Abstract

一种易撕拉链及含有该拉链的包装袋，所述易撕拉链由A片（1）和B片（2）构成，A片（1）和B片（2）相对面的下部设有一对相互咬合的公条（3）和母槽（4），A片（1）上端部背面叠加撕裂条（6）。撕裂条（6）的下方设有条状凸起（5），B片（2）上端部也设有条状凸起（5）并相对于撕裂条（6）上下对称。所述公条（3）的上下两侧设有防滑棱（7）。该拉链的撕裂条（6）烫在拉链的背面，当撕开撕裂条（6）时仍然能够保存该位置的拉链薄膜，该结构能够防止灰尘的进入对拉链的（3）和母槽（4）造成污染，保护里面的物料不易受到污染。同时由于撕裂条（6）处的拉链薄膜未被撕下，拉链的纵向宽度大，手更容易捏住拉链并打开拉链。

Description

一种易撕拉链及其包装袋 技术领域
本发明涉及塑料包装品技术领域，具体是一种易撕拉链及其包装袋。
背景技术
塑料拉链因其质量轻、柔顺性好、价格低廉，可反复使用等特点而被广泛应用于食品、药品、医疗品、杂货等各种包装领域且紧随世界包装业的脉搏而快速发展。“易撕拉链及其包装袋”(专利号：201320775715.5)公开了一种拉链结构，在包装袋一端撕裂条处打开袋体，撕裂条上下两侧有气导向作用的条状凸起，更容易撕开袋体；而且塑料拉链的两面都烫在袋体的同侧，内容物填装时从拉链的背面完成，避免了填充物污染拉链，延长了拉链的使用寿命。但是这种拉链的撕裂条是烫在拉链内侧面，当撕开拉链时候，不仅能够撕掉袋体还能将对应的拉链薄膜也撕开(如图1所示)，长期使用拉链也会容易造成拉链和里面的物料污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改良的易撕拉链及其包装袋，将撕裂条烫在拉链的背面，当撕开撕裂条时仍然能够保存该位置的拉链薄膜，更能保护里面的物料不易受到污染，同时也能提高拉链的耐用性。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：一种易撕拉链，由A片和B片构成，A片和B片相对面的下部设有一对相互咬合的公条和母槽，其特征在于，A片上端部背面叠加撕裂条。
进一步地，撕裂条的下方设有条状凸起，B片上端部也设有条状凸起并相对于撕裂条上下对称。撕裂条的下方间隔1～1.5cm处设有条状凸起。
进一步地，所述公条的上下两侧设有防滑棱。
另外，易撕拉链包装袋的结构是：A片的背面连同撕裂条背面均涂覆低温材料热封到袋体内侧面，B片的凸起上涂覆低温材料热封到袋体的同侧面。
本发明的有益效果为：本发明的拉链，撕裂条烫在拉链的背面，当撕开撕裂条时仍然能够保存该位置的拉链薄膜，这种结构能够防止灰尘的进入对拉链的公条和母槽造成污染，更能保护里面的物料不易受到污染。同时由于撕裂条处的拉链薄膜未被撕下，拉链的纵向宽度大，手更容易捏住拉链并打开拉链。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步解释说明。
如图2所示，一种易撕拉链，由A片1和B片2构成，A片和B片相对面的下部设有一对相互咬合的公条3和母槽4，A片上端部背面叠加撕裂条6。撕裂条的下方2mm设有条状凸起5，B片上端部也设有条状凸起5并相对于撕裂条6上下对称。公条3的上下两侧设有防滑棱7。
图3是易撕拉链包装袋的结构示意图，A片1的背面连同撕裂条背面均涂覆低温材料热封到袋体8内侧面，B片2的凸起5上涂覆低温材料热封到袋体8的同侧面。当撕下撕裂条6后拉链A片的相应位置的塑料薄膜仍然保留在袋体上， 如图4-5所示。此种设计能够更好的避免内容物以及拉链不受污染，延长拉链的使用寿命。
以上所述，仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式，但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此，任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明披露的技术范围内，根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种易撕拉链，由A片和B片构成，A片和B片相对面的下部设有一对相互咬合的公条和母槽，其特征在于，A片上端部背面叠加撕裂条。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的易撕拉链，其特征在于，撕裂条的下方设有条状凸起，B片上端部也设有条状凸起并相对于撕裂条上下对称。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的易撕拉链，其特征在于，撕裂条的下方间隔1～1.5cm处设有条状凸起。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的易撕拉链，其特征在于，所述公条的上下两侧设有防滑棱。
  5. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的易撕拉链包装袋，其特征在于，A片的背面连同撕裂条背面均涂覆低温材料热封到袋体内侧面，B片的凸起上涂覆低温材料热封到袋体的同侧面。
