及び方法により水性アクリル系粘着組成物を準備した。
その次、75μm厚さのPET材質の離型フィルム上に前記水性アクリル系粘着組成物を130μm厚さで塗布し、発泡及び熱硬化を行い、前記発泡及び熱硬化を行う間、温度を一定に維持し、180℃で6分間行って、前記離型フィルム上に75μm厚さのアクリル系粘着シートを製造した。
その次、前記アクリル系粘着シートの一面に紙材質の基材を貼り付けて医療用粘着テープを製造した。
実施例1と同様の条件及び方法により水性アクリル系粘着組成物を準備した。
その次、75μm厚さのPET材質の離型フィルム上に前記水性アクリル系粘着組成物を130μm厚さで塗布し、発泡及び熱硬化を行い、前記発泡及び熱硬化を行う間、温度を一度下げ、順次第1温度、及び第2温度で行って、前記離型フィルム上に75μm厚さのアクリル系粘着シートを製造した。
前記第1温度は120℃、前記第2温度は180℃であり、前記各温度で発泡及び熱硬化を6分間行った。
その次、前記アクリル系粘着シートの一面に紙材質の基材を貼り付けて医療用粘着テープを製造した。
前記実施例1、及び前記比較例1、2による医療用粘着テープに含まれたアクリル系粘着シートの物性を評価し、下記の表1に示す。
(透湿度)
測定方法:ASTM E 96の条件に従ってwater methodによって測定した。
具体的には、各々のアクリル系粘着シートを切って46mm直径を有する円形のサンプルを準備し、前記各サンプルを恒温恒湿チャンバーに入れる前の重さである初期重さを測定し、その次に恒温恒湿チャンバーで40℃及び20RH%の条件下で24時間放置した後の重さである後期重さを測定して、下記式2により透湿度を計算した。

透湿度(g/m2・24h)=(初期重さ−後期重さ)/面積
測定方法:各々のアクリル系粘着シートを切って5cm×5cm×50μm大きさのサンプルを準備し、前記サンプルの体積を計算し、質量を測定した後、前記質量を前記体積で分けて各々の密度を計算した。
測定方法:前述した密度測定方法と同様の方法により前記各アクリル系粘着シートの質量及び体積を測定して、発泡されたアクリル系粘着シートの密度(d2)を計算した。
また、実施例1に対して窒素気体を注入しないことを除いては同一成分を含むアクリル系粘着組成物を光硬化させ、非発泡のアクリル系粘着シートを製造した。また、比較例1に対して発泡剤を混合しないことを除いては同一成分を含むアクリル系粘着組成物を光硬化させ、非発泡のアクリル系粘着シートを製造し、また、発泡剤を混合しないことを除いては比較例2と同一成分を含むアクリル系粘着組成物を熱硬化させ、非発泡のアクリル系粘着シートを製造した。
このように、計算された発泡されたアクリル系粘着シートの密度(d2)及び非発泡のアクリル系粘着シートの密度(d1)を下記計算式1に代入して気孔率を計算した。

Claims (17)
- 複数の気孔を含む多孔性構造からなり、24℃及び25%RHの条件で透湿度(Water vapor transmission rate)が2,000g/m2・24h〜3,500g/m2・24hであり、気孔率が10%〜60%であるアクリル系粘着シートであって、
水性アクリル系粘着組成物が発泡及び熱硬化を進行して前記多孔性構造に形成され、
アクリル系樹脂が2種以上のアクリル系モノマーを含む共重合性モノマー成分が重合して形成され、
前記アクリル系樹脂を形成する全体共重合性モノマー中のアクリル酸の含量は0.7重量%〜2重量%であり、
前記全体共重合性モノマー中のメチルメタクリレートの含量は0重量%超過〜10重量%である、アクリル系粘着シート。 - 前記気孔の平均大きさは500nm〜100μmである、請求項1に記載のアクリル系粘着シート。
- 厚さが10μm〜100μmである、請求項1に記載のアクリル系粘着シート。
- 前記水性アクリル系粘着組成物は、界面活性剤、熱発泡剤、水、その他の添加剤及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択された一つを含む、請求項1に記載のアクリル系粘着シート。
- 前記水性アクリル系粘着組成物は別途の架橋剤をさらに含むか、または含まない、請求項4に記載のアクリル系粘着シート。
- 前記水性アクリル系粘着組成物は、アクリル系樹脂を40重量%〜70重量%で含む、請求項1に記載のアクリル系粘着シート。
- 前記水性アクリル系粘着組成物は、界面活性剤を1重量%〜10重量%で含む、請求項1に記載のアクリル系粘着シート。
- 前記界面活性剤は、カチオン性界面活性剤、アニオン性界面活性剤、両性界面活性剤、非イオン性界面活性剤及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択された少なくとも一つを含む、請求項7に記載のアクリル系粘着シート。
- 前記水性アクリル系粘着組成物の粘度は、25℃で1,000cp〜10,000cpである、請求項1に記載のアクリル系粘着シート。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のアクリル系粘着シートを含む医療用粘着テープ。
- 離型フィルム上に水性アクリル系粘着組成物を塗布するステップ、
塗布された水性アクリル系粘着組成物に対して順次第1温度(T1)、第2温度(T2)、第3温度(T3)及び第4温度(T4)で発泡及び熱硬化を行って前記離型フィルム上に請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のアクリル系粘着シートを形成するステップ、及び
前記アクリル系粘着シートの一面上に基材を貼り付けるステップを含み、
前記第1温度〜前記第4温度は、第1温度(T1)<第3温度(T3)<第2温度(T2)、及び第3温度(T3)≧ 第4温度(T4)の関係を満たす医療用粘着テープの製造方法。 - 前記第1温度は0℃〜80℃に形成する、請求項11に記載の医療用粘着テープの製造方法。
- 前記第2温度は150℃〜200℃に形成する、請求項11に記載の医療用粘着テープの製造方法。
- 前記第3温度は90℃〜120℃に形成する、請求項11に記載の医療用粘着テープの製造方法。
- 前記第4温度は30℃〜120℃に形成する、請求項11に記載の医療用粘着テープの製造方法。
- 前記第1温度、前記第2温度、前記第3温度及び前記第4温度の各々で発泡及び熱硬化を0.5分間〜3分間行う、請求項11に記載の医療用粘着テープの製造方法。
- アクリル系樹脂、界面活性剤、熱発泡剤、水、その他の添加剤及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択された少なくとも2種以上を混合して水性アクリル系粘着組成物を形成するステップをさらに含み、
前記水性アクリル系粘着組成物に別途の架橋剤をさらに混合するか、または混合しない、請求項11に記載の医療用粘着テープの製造方法。
