Definitions
- the fluorine-containing resin film is excellent in weather resistance, contamination resistance, etc., it is used, for example, as a roofing material, a wall covering material, etc. for an outdoor exhibition hall, a sports facility, an agricultural house or the like (a fluorine-containing resin film).
- the building / structure used for roofing materials, wall coverings, etc. is hereinafter also referred to as “membrane structure building”).
- the fluorine-containing resin film has high solar transmittance, when used as a roofing material, a wall covering material, or the like, the inside is too bright or the inside temperature is too high. Therefore, it is required to increase the solar reflectance.
- the present invention provides a fluorine-containing resin composition, a coating agent, and a laminate having the following configurations [1] to [15].
- a fluorine-containing resin composition comprising the following composite particles, a fluorine-containing polymer, and a liquid medium.
- Composite particles Composite particles in which part or all of the surfaces of the aluminum particles are coated with at least one selected from the group consisting of acrylic resin and silica, and the total coating amount of acrylic resin and silica is: Composite particles having 6 to 25 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of aluminum particles and having a water surface diffusion area of 14,000 to 27,000 cm 2 / g.
- a “coating agent” is a fluid composition containing a resin component and a liquid medium, and is used to form the following resin film (the same as the following “dry resin film”). This is also called printing ink.
- the “wet resin film” refers to a film containing a resin component obtained by applying a coating agent on a substrate and a liquid medium.
- “Dry resin film” refers to a film containing a resin component obtained by removing a liquid medium from a wet resin film.
- the “resin film” means a dry resin film unless otherwise specified.
- the composite particles in the present invention are composite particles in which part or all of the surfaces of the aluminum particles are coated with at least one selected from the group consisting of acrylic resin and silica, and the coating amount of acrylic resin and silica Is a composite particle having a water surface diffusion area of 14,000 to 27,000 cm 2 / g with respect to 100 parts by mass of aluminum particles.
- Water covering area of the composite particles is preferably 16,000 ⁇ 24,000cm 2 / g, particularly preferably 16,000 ⁇ 20,000cm 2 / g.
- the water surface diffusion area of the aluminum particles is not particularly limited as long as the water surface diffusion area of the composite particles is within a desired range.
- the water covering area of the aluminum particles is preferably 16,000 ⁇ 30,000cm 2 / g, particularly preferably 18,000 ⁇ 26,000cm 2 / g.
- the water surface diffusion area of the aluminum particles is not less than the lower limit value of the above range, the resulting resin film has excellent solar reflectance, and when it is not more than the upper limit value of the above range, the resin film has excellent wet heat resistance.
- the water surface diffusion area of the aluminum particles can be measured in the same manner as the water surface diffusion area of the composite particles.
- the coating amount of the acrylic resin on the composite particles can be obtained by mixing the composite particles with a mixed acid to dissolve aluminum, and then filtering the acrylic resin that does not dissolve in the mixed acid and measuring its mass.
- the total coating amount of acrylic resin and silica is larger than the coating amount of conventional coated aluminum composite particles. By doing so, especially when a resin film is formed on a substrate containing a second fluoropolymer described later, the deterioration of the composite particles in the resin film is suppressed, which is an excellent feature that cannot be achieved by the prior art. It is thought that the solar reflectance and heat and humidity resistance can be achieved. More specifically, when a resin film is formed on a substrate containing the second fluoropolymer, the surface of the substrate such as corona discharge treatment is used in order to further improve the adhesion between the fluorine-containing resin composition and the substrate. It is common to perform a process of increasing the tension.
