Abstract
Description

(2)前記熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂とエラストマーをブレンドした熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなるシートの前記切り欠きが設けられている該シート端部における非切り欠き部の幅の合計が、該シート全幅の20%~50%であることを特徴とする上記(1)記載の空気入りタイヤ。
(3)前記切り欠きが、切り欠きピッチが2mm以上、30mm以内を呈して設けられていることを特徴とする上記(1)または(2)記載の空気入りタイヤ。
(4)前記切り欠きの長さが、そのタイヤ周方向成分の長さとして、前記オーバーラップ・スプライス部のオーバーラップ長さの0.2倍以上、1.5倍以下であることを特徴とする上記(1)~(3)のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
(5)前記切り欠きの長さが、そのタイヤ周方向成分の長さとして、前記オーバーラップ・スプライス部のオーバーラップ長さの0.4倍以上、1.0倍以下であることを特徴とする上記(4)記載の空気入りタイヤ。
(6)前記切り欠きが、前記熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂とエラストマーをブレンドした熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなるシートの先端部線方向に対して30°~90°の切り欠き角度を呈して設けられていることを特徴とする上記(1)~(5)のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
(7)前記切り欠きの幅が、切り欠きピッチの80%以下で設けられていることを特徴とする上記(1)~(6)のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
(8)前記切り欠きが、前記オーバーラップ・スプライス部においてタイヤ内腔側に配された前記熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂とエラストマーをブレンドした熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなるシートに設けられていることを特徴とする上記(1)~(7)のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
(9)前記オーバーラップ・スプライス部における前記熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂とエラストマーをブレンドした熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなるシートの先端部が、先端先鋭化処理されているものであることを特徴とする上記(1)~(8)のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
(10)前記先端先鋭化処理が、前記熱可塑性樹脂または前記熱可塑性樹脂中にエラストマーをブレンドした熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなるシートの先端から、(t×1/3)長さ分内側に入った位置で、厚さT(μm)が、0.1t≦T≦0.8tを満足する関係を有するものであることを特徴とする上記(9)記載の空気入りタイヤ。

Claims (12)
- 熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂とエラストマーをブレンドした熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなるシートが、該熱可塑性樹脂または該熱可塑性樹脂組成物と加硫接着するゴムの層を介在させて該ゴム層の上下に積層されて形成されたオーバーラップ・スプライス部を有する空気入りタイヤにおいて、前記熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂とエラストマーをブレンドした熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなるシートとして、該シートの少なくとも片側の先端部あるいは先端部近傍に切り欠き幅が1.0mmよりも大きい切り欠きが多数設けられたものが用いられてなることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂とエラストマーをブレンドした熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなるシートの前記切り欠きが設けられている該シート端部における非切り欠き部の幅の合計が、該シート全幅の20%~50%であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記切り欠きが、切り欠きピッチが2mm以上、30mm以内を呈して設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記切り欠きの長さが、そのタイヤ周方向成分の長さとして、前記オーバーラップ・スプライス部のオーバーラップ長さの0.2倍以上、1.5倍以下であることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
