Definitions
- the present invention relates to a vehicle air conditioner, and more particularly, to an air conditioner for a vehicle in which a seal member is attached to one side surface of a door member of a mode door that seals an inner surface of the air conditioning case and a surface seal by wind pressure in the air conditioning case. .
- the vehicle air conditioner includes a cooling system for cooling the interior of a vehicle and a heating system for heating the interior of the vehicle.
- the blower air is cooled by heat exchange with a refrigerant circulating back to the compressor through a condenser, a receiver dryer, an expansion valve, and an evaporator, and a blower air passing through the evaporator surface by a blower. It is configured to cool the interior of the vehicle by being discharged into the vehicle interior.
- the heating system is configured to heat the vehicle interior by introducing coolant into the heater core and exchanging heat with the blower.
- Such a vehicle air conditioner can be roughly divided into three types.
- One example is a three piece type air conditioner in which a blower unit, an evaporator unit, and a heater unit are configured as separate units, and the size of the air conditioner is increased. As a result, the utilization of the interior space of the vehicle is lowered, and there are various problems such as reduced productivity.
- Figure 1 shows an example of a vehicle air conditioner of the conventional semi-center type, the illustration of the blower unit is omitted.
- the air conditioner 1 for a vehicle shown in FIG. 1 has an air outlet having a defrost vent 11, a face vent 12, and a floor vent 13, which are air outlets whose openings are controlled by a mode door 14 on an outlet side.
- a blower (not shown) connected to the inlet side of the air conditioning case 10 to blow inside or outside air;
- it comprises a temperature control door 20 for adjusting the opening degree of the cold air passage (P1) bypassing the heater core 3 and the warm air passage (P2) passing through the heater core (3).
- the temperature control door 20 is slidably installed in the sliding grooves 16 formed on both side surfaces of the air conditioning case 10 and the sliding door 21 having the gear part 21a formed on one side thereof, and the air conditioning.
- the gear part 22a is formed to be rotatably coupled to the through-holes (not shown) formed on both sides of the case 10 and to be geared to the gear part 21a of the sliding door 21 to form the sliding door 21. It consists of a gear shaft 22 to operate.
- the mode door 14 also has a structure similar to the temperature control door 20, briefly described, the sliding door (14a) is slidably coupled to both sides of the interior of the air conditioning case 10, and It is composed of a gear shaft (14b) rotatably installed on both sides of the interior of the air conditioning case 10 to operate the sliding door (14a) is engaged with the sliding door (14a).
- the temperature control door 20 and the mode door 14 is connected to an actuator (not shown) installed on the outer surface of the air conditioning case 10 and rotated to operate the cold, hot air passage (P1) (P2)
- P1 cold, hot air passage
- P2 The opening degree is adjusted or the vents 11 to 13 and 15 are opened and closed.
- the temperature control door 20 when the maximum cooling mode is activated, the temperature control door 20 opens the cold air passage (P1) and closes the hot air passage (P2). In addition, when the maximum heating mode is activated, the temperature control door 20 closes the cold air passage (P1) and opens the hot air passage (P2).
- the air blown by the blower not shown is heat exchanged with the refrigerant flowing through the inside of the evaporator 2 while passing through the surface of the evaporator 2 to be changed into cold air, and then the cold air passage Flowing toward the mixing chamber (MC) through (P1), which is opened by the mode door 14 in accordance with the air discharge mode (vent mode, floor mode, defrost mode, bi-level mode, mix mode) By discharging to the vehicle interior through the vent, cooling of the vehicle interior is performed.
- the air discharge mode ventilation mode, floor mode, defrost mode, bi-level mode, mix mode
- the blowing air is exchanged with the cooling water flowing inside the heater core 3 while passing through the heater core 3 through the hot air passage (P2) to the warm air, and then the mixing chamber ( Flows toward MC) and is discharged to the vehicle interior through a vent opened by the mode door 14 according to the air discharge mode, thereby heating the vehicle interior.
- the temperature control door 20 is rotated to a neutral position, to open both the cold air passage (P1) and the hot air passage (P2). Therefore, while the cold air passing through the evaporator 2 and the warm air passing through the heater core 3 flow and mix toward the mixing chamber MC, the vehicle interior is vented through the vent opened by the mode door 14 according to the air discharge mode. Is discharged.
- the air conditioning apparatus 1 is surface-sealed while the sliding door 14a of the mode door 14 is pressed against the inner surface of the air conditioning case 10 by the wind pressure in the air conditioning case 10. Air is prevented from leaking between the inner surface of the case 10 and the sliding door 14a.
- the sliding door 14a should be surface-sealed on the inner surface of the air conditioning case 10, but the inner surface of the air conditioning case 10 or the sliding door 14a. There is a problem in that some air leaks to the surface sealing portion due to the deformation of.
- the gap between the sliding door 14a and the inner surface of the air conditioning case 10 is narrow or contact due to the nature of the surface sealing, and the sliding door 14a may be shaken due to air induction and wind pressure.
- the end portion of the sliding door 14a moves away from the gear shaft 14b, there is a problem that the shaking becomes more severe.
- An object of the present invention for solving the above problems is to attach the seal member to one side surface of the door member of the mode door to seal the inner surface of the air conditioning case and the surface seal by the air pressure in the air conditioning case, It is possible to make the operating force of the door member uniform by forming a rib to prevent the door member from shaking and to prevent air leakage of the surface sealing portion, and to prevent excessive compression of the seal member on the door member. Therefore, to provide a vehicle air conditioning apparatus that can improve the operation feeling of the occupant.
- an air inlet is formed on one side and a plurality of air discharge port is formed on the other side to discharge the introduced air, and a door member slidably installed on the inner surface of the air conditioning case; And a door configured to be rotatably installed inside the air conditioning case to operate the door member, wherein the door comprises a gear shaft engaged with the door member, wherein the air conditioning case is formed by wind pressure in the air conditioning case.
- a seal member is attached to one side surface of the door member which is face-sealed with an inner surface of the door member, to prevent shaking of the door member and air leakage of the face sealing portion.
- the seal member is attached to one side surface of the door member of the mode door which seals the inner surface of the air conditioning case by the air pressure in the air conditioning case, thereby preventing shaking of the door member due to the air pressure in the air conditioning case. Air leakage at the surface sealing area is also prevented.
- baffle which is an air resistance increasing means to the resistance of the air flowing in the air conditioning case to the door member, by increasing or decreasing the operating force of the gear shaft according to the sliding direction of the door member, When operating in the direction of gravity or in the opposite direction of gravity, the operating force of the gear shaft, which was uneven by the weight of the door member, is uniform, and thus, the operation feeling of the occupant is uniform, thereby eliminating dissatisfaction.
- the actuator when the gear shaft is automatically operated through an actuator, the actuator may have a uniform operating force, thereby increasing the endurance life of the actuator.
- the force that the door member is brought into close contact with the air conditioning case by the air resistance applied to the air resistance increasing means increases the sealing property between the air conditioning case and the door member.
