易撕拉链及其包装袋
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料包装品技术领域， 具体是一种易撕拉链及其包装袋。
背景技术
塑料开闭条因其质量轻、 柔顺性好、 价格低廉， 可反复使用等特点而被广 泛应用于包装领域。虽然小巧并不起眼， 但是却紧随世界包装业的脉搏而快速 发展。 目前市场广泛应用的开闭条是由一个公爪与一个母槽分开的两部分组 成， 公爪与母槽的边缘材质与结构基本相同， 在热封时将公爪与母槽同时烫压 到袋子开口的两侧， 从而达到可重复开闭袋子， 保持袋子内容物新鲜度， 安全 性， 延长内容物的保质期等优良效果。但是采用这种普通拉链的包装袋子存在 如下缺点： 袋子上方装填如液体， 粉末， 小颗粒等内容物时， 这些内容物容易 进到拉链的公爪与母槽中， 污染拉链， 造成拉链闭合不严， 袋子漏气等不良效 果； 同时，采用袋子上方装填时， 袋口的拉链被反复开闭，会减小拉链的强度。 针对上述缺陷， 人们进行了改良， 采用了从袋子底部填装的方式。 但是这种填 装方式只是适用于三边封的袋子，对于目前市场上比较流行的自立袋与方底袋 并不适用。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷， 本发明提供了一种易撕拉链及其包装袋， 在包装袋一 端撕裂条处打开袋体， 撕裂条上下两侧有起导向作用的条状凸起， 更容易撕开 袋体。 而且装填内容物时， 不必打开拉链， 双层拉链的公爪与母槽是闭合在一 起的， 内容物装填是从拉链的背面完成的， 避免了填充物污染拉链， 延长了拉 链的使用寿命。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的： 方案一： 易撕拉链由 A片和 B片两片组 成， A片和 B片的相对位置设有一对相互咬合的公条和母槽， 其特征在于， A 片上设置母槽， A片的上部设置条状凸起， B片上设置公条， 撕裂条叠加在 B 片的上端， 撕裂条的下方也设有条状凸起与 A片的凸起相对于撕裂条对称。
进一歩地， 所述 B片公条的上下部设有防滑棱。
方案二：易撕拉链由 A片和 B片两片组成， A片和 B片的相对位置设有一 对相互咬合的公条和母槽， 其特征在于， A片上设置公条， A片的上部设置条 状凸起， B片上设置母槽， 撕裂条叠加在 B片的上端， 撕裂条的下方也设有条 状凸起与 A片的凸起相对于撕裂条对称。
进一歩地， 所述 A片母槽的上下部设有防滑棱。
另外， 本发明还提供了带易撕拉链的包装袋， 将 A片的凸起部分和 B片的 一面热封或者胶粘或者超声波粘合在外面袋体上构包装袋。所述撕裂条与下方 凸起之间的袋体外侧设有一条激光沟槽， 使撕裂条在撕开时更加省力， 老人、 小孩也很可轻而易举地撕开撕裂条。
此外， 撕裂条的末端（不撕开的那端）要进行加固热封处理， 使其更好的 固定在袋体上， 当撕开撕裂条的时候， 撕裂条的末端仍然能够牢固的留在袋体 上， 这样人们就不会随手将撕下来的撕裂条丢弃， 既方便了使用者又不会污染 环境。
本发明的有益效果为： 1、 此拉链热封到袋子的开口两侧时， 由传统的热 封两次， 提高到目前的仅热封一次， 从而简化了操作过程， 节省能源， 提高了 生产率， 因为只烫了一个面的拉链， 从而节省了热封材料， 节省成本； 2、 在 双层拉链的一侧边缘上有撕裂条， 在装填内容物时， 不必打开拉链， 从而解决 了拉链的公爪与母槽被污染等一系列问题，而且此种方式装填适用于各种袋子 类型； 3、 所述撕裂条与下方凸起之间的袋体外侧设有一条激光沟槽， 使撕裂 条在撕开时更加省力， 老人、 小孩也很可轻而易举地撕开撕裂条； 4、 撕裂条 的末端进行了加固热封处理，使其更好的固定在袋体上，当撕开撕裂条的时候， 撕裂条的末端仍然能够牢固的留在袋体上，这样人们就不会随手将撕下来的撕 裂条丢弃， 既方便了使用者又不会污染环境。

具体实施方式
如图 1-5所示， 易撕拉链由 A片 1和 B片 2两片组成， A片 1和 B片 2 的相对位置设有一对相互咬合的公条 4和母槽 3， A片 1上设置母槽 3， A片 1 的上部设置条状凸起 5， B片上设置公条 4， 撕裂条 6叠加在 B片 2的上端， 撕 裂条 6的下方也设有条状凸起 5与 A片的凸起相对于撕裂条对称，在撕裂时起 导向作用， 更容易撕开拉链。 为了加大摩擦力， B片 2的公条 4的上下部设有 若干防滑棱 7。
另外，易撕拉链将 A片的凸起部分和 B片的一面热封或者胶粘或者超声波 粘合在同侧的袋体 8内表面构成包装袋。所述撕裂条与下方凸起之间的袋体外 侧设有一条激光沟槽 9， 使撕裂条在撕开时更加省力， 老人、 小孩也很可轻而 易举地撕开撕裂条。 此外， 撕裂条的末端 （不撕开的那端）要进行加固热封处理， 使其更好的 固定在袋体上， 当撕开撕裂条的时候， 撕裂条的末端仍然能够牢固的留在袋体 上， 这样人们就不会随手将撕下来的撕裂条丢弃， 既方便了使用者又不会污染 环境。
