(1)筐体内に転写テープを巻装した供給リールと、前記供給リールから引出された転写テープを被転写面に転写する転写ヘッドと、転写後の転写テープを巻取る巻取リールと、供給リールと巻取リールを連動させる動力伝達機構とを少なくとも備える塗膜転写具において、前端に転写ヘッドが一体的、またはカートリッジ式に交換可能に取付けられ、後半部に供給リールの回転を制止し得る供給リール用係止爪を有する回転制止部材が、一体的または連係して作動するように配設されてなるベース部材を、前記転写ヘッドと回転制止部材間において、筐体の所定位置に設けられたベース部材枢支部に回動可能に支持するとともに、前記ベース部材と前記筐体間に弾性復帰機構を介在させることにより、被転写面への転写ヘッドの押圧時には、ベース部材が回動することで供給リールの回転制止が解除され、転写ヘッドの押圧解除時には前記弾性復帰機構により、ベース部材が元の位置に復帰して供給リールの回転が制止されるように構成され、かつ前記転写テープを前記被転写面に押圧するための前記転写ヘッドにおける前端の押圧縁部の方向と、供給リールおよび巻取リールの回転支軸とが実質的に直交して設けられてなることを特徴とする横引型塗膜転写具とする。
また、好ましい態様として、塗膜転写具の不使用時には、巻取リールの回転が制止されているとともに、使用時においては、巻取リールの回転抵抗を軽減し、かつ弾性ラチェット爪の当接によって生ずる音の発生を防止しうる横引型塗膜転写具を提供することができる。
図1は、本発明の横引型塗膜転写具1の第1実施例を示す斜視図であり、(a)は上方斜視図、(b)は下方斜視図である。図2は、図1に示す横引型塗膜転写具1の上方斜視分解図、図3は、同じく、図1に示す横引型塗膜転写具1の下方斜視分解図である。なお、転写ヘッドで被転写面に押圧される転写テープについては、一部の図面を除き省略してある。
供給リール用ギア7の回転軸7bは上半部において外周面がほぼ等間隔に切削されて4箇所の平面部7cが形成されているとともに、第1スペーサ10と第2スペーサ12の内孔10a、12aは平面視において角部が弧状の四辺形状となっており、前記第1スペーサ10と第2スペーサ12を前記供給リール用ギア7の回転軸7bに回転不能に嵌合させることができ、供給リール用ギア7と圧縮スプリング9と第1スペーサ10と第2スペーサ12が一体的に回転するようになっている。
図3に示すように、巻取リール6には巻取リール用ギア14が付設されている。供給リール用ギア7と巻取リール用ギア14間には、第1小ギア15および第2小ギア16が設けられており、供給リール用ギア7と第1小ギア15、第1小ギア15と第2小ギア16、第2小ギア16と巻取リール用ギア14が、それぞれ歯合している。これらの供給リール用ギア7、第1小ギア15、第2小ギア16、巻取リール用ギア14からなる動力伝達機構17を介して、前記摩擦力により、巻取リール6は供給リール4と連動し、巻取リール6の回転トルクを発生するようになっている。
フランジ18の裏面には、切欠き18aを有する取付片18bが設けられている。この取付片18bの切欠き18aに、供給リール4のリブ状被係止部4aを係止させることにより、供給リール4とフランジ18とは一体として回転するように組付けられる。
なお、本明細書において、供給リールの回転が制止されるとは、少なくとも供給リールに巻装された転写テープが引出される方向の回転が制止されることを称し、巻取リールの回転が制止されるとは、少なくとも転写テープが巻取られる方向と反対方向の回転が制止されることを称する。
図5は、前端に転写ヘッド5が取り付けられ、後半部に回転制止部材20が配置されているベース部材19を示す図であり、(a)は上方斜視図、(b)は平面図、(c)は(a)における破線円c内の部分拡大図、(d)、(e)は、それぞれ(b)におけるd-d線矢視縦断面図、e-e線矢視縦断面図である。
図5(a)、(b)に示すように、ベース部材19の前端に転写ヘッド5が取付けられ、後半部に回転制止部材20が配設されている。
さらに前記支軸19aの後方には、後記するように筐体部材2bに立設された圧縮ばね用ピン22に外嵌するとともに、弾性復帰機構23としての圧縮ばね23aを嵌入するための上下方向の下方が開口する非貫通の孔部19b(図6参照)が設けられている。
図7は、不使用時の状態を示し、(a)は、筐体部材を仮想線で示した横引型塗膜転写具、(b)、(c)、(d)、(e)は、それぞれ(a)におけるb-b線矢視縦断面図、c-c線矢視縦断面図、d-d線矢視縦断面図、e-e線矢視縦断面図である。図8は、横引型塗膜転写具の使用時の状態を示し、(a)は、筐体部材を仮想線で示した横引型塗膜転写具、(b)、(c)、(d)、(e)は、それぞれ(a)におけるb-b線矢視縦断面図、c-c線矢視縦断面図、d-d線矢視縦断面図、e-e線矢視縦断面図である。図9は、横引型塗膜転写具の不使用時の状態を示し、(a)は上方斜視正面図、(b)は(a)の右側面図、(c)は筐体を省略した右側面図、(d)は(c)における円d内の部分拡大図、(e)は(c)における円e内の部分拡大図である。図10は、横引型塗膜転写具の使用時の状態を示し、(a)は上方斜視正面図、(b)は(a)の右側面図、(c)は筐体を省略した右側面図、(d)は(c)における円d内の部分拡大図、(e)は(c)における円e内の部分拡大図である。
また、図6、図7(c)、図8(c)に示すように、圧縮ばね23aが、筐体部材2bに立設された圧縮ばね用ピン22に外嵌されるとともに、これらの圧縮ばね用ピン22と圧縮ばね23aが、ベース部材19の孔部19b内に嵌入されている。圧縮ばね23aは、下端が筐体部材2bの底面、上端が孔部19bの天面19cに、それぞれ当接しており、図6において、ベース部材19を反時計向きに回動させるような付勢力を与えるように作用する。
このような構成とすることにより、不使用時のたるみを取る際にも、巻取リール6のフランジ6bの被係止歯6cの形状は、ラチェット形状となっており、巻取方向には回転可能で、逆回転方向には回転不可となっているため、供給リール用係止爪20aと供給リール4のフランジ18の被係止歯18cの係止が解除されない状態で、筐体部材26に設けられた開口窓2e(図3参照)を通して、供給リール用ギア7を回転させることにより、供給リール4の回転が停止した状態のまま巻取リール6を回転させることが可能となり、転写テープ3のたるみを取ることができる。
このような構成とすることにより、供給リール4及び巻取リール6の回転トルクを大きく設定することなく不使用時に供給リール4の回転を制止させられるので、供給リール4及び巻取リール6の回転トルクを小さく設定しても転写終了時に、いわゆる「糸引き」現象を発生しにくくできる。その結果、使い心地の軽い横引型塗膜転写具1を実現できる。
また、ベース部材19は、圧縮ばね23aによって後端部(回転制止部材20)が常に上側に付勢され、不使用時には供給リール4の回転を制止している。しかし、使用時に転写ヘッド5の下面が被転写面に押圧されると、ベース部材19はシーソーのような動きで後端部が供給リール4から離れて供給リール4の回転制止が解除されるので、塗膜の転写をスムーズに行える。次いで、塗膜の転写を終えて転写ヘッド5を被転写面から離した場合には、ベース部材19は圧縮ばね23aによって常時後端が押し上げられているため、ベース部材19の後端側に配置された回転制止部材20により供給リール4の動きがロックされ、供給リール4の回転が制止される。これにより、塗膜の転写が終了した後に、横引型塗膜転写具1を被転写面から離して塗膜が切断される際に、供給リール4が塗膜の切断による力で前方に引っ張られて回転することを防げる。よって、塗膜をきれいに切断できる。
図11は、第2実施例の横引型塗膜転写具30の斜視図であり、(a)は上方斜視図、(b)は下方斜視図である。図12は、図11に示す横引型塗膜転写具30の上方斜視分解図、図13は、下方斜視分解図である。
第2実施例の横引型塗膜転写具30は、第1実施例の横引型塗膜転写具1と比較して、一体的に構成される転写ヘッド31、ベース部材32、回転制止部材33の具体的構成が異なるのみで、その他は基本的に第1実施例の横引型塗膜転写具1と同様である。
すなわち、1対の筐体部材34a、34bからなる筐体34内に、第1実施例の横引型塗膜転写具1と同様にして、転写テープ35を巻装した供給リール36、巻取リール37、供給リール用ギア38、圧縮スプリング39、第1スペーサ40、弾性体ストッパ41、第2スペーサ42、フランジ43、巻取リール用ギア44、第1小ギア45、第2小ギア46が組付けられる。
また、第1実施例においては、ベース部材19が、転写ヘッド5の長さ方向の軸線5bと、巻取リール6回転支軸との間の空間内に配設されていたが、第2実施例においては、このような構成になっていないため、筐体がやや大きくなっている。
図15は、横引型塗膜転写具30の使用時の状態を示し、(a)は上方斜視図、(b)は(a)の右側面図、(c)は筐体と巻取リール等を省略した右側面図、(d)は(c)における円d内の部分拡大図である。
また、使用後に転写ヘッド31の被転写面への押圧解除にともない、圧縮ばね47により、ベース部材32が元の位置に復帰して、供給リール36の回転が制止される。
図16は、第3実施例の横引型塗膜転写具50の斜視図であり、(a)は上方斜視図、(b)は下方斜視図である。図17は、図16に示す横引型塗膜転写具50の上方斜視分解図、図18は、下方斜視分解図である。
すなわち、1対の筐体部材54a、54bからなる筐体54内に、第1実施例の横引型塗膜転写具1と同様にして、転写テープ55を巻装した供給リール56、巻取リール57、供給リール用ギア58、圧縮スプリング59、第1スペーサ60、弾性体ストッパ61、第2スペーサ62、フランジ63、巻取リール用ギア64、第1小ギア65、第2小ギア66が組付けられる。
図19は、ベース部材52と回転制止部材53の筐体54への組付けと回転制止部材53の動きを示す下方斜視図であり、(a)は不使用時、(b)は使用時を示す。図20は回転制止部材53の拡大斜視図であり、(a)は上方斜視図、(b)は下方斜視図である。図21は、上部筐体部材54aの斜視図であり、(a)は上部筐体部材54aの天地を逆にした上方斜視図、(b)は(a)における円b内の部分拡大図である。図22は、ベース部材52と回転制止部材53の組付けを示す部分拡大上方斜視図である。
図20(b)に示すように、軸筒体53eの下部には、登り勾配の曲線溝53kが設けられている。
ベース部材52の後端上部には、半球状の係止部52c(図17、図22参照)が設けられており、この係止部52cが回転制止部材53における軸筒体53eの曲線溝53kに当接するようになっている。
また、前記のように、ねじりばね67は、供給リール用係止爪53a、巻取リール用係止爪53bが、それぞれが係止する被係止歯63a、被係止歯57bとの係止が解除される方向に付勢力を与えているが、圧縮ばね70がねじりばね67よりも強い力で付勢しているために、不使用時には図19(a)に示すように、供給リール用係止爪53a、巻取リール用係止爪53bは、それぞれ被係止歯63a、被係止歯57bと係止された状態となっている。
一方、使用時には、図24に示すように、前記係止状態が解除される。
また、使用後に転写ヘッド51の被転写面Sへの押圧解除にともない、圧縮ばね70により、ベース部材52と回転制止部材53が元の位置に復帰して、再度、前記係止状態となる。
第4実施例の横引型塗膜転写具1Aは、図25及び図26に示すように、主として、転写ヘッド5A、ベース部材19A及び回転制止部材20及び弾性復帰機構194の構成等において第1実施例の横引型塗膜転写具1と異なる他は、第1実施例と同様の構成を有する。
また、第4実施例では、ベース部材19Aと一体的に構成されている巻取リール用係止爪20bは、図26に示すように、アーム状に形成され、弾性を有するように構成される。
第4実施例では、図29(b)及び図29(c)に示すように、規制部193はベース部材19Aと一体的に形成され、ベース部材19Aの下面から下方に突出するように配置される。より具体的には、規制部193は、ベース部材19Aの支軸19aの近傍における支軸19aの後方に配置される。
また、回転制止部材20による供給リール4の回転制止が解除される位置までベース部材19Aが回動した状態で、規制部193が筐体部材2bの内面に接触してベース部材19Aのこれ以上の回動が規制される。
また、回転制止部材20による供給リール4の回転制止が解除される位置までベース部材19Bが回動した状態で、規制部193が筐体部材2bの内面に接触してベース部材19Bのこれ以上の回動が規制される。
(6)また、供給リール用係止爪、巻取リール用係止爪、およびこれらの係止爪が係止する被係止歯の具体的形状は、機能を有するものであれば特に限定されない。供給リール用係止爪と、その係止爪が係止する被係止歯の具体的形状は、少なくとも供給リールに巻装された転写テープが引出される方向の回転が制止されるものであれば特に制限されない。巻取リール用係止爪と、その係止爪が係止する被係止歯の具体的形状は、少なくとも転写テープが巻取られる方向と反対方向の回転が制止されるものであれば特に制限されない。
(7)実施例では、供給リールと巻取リールの回転支軸が別体のものを示したが、本発明は、供給リールと巻取リールが同一の回転支軸で軸支されているものも含む。
(8)本発明の弾性復帰機構は、圧縮ばねに限定されず、引張ばねやその他の弾性復帰作用を有する任意のものが採用し得る。また、弾性復帰機構は、ベース体や筐体部材と一体的に形成されていてもよい。

Claims (11)
- 筐体内に転写テープを巻装した供給リールと、前記供給リールから引出された転写テープを被転写面に転写する転写ヘッドと、転写後の転写テープを巻取る巻取リールと、供給リールと巻取リールを連動させる動力伝達機構とを少なくとも備える塗膜転写具において、
前端に転写ヘッドが一体的、またはカートリッジ式に交換可能に取付けられ、後半部に供給リールの回転を制止し得る供給リール用係止爪を有する回転制止部材が、一体的または連係して作動するように配設されてなるベース部材を、前記転写ヘッドと回転制止部材間において、筐体の所定位置に設けられたベース部材枢支部に回動可能に支持するとともに、前記ベース部材と前記筐体間に弾性復帰機構を介在させることにより、被転写面への転写ヘッドの押圧時には、ベース部材が回動することで供給リールの回転制止が解除され、転写ヘッドの押圧解除時には前記弾性復帰機構により、ベース部材が元の位置に復帰して供給リールの回転が制止されるように構成され、かつ前記転写テープを前記被転写面に押圧するための前記転写ヘッドにおける前端の押圧縁部の方向と、供給リールおよび巻取リールの回転支軸とが実質的に直交して設けられてなることを特徴とする横引型塗膜転写具。 - 回転制止部材における供給リール用係止爪が、供給リールに一体的に形成されたフランジの円面上または円周縁に設けられた被係止歯に係止しうる供給リール用係止爪であり、被転写面への転写ヘッドの押圧時には、ベース部材が回動することで前記被係止歯と前記供給リール用係止爪との係止が解かれることにより、供給リールの回転制止が解除され、転写ヘッドの押圧解除時には、弾性復帰機構により、ベース部材が元の位置に復帰して、前記被係止歯に前記供給リール用係止爪が係止されることにより、供給リールの回転が制止されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の横引型塗膜転写具。
- 回転制止部材に、巻取リールに一体的に形成されたフランジの円面上または円周縁に設けられた被係止歯に係止しうる巻取リール用係止爪が設けられ、被転写面への転写ヘッドの押圧時には、ベース部材が回動することで前記被係止歯と前記巻取リール用係止爪との係止が解かれることにより、巻取リールの回転制止が解除され、転写ヘッドの押圧解除時には、弾性復帰機構により、ベース部材が元の位置に復帰して、前記被係止歯に前記巻取リール用係止爪が係止されることにより、巻取リールの回転が制止されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の横引型塗膜転写具。
- 動力伝達機構が複数のギアで構成されており、回転制止部材に、これらの複数のギアの任意のギアに設けられた被係止歯に係止しうるギア用係止爪が設けられ、被転写面への転写ヘッドの押圧時には、ベース部材が回動することで前記被係止歯と前記ギア用係止爪との係止が解かれることにより、巻取リールの回転制止が解除され、転写ヘッドの押圧解除時には、弾性復帰機構により、ベース部材が元の位置に復帰して、前記被係止歯に前記ギア用係止爪が係止されることにより、巻取リールの回転が制止されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の横引型塗膜転写具。
- 被転写面への転写ヘッドの押圧時におけるベース部材の回動によって、巻取リールのフランジの被係止歯と巻取リール用係止爪との係止、または動力伝達機構を構成する複数のギアの任意のギアに設けられた被係止歯とギア用係止爪との係止が、供給リールの被係止歯と、供給リール用係止爪との係止よりも先に解かれて、巻取リールの回転制止が解除されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2を引用する請求項3、または請求項2を引用する請求項4に記載の横引型塗膜転写具。
- 供給リール用係止爪、巻取リール用係止爪、ギア用係止爪の少なくとも1以上が、転写テープを被転写面に押圧するための転写ヘッドにおける前端の押圧縁部の方向に対して、実質的に直交する方向に突出して設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2~5のいずれかに記載の横引型塗膜転写具。
- ベース部材が、転写ヘッドの長さ方向の軸線と、巻取リールの回転支軸との間の空間内に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の横引型塗膜転写具。
- 被転写面に前記転写ヘッドを押圧した状態において、前記ベース部材が、前記回転制止部材による前記供給リールの回転制止が解除された位置から更に回動することを規制する規制部を備える請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の横引型塗膜転写具。
- 前記転写ヘッドは、該転写ヘッドの前後方向に延びる軸を回動軸として回動可能に前記ベース部材に取り付けられる請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の横引型塗膜転写具。
- 前記弾性復帰機構は、ねじりコイルばね又は引張ばねにより構成される請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の横引型塗膜転写具。
- 前記弾性復帰機構による、前記供給リールの回転制止が解除された位置から更に前記規制部により回動が規制される位置まで前記ベース部材を回動させるのに必要な荷重は、被転写面に塗膜が塗布されるために必要な荷重よりも低く設定されている請求項8~10のいずれかに記載の横引型塗膜転写具。
