带撕裂条的一体塑料开闭条及其包装袋。开闭条（1）上有一对可以咬合的公条（2）和母槽（3），且设有撕裂条（4），所述开闭条（1）是一体成型的塑料条，塑料条中间对折形成两面，公条（2）和母槽（3）分别设在塑料条两面的相对位置，母槽或者公条的上方设撕裂条（4），撕裂条的上下端对称设置凸起（5）。该一体成型的开闭条密封性更好，在包装袋进行产品灌装时无需将开闭条打开而不会污染开闭条，延长了开闭条的使用寿命。撕裂条上下两侧各有一个凸起，撕裂时起导向作用，更容易撕开袋体，也不容易出现开闭条局部或全部撕开的情况，减少了不良品的发生机会，从而节省了成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料包装品技术领域，具体是一种带撕裂条的一体塑料开闭条 及其包装袋。
背景技术
用来包装食品、 药品、 医疗用品、 工业用品、 杂货等各种物品的塑料包装 材料大多采用一种带塑料开闭条的包装袋。 原因是其具有重量轻， 柔顺性好， 价格低廉， 可反复使用等诸多优点。 塑料开闭条是由公爪与母槽组成， 公爪和 母槽可以相互咬合， 能够自由开闭， 这种带开闭条的包装袋需要对塑料开闭条 的上部进行封合而使包装袋密封。 开封时， 需要将开闭条上部连同整个袋体撕 裂。 传统的方式是： 在包装袋的两侧设置缺口， 从缺口处撕裂整个包装袋而开 封。 这种撕裂方式显然是任意的， 撕裂口的走向是没办法确定的。 另外， 对于 有些塑料包装袋的材质也难于撕裂。针对上述不足， 人们在开闭条的局部上设 置开封绳， 通过牵拉开封绳而将袋主体撕开。但由于开封绳设置在塑料开闭条 的局部上， 当利用开封绳进行撕扯时， 必须将塑料开闭条的局部或者全部同时 撕开， 也还是不容易撕开， 尤其是对于老人或者儿童。 后来人们想出了一种易 撕条， 在包装袋和开闭条上设置一个易撕条， 将易撕条一起将袋主体撕开， 为 了更便于撕裂， 在易撕条的两端设置引导片。 但上述开闭条也是分体的， 公条 和母槽分别设在两片上， 两片是分别热合或者胶粘在袋体上， 这种方式工序较 为繁琐而且密封效果欠佳。
发明内容
为了克服上述不足， 本发明提供了一种带撕裂条的一体塑料开闭条， 另外 还包括应用该开闭条的包装袋。 本发明的开闭条是一体的塑料条， 塑料条上设 有公条和母槽， 塑料条对折后公条和母槽能够咬合， 这种方式密封性更好， 减 少了渗漏的发生。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的： 带撕裂条的一体塑料开闭条， 开闭条上 有一对可以咬合的公条和母槽， 且设有撕裂条， 所述开闭条是一体成型的塑料 条， 塑料条中间对折形成两面， 公条和母槽分别设在塑料条两面的相对位置， 母槽或者公条的上方设撕裂条， 撕裂条的上下端对称设置凸起， 而且撕裂条和 凸起之间留有间隙， 在将开闭条热封到袋体时不会使撕裂条与开闭条成为一 体， 更容易将袋体开封。
为了便于塑料条对折， 所述塑料条的对折位置设凹槽。
所述母槽或者公条的上下侧设置防滑棱， 且防滑棱与撕裂条同侧。
带撕裂条的一体塑料开闭条的包装袋， 开闭条安装在包装袋内部， 且开闭 条的公条和母槽成咬合状态。
所述开闭条的撕裂条所在的面是通过热封或者胶粘在袋体上。
本发明的有益效果为：本发明的一体开闭条打破了传统的由一公条和一母 槽组成的开闭条， 密封性更好减少了渗漏现象。 另外在生产使用此种包装袋进 行产品灌装时因填充时无需将开闭条打开而不会污染开闭条，这样开闭条的公 条和母槽不会因为污染而影响闭合功能， 从而增加了开闭条的使用寿命。撕裂 条上下两侧各有一个凸起， 撕开易撕条时此突起起导向作用， 能够很容易的将 撕裂条一起将袋体开封， 且对儿童老人来说撕开此易撕条也非常容易， 而且也 不容易出现开闭条局部或全部撕开的情况， 减少了不良品的发生机会， 从而节 省了成本。

具体实施方式
如图 1所示， 带撕裂条的一体塑料开闭条， 开闭条 1上有一对可以咬合的 公条 2和母槽 3， 且设有撕裂条 4， 所述开闭条 1是一体成型的塑料条， 塑料 条中间对折形成两面， 公条 2和母槽 3分别设在塑料条两面的相对位置， 母槽 3的上方设撕裂条 4， 撕裂条的上下端对称设置凸起， 而且撕裂条和凸起之间 留有间隙， 在将开闭条热封到袋体时不会使撕裂条 4与开闭条 1成为一体， 更 容易将袋体开封。 为了便于塑料条对折， 所述塑料条的对折位置设凹槽 6。 所 述母槽 3的上下侧设置防滑棱 7。
如图 2、 图 3所示， 带撕裂条的一体塑料开闭条的包装袋， 开闭条 1安装 在包装袋 8内部，所述开闭条的撕裂条所在的面是通过热封或者胶粘等方式装 在包装袋袋体上。 安装之前开闭条 1的公条 2和母槽 3成咬合状态。
使用时， 将撕裂条 4撕开而将袋体开封， 因撕裂条与袋体熔接在一起， 将 撕裂条撕开时，袋子的主体会一同打开，这样简单的操作就实现了袋子的开封， 如图 4所示。
在将撕裂条撕开后，将互相咬合的公条 2和母槽 3进行分离实现袋体的开 封， 如图 5所示。
以上所述， 仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式， 但本发明的保护范围并不局 限于此， 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明披露的技术范围内， 根据本 发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变，都应涵盖在本发明的保护 范围之内。

1. 带撕裂条的一体塑料开闭条， 开闭条 （1) 上有一对可以咬合的公条 （2) 和母槽 （3)， 且设有撕裂条 （4)， 其特征在于， 所述开闭条 （1) 是一体成型 的塑料条， 塑料条中间对折形成两面， 公条 （2) 和母槽 （3) 分别设在塑料条 两面的相对位置， 母槽 （3) 或公条 （2) 的上方设撕裂条 （4)， 撕裂条 （4) 的上下端对称设置凸起 （5)。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的带撕裂条的一体塑料开闭条， 其特征在于， 所述塑料 条的对折位置设凹槽 （6)。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的带撕裂条的一体塑料开闭条， 其特征在于， 所述母槽 (3) 或者公条 （2) 的上下侧设置防滑棱 （7)， 且防滑棱 （7) 与撕裂条 （4) 同侧。
4.如权利要求 1-3任一项所述的带撕裂条的一体塑料开闭条包装袋，其特征在 于， 开闭条安装在包装袋 （8) 内部， 且开闭条的公条 （2) 和母槽 （3) 成咬 合状态。
5.根据权利要求 4所述的带撕裂条的一体塑料开闭条包装袋， 其特征在于， 所 述开闭条的撕裂条所在的面热封或者胶粘在包装袋 （8) 袋体上。
