Abstract
Description
転写終了と同時に、塗膜転写具を被転写面から離間することによって、被転写面に転写された塗膜と、未転写の転写テープ側の塗膜とを切断することになるが、このときに、「糸引き」という現象が発生する場合がある。この糸引き現象は、塗膜が良好に切断されずに、転写テープが必要以上に供給リールから引出されたり、被転写面に転写した塗膜の一部が剥離する現象である。この現象は、塗膜転写具を被転写面から離間する際に供給リールが回転してしまう場合があることに起因することが多い。
このような構成とすると、被転写面への転写作業を終了すると同時に、確実に供給リールの回転を制止して、転写テープの切断を良好にし、糸引き現象を防止することができる。
このような構成とすると、前記(1)項の効果が奏される塗膜転写具を容易に提供することができる。

このような構成とすると、ベース部材が板状体であるため、変形することがなく供給リールを確実に制止することができるとともに、ベース部材を供給リールおよび巻取リールと干渉することなく回動させることができ、かつ筐体の設計寸法に対する対応性が良好であり、筐体の設計自由度を拘束することもない。
図1は、本発明の実施例である塗膜転写具1を、筐体2を透明として表わした上方斜視図であり、図2は、同じく下方斜視図である。図5は、右上方から見た塗膜転写具1の縮小して示す分解斜視図であり、図6は、同じく左上方から見た分解斜視図である。
止めボタン8の弾性係止片8bにスプリング10、供給リール用ギア9を順次、外嵌して前記係止部8aをもって抜け止めした後に、止めボタン8がスプリング10とともに、供給リール4内に組付けされて、筐体部材2aに立設された供給リール用支軸11に枢支される。筐体部材2aの内面における前記供給リール用支軸11の回りには、輪状に係止歯12が設けられており、供給リール用ギア9の裏面側に設けられた弾性ラチェット爪9a(図6参照)が前記係止歯12に係止することにより、塗膜転写具1の使用時における供給リール用ギア9の逆回転が阻止される。
供給リール4の内面には、回転軸線方向のリブ状被係止部4aが設けられており、このリブ状被係止部4aに止めボタン8の頭部係止部8dが係止することにより、止めボタン8と供給リール4は一体的に回転するようになっている。
また、小ギア21は、筐体部材2aに対面する面に、コインやクリップなどで操作できる凹溝21aが設けられており、筐体部材2aの操作孔2cを介して外方から、転写テープ3のたるみを取るための巻送り操作ができるようになっている。
ベース部材16は、前後方向に長い板状体からなり、周縁に補強用のリブ16aが設けられている。ベース部材16の前半部には、前記ベース部材用支軸15を挿通させるための支軸用挿通孔16bが穿設され、その後方には巻取リール用支軸13、後半部には供給リール用支軸11をそれぞれ挿通させるための支軸用挿通孔16c、16dが設けられている。供給リール用支軸11と巻取リール用支軸13を挿通させるための支軸用挿通孔16d、16cは、ベース部材16が、後記する供給リール4の回転阻止とその解除に必要な範囲でベース部材用支軸15の回りに回動しうるように、長孔に形成されている。
一方、供給リール4には、前記係止爪16eが係止しうる被係止歯17aを円周縁に設けたフランジ17が一体的に取付けられている。このフランジ17は、供給リール4の成形時に一体的に形成されてもよい。本明細書においては、前記フランジ17が供給リール4に取付けられる場合も含めて、供給リール4にフランジ17が一体的に形成されると称する。また、一体的に形成とは、供給リール4とフランジ17とが一体として回転することをも意味する。
フランジ17の裏面には、切欠き17bを有する取付片17cが設けられている。この取付片17cの切欠き17bに、図9に示すように、供給リール4のリブ状被係止部4aを係止させることにより、供給リール4とフランジ17とは一体として回転するように組付けされる。
本実施例においても、転写ヘッド5は、ベース部材16と、ベース部材16に固定されるベースカバー18間に、枢軸5aをもってベース部材16に取付けられている。また、筐体2には、転写ヘッド5に掛け渡された転写テープ3を保護するためのヘッドカバー19が取付けられている。
ベース部材16は、前記転写ヘッド5と回転制止部としての係止爪16e間において、筐体2に設けられたベース部材用支軸15に回動可能に支持されている。ベース部材用支軸15の周囲には、ベース部材16の係止爪16eを、フランジ17の被係止歯17aに係止させる方向にベース部材16を回動させるように付勢するための弾性復帰機構としてのばね部材20を固定するためのばね用ボス16fが設けられている。
図3に示すように、ばね部材20は、ベース部材16と筐体2間に介在するように設けられており、塗膜転写具1の不使用時においては、ベース部材16は、係止爪16eがフランジ17の被係止歯17aに係止する方向にばね部材20によって付勢されており、フランジ17と一体的に回動する供給リール4は直接に回転が制止されている。なお、本明細書において、供給リール4の回転を直接に制止とは、摩擦力を介さずに供給リール4の回転が制止されることを称する。
また、ベース部材16における周縁の補強用リブ16aも必ずしも必要ではなく、たとえば厚めの板状体や波状板状体をもってベース部材を構成してもよい。

Claims (6)
- 筐体内に転写テープを巻装した供給リールと、前記供給リールから引出された転写テープを被転写面に転写する転写ヘッドと、転写後の転写テープを巻取る巻取リールと、供給リールと巻取リールを連動させる動力伝達機構とを少なくとも備える塗膜転写具において、
前端に転写ヘッドが一体的に取付けられ、後半部に供給リールの回転を直接に制止し得る回転制止部を有するベース部材を、前記転写ヘッドと回転制止部間において、筐体の所定位置に設けられたベース部材用支軸に回動可能に支持するとともに、前記ベース部材と前記筐体間に弾性復帰機構を介在させることにより、被転写面への転写ヘッドの押圧時には、ベース部材が回動することで供給リールの回転制止が解除され、転写ヘッドの押圧解除時には前記弾性復帰機構により、ベース部材が元の位置に復帰して供給リールの回転が制止されるようにしたことを特徴とする塗膜転写具。 - ベース部材における回転制止部が、供給リールに一体的に形成されたフランジの円周縁に設けられた被係止歯に係止しうる係止爪であり、被転写面への転写ヘッドの押圧時には、ベース部材が回動することで前記被係止歯と前記係止爪との係止が解かれることにより、供給リールの回転制止が解除され、転写ヘッドの押圧解除時には、弾性復帰機構により、ベース部材が元の位置に復帰して、前記被係止歯に前記係止爪が係止されることにより、供給リールの回転が制止されるようにした請求項1記載の塗膜転写具。
- 弾性復帰機構を、ベース部材と筐体間に設置されたばね部材によって、ベース部材を、当該ベース部材の回転制止部が供給リールの回転を制止する方向に回動させるように付勢するものとした請求項1または2に記載の塗膜転写具。
- 弾性復帰機構を、ベース部材に設けたばね機能部が筐体に当接、または筐体に設けたばね機能部がベース部材に当接することによって、ベース部材を、当該ベース部材の回転制止部が供給リールの回転を制止する方向に回動させるように付勢するものとした請求項1または2に記載の塗膜転写具。
- ベース部材の前端に一体的に設けられた転写ヘッドの前端から、前記ベース部材が支持されるベース部材用支軸までの距離よりも、前記ベース部材用支軸からベース部材の後半部に設けられた回転制止部までの距離が長くなるようにした請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の塗膜転写具。
- ベース部材を板状体とするとともに、供給リールと巻取リールのそれぞれを回転可能に支持するために筐体に設けられた供給リール用支軸、巻取リール用支軸のそれぞれを挿通させるための支軸用挿通孔を前記ベース部材に設け、かつ前記ベース部材が、供給リールの回転制止とその解除に必要な範囲でベース部材用支軸の回りに回動しうるように、前記支軸用挿通孔を長孔に、または前記支軸用挿通孔の径を大きく形成した請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の塗膜転写具。
