Claims (13)
- 芯糸となるフィラメントからなる糸のフィラメントが長繊維よりなるモノフィラメントであり、フィラメント同士が絡み合う緯編又は経編の編物よりなる搬送ベルトであり、搬送方向であるゲージ方向の隣接するループ形状が異なる大きさのループ形状を有し、ゲージ方向のループのピッチPgよりも軸方向となるステッチ方向のループのピッチPsの短い編組織であり、搬送方向に互いに接する編目のループが小ループ及び大ループの編目を有し、フィラメントの絡み位置でのフィラメントの塑性変形により、ループのフィラメントが絡んだ状態が維持され、大ループの弛みすなわちループ量が小さな編ベルトであり、かつ、小ループがベルトの幅方向すなわちステッチ方向で、編糸と近接又は接するようになった、緯編又は経編の編組織のシームレス編ベルトであり、フィラメント同士の絡み合いにより塑性変形しても、ベルトの搬送時及び駆動時における摩耗によるモノフィラメント同士の糸切れ及び側端部の擦れなどにより生じる糸のほつれが防止され、かつ、ステッチ方向へのピッチ間隔が狭められ、搬送方向すなわち駆動方向への強度が向上されたことを特徴とする編ベルトからなるシームレスの搬送ベルト。
- 緯編又は経編の編物からなる搬送ベルトは、編物による空隙を有し、編物に用いる編糸がモノフィラメントからなる編糸であり、この編糸のモノフィラメント同士が交差して絡む編目のループの位置で、モノフィラメントの編糸が曲げ応力又は熱により塑性変形され、もしくは編物に用いる編糸が複数のフィラメントからなる編糸であって、この編糸の複数のフィラメント同士が交差して絡む編目のループの位置で、塑性変形を生じるフィラメントが複数のフィラメント中に含まれ、編糸が曲げ応力又は熱により塑性変形され、絡んだ状態が維持され、かつ、編まれたベルトが熱セットにて編目及びループの弛みが安定化されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の編ベルトからなるシームレスの搬送ベルト。
- 編ベルトは、複数の材質から編まれた編ベルトで、芯糸となるフィラメントがモノフィラメントからなる編糸で、編糸同士が絡み合う編物で、芯糸のモノフィラメントが曲げ応力又は熱などによって絡み位置にて塑性変形され、該編ベルトの搬送方向となるゲージ方向のループのピッチよりも軸方向となるステッチ方向のループのピッチの短い編組織であって、互いに接するループ及びフィラメントが変形せしめられて、フィラメントの絡んだ状態が維持され、搬送ベルトの搬送時におけるベルト側端部のほつれの防止とステッチ方向へのピッチ間隔の狭小化とによって、搬送方向への強度が向上され、複数の材質からなる編ベルトとして、芯糸とこの芯糸とは異なる材質のフィラメントからなる糸を芯糸に添えた添え糸を用いて編まれた添え糸編み、芯糸とこの芯糸とは異なる材質のフィラメントからなる糸で撚られた撚り糸を編糸として用いて編まれた編み、又は芯糸と異なるフィラメントからなる糸によって、この芯糸にカバーリングされたカバーリングの糸を編糸として用いて編まれた編みの3種のいずれか一種から編まれた編物からなるシームレス編ベルトで、この編ベルトの表面と裏面が異なる摩擦係数を有するか又はこの編ベルトの表面と裏面が同じ摩擦係数を有する編ベルトからなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の編ベルトからなるシームレスの搬送ベルト。
- 編ベルトの糸のほつれ防止及び編ベルトの摩擦係数を編糸により表裏の異なる摩擦係数又は表裏ほぼ同じ摩擦係数に施された編ベルトは、芯糸に人造繊維の長繊維よりなるモノフィラメントの糸が用いられ、フィラメント同士が絡み合う緯編又は経編からなるシームレス編ベルトで、この芯糸の人造繊維からなるモノフィラメントは、人造繊維からなる導電性フィラメント又は高抵抗のモノフィラメントからなる糸で、この芯糸を含む編糸が少なくとも2種類以上の材質の異なるフィラメントからなる糸を用いて編まれた編ベルトであり、かつ、ステッチ方向へのピッチ間隔の狭小化により、搬送方向への強度が向上され、芯糸とは異なる材質のフィラメントで芯糸の摩擦係数よりも高い摩擦係数のフィラメントからなる糸が添えられた添え糸を用いて編まれた添え糸編み、芯糸とこの芯糸とは異なる材質で芯糸の摩擦係数よりも高い摩擦係数のフィラメントで撚られた撚り糸を編糸として用いて編まれた編み、芯糸にこの芯糸とは異なる材質で芯糸の摩擦係数よりも高い摩擦係数のフィラメントでカバーリングされたカバーリングの糸を編糸として用いて編まれた編みから選ばれた編物からなるシームレス編ベルトで、編ベルトの表面と裏面が異なる摩擦係数を有するか又は編ベルトの表面と裏面が同じ摩擦係数を有する編ベルトからなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の編ベルトからなるシームレスの搬送ベルト。
- 編ベルトを構成する編糸は、芯糸と芯糸の摩擦係数よりも高い摩擦係数で伸びを有する弾性繊維からなるフィラメントが用いられて、編ベルトの摩擦係数が向上され、編ベルトからなる搬送ベルトとこの編ベルトからなる搬送ベルトに載置又は狭持された搬送物品との摩擦力であるグリップ力、又は編ベルトからなる搬送ベルトとこの編ベルトからなる搬送ベルトが駆動される駆動ローラの摩擦力であるグリップ力とのうちの少なくともどちらか一方のグリップ力が高められていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の編ベルトからなるシームレスの搬送ベルト。
- 編ベルトからなる搬送ベルトとこの編ベルトからなる搬送ベルトに載置又は挟持された搬送物品との摩擦力であるグリップ力は、編糸である弾性繊維のフィラメントと芯糸となるモノフィラメントとの少なくともどちらか一方が異型断面を有する形状であり、この異型断面の形状は、編ベルトからなる搬送ベルトに載置又は挟持の搬送物品もしくは駆動用ベルトを駆動する駆動ローラの少なくともどちらか一方に対する接触面積が増すようにされた異型断面形状であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の編ベルトからなるシームレスの搬送ベルト。
- 編糸は弾性繊維であるフィラメントと芯糸となるモノフィラメントとからなり、少なくともどちらか一方が異型断面を有する形状で、芯糸と異なる弾性繊維がモノフィラメントからなり芯糸の融点よりも低い融点の弾性繊維のフィラメントを含んだ編糸であり、この編糸が用いられて編ベルトに編上げられる時の曲げ応力あるいは熱によって編糸が変形され、さらに熱セットによって、低融点の弾性繊維が芯糸に融着されて、編糸の交差し絡む状態が安定化せしめ、編ベルトの摩耗による糸切れ及び側端部の編糸のフィラメントのほつれの防止及び編ベルトの摩擦係数の向上がそれぞれ図られて、搬送物品との接触領域が多くされて、搬送力が向上されていることを特徴とする請求項4~6のいずれか1項に記載の編ベルトからなるシームレスの搬送ベルト。
- 編ベルトの編糸は芯糸となるモノフィラメントが人造繊維からなる導電性フィラメントと絶縁性又は誘電体のフィラメントを含む編糸であり、曲げ応力又は熱により絡み位置にて、このモノフィラメントが塑性変形され、緯編又は経編の編組織で編まれかつループが変形された条件からなるシームレス編ベルトは、搬送方向となるゲージ方向のループのピッチよりも軸方向となるステッチ方向のループのピッチが短い編組織であり、この編組織において互いに隣接するループ同士及びフィラメント同士が変形されてフィラメントの絡んだ状態が維持されることにより、搬送ベルトの搬送時の編ベルトの糸のほつれが防止され、かつ、ステッチ方向のループのピッチの間隔が狭くされ、このピッチの間隔が狭くされことにより、搬送方向への強度が高められ、導電性フィラメントからなる芯糸と直接に接しないように芯糸の上に絶縁体又は誘電体からなるフィラメントが添えられた添え糸又は芯糸に絶縁体又は誘電体からなるフィラメントがカバーリングされた編糸からなる編ベルトで、これらの編ベルトの芯糸の上の添え糸又は芯糸の上にカバーリングした糸が設けられ、搬送物品と導電性フィラメントからなる芯糸とに絶縁体又は誘電体のフィラメントからなる糸の太さによる所望の間隙が形成され、かつ、この編ベルトが用いられた搬送装置では、編ベルトが構成されている導電性フィラメントからなる芯糸がフローティング状態、グラウンドへの接地状態、あるいは電圧の印加状態のいずれか一つに設定されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の編ベルトからなるシームレスの搬送ベルト。
- 搬送ベルトである編ベルトの芯糸の上の添え糸又は芯糸にカバーリングした糸は、芯糸よりも高い摩擦係数及び伸びを有する弾性繊維のフィラメントであり、芯糸の融点よりも低い融点を有し、編ベルトに編上げられる時の曲げ応力又は熱によって編糸が変形され、かつ、編立て後の熱セットによってこの弾性繊維のフィラメントが芯糸に融着され、フィラメントからなる編糸が交差して絡む状態が安定化され、編ベルトの側端部の編糸のほつれの防止と、編ベルトの摩擦形成の向上と、及び編ベルトの導電性フィラメントの芯糸がフローティング状態、グラウンドへの接地状態、あるいは電圧の印加状態のいずれか一つの状態への設定により、電気的作用による搬送物品の除電もしくは搬送物品の静電吸着が果たされる編糸であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の編ベルトからなるシームレスの搬送ベルト。
- 編ベルトの側端部の反り上がり防止はフィラメントからなる糸の絡み状態からなり、該糸の絡みによる凸となる部分(以下、「凸部」という。)が編ベルトの少なくとも裏面に配置もしくは表面及び裏面に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の編ベルトからなるシームレスの搬送ベルト。
- 請求項3に記載の編ベルトからなるシームレスの搬送ベルトにおけるモノフィラメント同士が絡み合う編物の編糸の絡みによる凸部を裏面に設けられた所定のピッチのゲージ数で編まれたシームレスの編ベルトは、編糸の糸径により絡み部における裏面の凸部の高さが形成され、この裏面の凸部の高さによって非絡み部との間に段差が設けられ、この裏面に設けられた段差によって編ベルトが駆動される駆動ローラに、シームレス編ベルトの裏面の凸部の編糸の絡み合いによって形成された凸部と噛み合う溝が、配設されて、この駆動ローラに配設されている溝とこのシームレス編ベルトの絡み部における凸部の噛み合いによって駆動が伝達される駆動用ベルトの編ベルトに形成されている編ベルトであることを特徴とする編ベルトからなるシームレスの駆動用ベルト。
- 駆動ローラに形成された溝とこのシームレス編ベルトの絡み部における凸部の噛み合いにより駆動が伝達される駆動用ベルトが形成された編ベルトは、複数の材質の編糸からなる編ベルトであり、芯糸となるフィラメントの編糸に長繊維よりなるモノフィラメントが用いられ、芯糸とこの芯糸とは異なる材質のフィラメントが添えられた添え糸編み、芯糸とこの芯糸とは異なる材質のフィラメントが撚られた撚り糸の編糸が用いられて編まれた編み、あるいは、芯糸にこの芯糸と異なる材質のフィラメントがカバーリングされたカバーリング糸の編糸が用いられた編みから選ばれた編物からなるシームレス編ベルトで、これらの編ベルトの表面と編ベルトの裏面が異なる摩擦係数のシームレス編ベルト又は編ベルトの表面と編ベルトの裏面がほぼ同じ摩擦係数のシームレス編ベルトで、該編ベルトと駆動ローラ又は駆動プーリー及びベルトにより駆動が伝達されるローラ又はプーリーとの摩擦力(グリップ性)を上げるために、芯糸よりも高い摩擦係数のフィラメントが芯糸に添え糸として用いられているか、撚り糸の中に含まれて用いられているか、又はカバーリングの糸として用いられていることにより、摩擦力(グリップ性)が向上された編ベルトからなることを特徴とする編ベルトのシームレス編ベルトからなる駆動用ベルト。
- 搬送ベルトは物品が搬送される搬送手段の有る装置に適用されていることを特徴とする請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の編物からなるシームレスの搬送ベルトを用いた搬送装置。
