射出成形では、通常、金型内に組み込まれた油圧シリンダーなどを利用して、成形品を加圧、圧縮して所定の形状にするため、回路基板や電線が歪んで変形してしまう虞がある。すなわち、射出成形にて、固体撮像素子を実装した回路基板、レンズを保持する鏡筒、固体撮像素子から出力される電気信号を外部に出力するためのコネクタ、及び回路基板とコネクタを接続する電線を樹脂にて封止する場合、封止する際の圧力によって、回路基板や電線が歪んで変形してしまう虞がある。
