Description

一种风琴拉链包装袋 技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装袋，具体是一种风琴拉链包装袋。
背景技术
目前市场上食品、药品、医疗品、杂货等物品进行包装的包装袋，尤其是带有拉链的包装袋，大部分都是小型包装或是少数带有滑块的大型包装袋。小型包装只适合包装少量物品，这样就难以用于包装大容量，如宠物食品等需要大容量的包装袋就不适用；带有滑块拉链的袋子通常能做到大容量，但是使用滑块拉链的袋子就很难做到密封性，其滑块拉链的安全性尤为担忧，在泰国和美国均有小孩吞食拉链的案例。
发明内容
为了解决如上问题，本发明提供了一种风琴拉链包装袋。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：一种风琴拉链包装袋，袋体主要由上、下皮，左、右风琴面组成，风琴面中央有内折线，风琴面侧边与上、下皮侧边之间热封构成袋体的侧面；上皮和下皮底边热封以及风琴面的底边和上、下皮底边热封构成袋体的底部，其特征在于，袋体的上皮或者下皮内侧热封带撕裂条的拉链，拉链的一端模切撕裂线。
所述拉链的另一端热封加固，使其更好的固定在袋体上，当撕开撕裂条的时候，撕裂条的末端仍然能够牢固的留在袋体上，这样人们不会随手将撕下来的撕裂条丢弃，既方便了使用者又不会污染环境。
靠近袋体的底部与内折线对称位置的风琴面上与其紧邻的上皮或者下皮之间有热封线，热封线倾斜设置且与袋体底边之间的夹角为30～60°。热封线的一端直接连接袋体底边热封，另一端直接连接袋体侧面热封。
左、右风琴面的底边相对于内折线对称的风琴面上分别打一对固定孔，固定孔外层对应的上皮和下皮在固定孔位置热封粘结，便于袋体直立放置。
所述拉链是由两个面组成，公条和母槽分别设在两面的相对位置，公条或母槽的上方设撕裂条。撕裂条的上方或者下方或者上下方对称设置后壁部，在撕裂条撕下后起到导向作用。
本发明的有益效果为：1.袋子由传统的热封两次改为1次，操作简单，节省能源，提高了生产效率；2.此种袋子使用设置撕裂条的拉链同滑块拉链相比更便宜，更安全，而且老人和小孩可以很容易的打开袋体，且在运输过程中更耐压；3.实现了5KG以上大容量包装袋的机械化生产，节省了20％的薄膜，从而节省了包装成本；4.突破了大型风琴和拉链袋的结合，保险，防异味，长时间保存，节省成本；5.使用此种方法生产的袋子可以全方位印刷，多角度体现公司品牌形象，更减少了超市摆放面积。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解释说明。
如图1-3所示，一种风琴拉链包装袋，袋体主要由上、下皮1,2，左、右风琴面3，4组成，风琴面中央有内折线5，风琴面侧边与上、下皮侧边之间热封构成袋体的侧面；上皮和下皮底边热封以及风琴面的底边和上、下皮底边热 封构成袋体的底部，袋体的上皮或者下皮内侧热封带撕裂条的拉链6，拉链的一端模切蝴蝶状撕裂线8。
拉链的另一端可以进行热封加固，使其更好的固定在袋体上，当撕开撕裂条的时候，撕裂条的末端仍然能够牢固的留在袋体上，这样人们不会随手将撕下来的撕裂条丢弃，既方便了使用者又不会污染环境。
靠近袋体的底部与内折线对称位置的风琴面上与其紧邻的上皮或者下皮之间有热封线9，热封线9倾斜设置且与袋体底边之间的夹角为45°。热封线的一端直接连接袋体底边热封，另一端直接连接袋体侧面热封。左、右风琴面的底边相对于内折线对称的风琴面上分别打一对固定孔13，固定孔13外层对应的上皮和下皮在固定孔位置热封粘结，便于袋体直立放置。
所述拉链6由两个面组成，公条10和母槽11分别设在两面的相对位置，公条或母槽的上方设撕裂条7。撕裂条7的下方设置后壁部12，在撕裂条7撕下时起到导向作用。

  1. 一种风琴拉链包装袋，其特征在于，袋体主要由上、下皮，左、右风琴面组成，风琴面中央有内折线，风琴面侧边与上、下皮侧边之间热封构成袋体的侧面；上皮和下皮底边热封以及风琴面的底边和上、下皮底边热封构成袋体的底部，其特征在于，袋体的上皮或者下皮内侧热封带撕裂条的拉链，拉链的一端模切撕裂线。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的风琴拉链包装袋，其特征在于，拉链的另一端热封加固。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的风琴拉链包装袋，其特征在于，靠近袋体的底部与内折线对称位置的风琴面上与其紧邻的上皮或者下皮之间有热封线，热封线倾斜设置且与袋体底边之间的夹角为30～60°。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的风琴拉链包装袋，其特征在于，热封线的一端直接连接袋体底边热封，另一端直接连接袋体侧面热封。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的风琴拉链包装袋，其特征在于，左、右风琴面的底边相对于内折线对称的风琴面上分别打一对固定孔，固定孔外层对应的上皮和下皮在固定孔位置热封粘结，便于袋体直立放置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的风琴拉链包装袋，其特征在于，所述拉链是由两个面组成，公条和母槽分别设在两面的相对位置，公条或母槽的上方设撕裂条。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的风琴拉链包装袋，其特征在于，撕裂条的上方或者下方或者上下方对称设置后壁部。
