- 연주기, 조압연기, 가열장치, 마무리압연기를 포함한 미니밀(Mini mill)의 연주 및 열연 간 직결 연연속 압연 라인에서의 폭 제어장치에 있어서,상기 조압연기 및 마무리압연기 사이의 장력을 목표 장력치가 되도록 제어하는 장력제어부;상기 마무리압연기 출측 폭을 측정하는 폭 측정부; 및상기 측정된 마무리 압연기 출측 폭이 목표 폭과 상이한 경우 상기 장력제어부의 목표 장력치를 변경하도록 제어하는 폭 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 폭 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장력제어부는,상기 조압연기 및 마무리압연기 사이의 장력을 측정하는 장력측정부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 폭 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장력제어부는,상기 조압연기의 압연하중, 모터 토크, 스탠드 간의 장력측정치를 이용하여 상기 조압연기 및 마무리압연기 사이의 장력을 추정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 폭 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폭 제어부는,상기 측정된 마무리 압연기 출측 폭이 목표 폭보다 작은 경우 상기 측정된 마무리 압연기 출측 폭과 목표 폭 간 차이에 비례하여 상기 목표 장력치를 낮추도록 상기 장력제어부를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 폭 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폭 제어부는,상기 측정된 마무리 압연기 출측 폭이 목표 폭보다 큰 경우 상기 측정된 마무리 압연기 출측 폭과 목표 폭 간 차이에 비례하여 상기 목표 장력치를 높이도록 상기 장력제어부를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 폭 제어장치.
- 연주기, 조압연기, 가열장치, 마무리압연기를 포함한 미니밀(Mini mill)의 연주 및 열연 간 직결 연연속 압연 라인에서의 폭 제어방법에 있어서,상기 조압연기 및 마무리압연기 사이의 장력을 측정 또는 추정하는 단계; 및상기 측정 또는 추정된 장력을 목표 장력치가 되도록 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 폭 제어방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 폭 제어방법은,상기 마무리압연기 출측 폭을 측정하는 단계; 및상기 측정된 마무리 압연기 출측 폭이 목표 폭과 상이한 경우 상기 목표 장력치를 변경하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 폭 제어방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 조압연기 및 마무리압연기 사이의 장력을 측정 또는 추정하는 단계는,상기 조압연기의 압연하중, 모터 토크, 스탠드 간의 장력측정치를 이용하여 상기 조압연기 및 마무리압연기 사이의 장력을 추정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 폭 제어방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 측정된 마무리 압연기 출측 폭이 목표 폭과 상이한 경우 상기 목표 장력치를 변경하는 단계는,상기 측정된 마무리 압연기 출측 폭이 목표 폭보다 작은 경우 상기 측정된 마무리 압연기 출측 폭과 목표 폭 간 차이에 비례하여 상기 목표 장력치를 낮추는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 폭 제어방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 측정된 마무리 압연기 출측 폭이 목표 폭과 상이한 경우 상기 목표 장력치를 변경하는 단계는,상기 측정된 마무리 압연기 출측 폭이 목표 폭보다 큰 경우 상기 측정된 마무리 압연기 출측 폭과 목표 폭 간 차이에 비례하여 상기 목표 장력치를 높이는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 폭 제어방법.
