本实用新型构造简单合理,使用方便,将卡条一31的两条长侧边与袋体1密封贴合、卡条二32仅远离袋口2的长侧边与袋体1密封贴合,因此在捏住袋口2的两侧拉动时,整个密封条3朝向贴着卡条一31的袋面拉动,因此仅从袋口2的两侧向外拉动,无法将密封条3撕开;在同时捏住外侧面层52以及贴有卡条二32的袋口2侧边,并且同步错位拉动时,受力点为密封条3上最远离袋口2的一对凸条和凹筋,受力点作用在同对的凹条311与凸筋321上,能保证此时受拉力点相同,使密封袋容易拉开,并且凸筋321上仅朝向袋口2的侧面设置有牙扣3211,背向袋口2的侧面圆弧过渡3212,使得密封条3沿袋口2方向向下打开困难,而在同步错位拉动时,卡条一31的下端向外向上拉扯,因此凹条311的下端即凹条311与凸筋321的圆弧过渡卡合的位置容易被拉开,使密封条3的打开具有技巧性;
此外,在选取捏紧的位置时,手指捏住靠近双层袋面区5中靠近开口51两端的位置拉动,由于双层袋面区5的两侧边为密封贴合状态形成一个开口51向下的口袋状,因此手指捏住此处区域向袋口2方向拉动时,手指相当于钩住双层袋面区5,在撕开密封条3时更加省力,对于捏住贴有卡条二32的袋口2侧边的手指,在捏住袋体1靠近侧边的位置时,具有相同的省力原理,尤其是对于材质较为光滑的袋体1来说,打开时,其省力的效果更加明显;
综上,只有通过两只手捏住对应的位置沿着袋体1的袋面错位180°才能容易的将密封条3撕开,使得本申请中的自封袋具有一定的技巧性,对于正常的成年人而言,很容易将自封袋打开,而对于儿童或没有鉴别能力的人来说,能有效防 止打开自封袋,避免发生危险。

以上参考了优选实施例对本实用新型进行了描述,但本实用新型的保护范围并不限制于此,任何落入权利要求的范围内的所有技术方案均在本实用新型的保护范围内。在不脱离本实用新型的范围的情况下,可以对其进行各种改进并且可以用等效物替换其中的部件。尤其是,只要不存在结构冲突,各个实施例中所提到的各项技术特征均可以任意方式组合起来。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种安全型自封袋,包括双面的袋体和设置在袋体的袋口处内侧的密封条,所述密封条的两端密封在所述袋体的两侧,所述密封条包括能相互密封的卡条一和卡条二,所述卡条一的两条长侧边与所述袋体的其中一个内侧面密封贴合,所述卡条二上仅远离所述袋口的长侧边与所述袋体的另一个内侧面密封贴合,其特征在于,在设置有所述卡条一的袋面上,在所述卡条一远离所述袋口的一侧设置有双层袋面区,所述双层袋面区仅远离所述卡条一的侧边开口并且该开口位于所述双层袋面区的外侧面层上,所述外侧面层位于所述袋体的外侧面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安全型自封袋,其特征在于,所述双层袋面区靠近所述卡条一的侧边和所述卡条一远离所述袋口的长侧边重合密封贴合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的安全型自封袋,其特征在于,所述双层袋面区为的长方形形状,并且所述双层袋面区的长度方向与所述卡条一的长侧边平行。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的安全型自封袋,其特征在于,所述双层袋面区的长方形形状的两条短边分别密封贴合在所述袋体的两侧边。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的安全型自封袋,其特征在于,所述双层袋面区处的开口为一条切开的缝隙。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的安全型自封袋,其特征在于,所述卡条一和所述卡条二相对的侧面处设置有相互扣合密封的凹条和凸筋,并且所述凸条与凸筋成对设置,所述凹条设置在所述卡条一上,所述凸筋设置在所述卡条二上;在所述凸筋上朝向所述袋口的侧面设置有两条凸出的牙扣,所述凸筋上背向所述袋口的侧面为圆弧过渡,所述凹条的内凹轮廓与所述凸筋的外凸轮廓相同;所述凸条与凸筋的成对数量至少为两对。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的安全型自封袋,其特征在于,所述袋口的边 缘处密封贴合。
