Definitions
- the present invention relates to an in-vehicle monitoring system and an in-vehicle monitoring method applied to a railway vehicle.
- the first confirmation method is a method in which a driver or a conductor confirms an image captured by a monitoring camera in real time via a display installed in a driver's cab for safety confirmation in a vehicle. .
- This confirmation method is used, for example, when it is confirmed that there is nothing sandwiched between vehicle doors or no passengers are sandwiched between vehicle doors before departure from the station.
- the second confirmation method is to display the image data captured by the surveillance camera during vehicle operation on the display of the driver's cab or record it on the recording device. This is a method of confirming the video of the time zone when the incident occurred using the captured image data. According to these two confirmation methods, the video captured by the surveillance camera is displayed on the display of the driver's cab, so if an incident or the like occurs, the driver etc. should check the video displayed on the display become.
- the third confirmation method is a method in which when an emergency call device in a vehicle is operated, an image from a monitoring camera that captures the periphery of the emergency call device is displayed on the display of the cab. .
- an emergency call device is operated by a passenger when an incident occurs, it is necessary for the conductor to rush to the place immediately, but I want to check the video of the surveillance camera to quickly check the situation There is a case.
- the third confirmation method is suitable for such a case.
- a method of quickly confirming the situation when the emergency call device is operated there is also a method of connecting the vehicle and the command room via a network so that the person in charge in the command room can grasp the current situation. It is done.
- Patent Document 1 As a monitoring operation system that can accurately capture incidents and the like in a monitoring area, the prior art disclosed in Patent Document 1 below is a system in which a plurality of monitoring poles are installed on a station platform or the like.
